STABILITY OF FRUIT AND DECORATIVE PLANTS TO HIGH TEMPERATURES: PHYSIOLOGICAL ASPECT

abstract 0861302035 issue 86 pp. 499 – 513 28.02.2013 ru 1544
There was determined that the heat resistance of fruit and decorate plants depends not only on their morpho-biological peculiarities but on the specific of temperature stressor revealing in corresponding years. There were selected three types of influence of high air temperature on plants on plants during summer period and three components of heat resistance respectively. There were cited possible mechanisms of plant adaptation to overheat. There were cited diagnostic criteria of their heat resistance

abstract 0621008012 issue 62 pp. 138 – 148 28.10.2010 ru 1835
Value of new linear sorts allocated by the method of analytical selection from sort Stepnaya 7 in increase of adaptability of winter soft wheat is discussed. The new linear sorts: Line 15, AMMA, Line 21, Line 11, Line 26, Line 29, Line 36, Line 37 revealed combination of stability to brown and yellow rusts. Productive varieties with high quality of grain: Magnificent, Line 12, Line 38 have shown stability to a brown rust and poorly affected by other mushroom diseases

STARTING MATERIAL FOR BREEDING COLD TOLERANT RICE VARIETIES

abstract 1241610039 issue 124 pp. 632 – 649 30.12.2016 ru 446
27 introduced variety samples of rice from 8 countries were studied by the complex of biological, morphological, agronomic traits to select the most valuable genotypes for including them into breeding programs on development of cold tolerant rice varieties. It was found that the studied introduced varietal samples were characterized by variation in duration which varied from 120 to 182 days. Variety samples from Bhutan ATTEY, PARO DUMBJA (White) had shown response to photoperiod and the panicles didn’t appear in conditions of Krasnodar region. During the study there were selected high productive forms Obongbueo and Tinbubueo from S. Korea with grain weight 81.67 g / vessel and 74.43 g / vessel, respectively. According to results of research there were selected five cold tolerant samples Tong Jing 29 (China), Giza 178 (Egypt), Istigbol and Mustagillik (Uzbekistan), ZAKHA (Bhutan), evaluation result of which were on the same level with those of standard check variety Kuban 3, as well as those of samples with increased resistance IR83222- F8-14 and IR83222-F8-156 (Philippines), PARO DUMBJA (White) and THIMPHU DUMBJA (Bhutan). As a result of research there were selected three introduced rice variety samples Tong Jing 29 (China), Tinbubueo (S. Korea) and SR 30084-F8-156 (Philippines) which by duration, morphotype and agronomic traits are considered as candidates for further hybridization and breeding as sources of useful traits and properties

abstract 1231609119 issue 123 pp. 1740 – 1785 30.11.2016 ru 506
The article contains the summarized information on the activity of a farm having a sector of “Agrotourism”. There was revealed the positive dynamics of development of agricultural tourism in the Krasnodar region, the extension of offered services in this direction; there was set the obstacles restraining the development of the present sector. There were named the reserves to increase the profitability: (domestic milk production and participation in programs of state support

STATE AND PROSPECTS OF TURKEY BREEDING IN FARMS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ECO-PRODUCTS

abstract 1211607139 issue 121 pp. 2212 – 2245 30.09.2016 ru 496
The article contains generalized information on the activities of peasant farms in cultivation of turkey for meat using outdoor technologies. The production is cost-effective, although the rates of live weight gain and the cost of feeding do not reach the requirements for the cross. There are some reserves to improve the profitability (introduction of floor cell technology, optimization of feeding and participation in government support programs)

STATE AND STRUCTURE OF THE STREET PLANTINGS OF THE CENTRAL PART OF EKATERINBURG

abstract 1341710060 issue 134 pp. 753 – 759 29.12.2017 ru 311
Urban trees can provide multiple environmental benefits. The study of the state of the street tree and shrubby vegetation from the analysis of inventory data and environmental conditions is purpose the article. The structure of 11 types of street roadside vegetation, which determines about 93% of the greenery composition of the city of Ekaterinburg is considered. The structure of the examined tree-shrub vegetation and all vegetation, which is part of the greening of Ekaterinburg, is compared. For each tree (shrub) was measured: species, number of stems, diameter of stem at 1,3 m, tree height, height to base of live crown, crown width, percent of branch dieback in crown, percent of canopy volume devoid of leaves, number of sides of the tree receiving sunlight from above, distance and direction to building, distance to road. As a result, homogeneity of illumination of various plant species is received. Ash ordinary has the largest of all plants values of the percent of the missing crown (61.3%) and closest distance to the road. The effect on the plants (by average distance) of urban buildings (7- 30 meters) and the proximity of the roadway (3-7 meters) was observed

STATE PROTECTIVE FOREST STRIP "CHERKESSK - ELISTA - VOLGOGRAD"

abstract 1141510040 issue 114 pp. 551 – 560 30.12.2015 ru 1035
After World War II, in 1946, our country understands the problem - a terrible drought. To protect themselves against such disasters in the future, on October 20th , 1948, by the Council of Ministers of the USSR and the Central Committee of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of the Bolsheviks a resolution "On the plan of shelterbelts, the introduction of grass crop rotation, construction of ponds and reservoirs to ensure high crop yields in the steppe and forest-steppe regions of the European part of the USSR " was adopted, later known as the "Great Plan for the Transformation of Nature". During the years 1950- 1965 it was planned to create the next big state protective forest strips from Saratov to Astrakhan on both banks of the Volga River; - in the direction of cities and towns: Penza - Ekaterinovka - Veshenskaya - Kamensky, in watersheds of the rivers Khoper and Medveditsa, Kalitva and Berezovaya; in the direction of cities Kamyshin - Volgograd, in the watershed of the rivers Volga and Ilovlya; in the direction of towns Chapayevsk - Vladimirovka; in the direction of cities Cherkessk - Elista - Volgograd; - in the direction of the mountain Vishnevaya, Orenburg, Uralsk and the Caspian Sea on the banks of the Ural River; in the direction of cities: Voronezh - Rostov - on - Don; on both banks of the Don River; on both banks of the river Seversky Donets from the city of Belgorod to the Don River. Strips were created in the steppe and forest steppe areas. It was the first, in the history of humankind, largest environmental program of impacts on the climate of the huge territory, designed to protect permanently fertile agricultural lands from harmful dry winds, dust storms, lack of moisture and soil erosion. We have studied the site of the State protective forest strip "Cherkessk - Elista - Volgograd" located in the "Kuban forest districts" of the Karachay-Cherkessia Republic. In this area the analysis of taxation indicators was made, the dynamics of change in the stock of plantations connected with age was studied

STATEMENTS FOR THE ROLE OF ROOT AND AFTERMATH RESIDUES IN AGROCENOSES

abstract 0781204036 issue 78 pp. 412 – 421 30.04.2012 ru 1792
The role of root and aftermath residues of basic field farm crops for retention and increase in organic matter content of the soil with fertilizing and fertilizer omitted is substantiated in the article. It is ascertained that the quantity of aftermath residues coming into the soil is 2,6-3,5 times less than that of natural vegetation while dry matter is removed with the main production and by-products 2,0-2,2 times more than is remained in the soil
