VECTOR MODEL OF ECONOMIC RISKS OF PARALLEL PROJECTS

abstract 0721108016 issue 72 pp. 188 – 196 30.10.2011 ru 1432
The construction of vector models of the theoretical (quantitative) risks having cost has been shown. Mod-el of parallel projects, vulnerable with the local risk, with construction of the generalized risk of this conglomerate of projects is shown. As a typical case of such design, the portfolio of securities is presented. Earlier offered vector dyadic model develops in four-dimensional model with various variations of vector (external) and scalar (internal) products of vectors of “risky cost” of local risks

VISUAL GRAPHICAL ANALYSIS OF PERFORMANCE INDICATORS OF INTEGRATED PRODUCTION SYSTEMS OF SUGAR SUBCOMPLEX AIC (PART 1 – FORMULATION AND SIMULATION)

abstract 1221608042 issue 122 pp. 596 – 622 31.10.2016 ru 334
The article deals with methods of visual-graphic analysis (technical analysis) and a possibility of adapting them to the conditions (indicators) of the sugar subcomplex from the position of integrated production systems (IPS). It should be noted that technical analysis is very popular. Thanks to the advent of powerful processors for computers and inexpensive software, trade analysts have access to technical analysis tools. The topic is becoming increasingly relevant in connection with the high pace of the global economic community. Visual graphical analysis (technical analysis), as well as its latest methods (indicators) that are adapted to modern economic conditions, are sort of the primary "blueprints" for the more complex forecasting tools, without which none of the analyst can do. Separating statistics from mathematics as an independent unit occurred after the development and start of mass use of tools visual graphical analysis (VGA) in various applied Sciences. The main feature of the prediction is the decision of the tasks, which are implemented in the algorithm of sequential nonparametric model. This indicates the improving the validity of information when predicting performance of IPS SP AIC. For a more General (objective) picture of the forecasting activities of IPS SP you need to apply this analysis in combination with other tools, such as hierarchical analysis of structural change and of correlation and spectral analysis. According to the forecasts obtained with the help of the indicators VGA, countries such as Brazil and India over time, waiting for the "overheating" of the economy due to unprecedented growth in the volume of growing sugar cane and manufacturing raw sugar. However, it is not necessary to consider the visual-graphic analysis as a perfect tool for forecasting market trends. Technical analysis should be seen as a tool for analysis and forecasting, which uses as the basis for short-term forecasting (benchmark) for operational decision-making by managers as a major sugar holdings, and the Ministry of agriculture

WAYS OF ECONOMIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICIES INTEGRATION

abstract 1331709017 issue 133 pp. 186 – 195 30.11.2017 ru 363
The article looks at the theoretical bases of ecologically oriented modernization of economy. It proposes the formation of environmental and economic indicators at macro and microeconomic levels, whose features are shown at different levels. It gives the justification of ecological and technological renewal aimed at creating conditions for a competitive transition to the use of environmentally friendly technologies and products. Among environmentally friendly technologies, renewable energy is the most important, and among organic products, their most important form is organic agricultural products. Ways of environmental and institutional development are associated with both the transformation of existing taxation and the improvement of economic and legal issues in the formation of a low-carbon economy and organic production. The article also demonstrates the relationship of general institutional reforms with the development of science and education to rationalize the relationships in Russia between natural, human and physical capital

WAYS OF INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF CROP PRODUCTION

abstract 1231609127 issue 123 pp. 1908 – 1918 30.11.2016 ru 444
Crop production is one of the main branches of agriculture. Its development considerably affects the nutritional needs, as well as the impact on the livestock. In the work of the crop industry was analyzed for example JSC "Rodina". The authors of the article reviewed the resources possessed by the Organization: average annual number of employees, total land area, the average annual cost of fixed and circulating assets, costs of production, power, presence technology, livestock. There are the results of the company for 3 years. The article analyses the sales prices of main plant products, revealed the most profitable crops: cereals and legumes, sugar beet, sunflower. Priority crops for cultivation, in the organization are winter cereals. Spring cereals are not cultivated during the year, because these sorts of crop industry's most capricious climate, that does not meet the production cycle, investigated the organization. The study has identified factors that have influence on the gross harvest of products. Such factors are: productivity, acreage and harvested area, as well as losses during harvesting. In an opinion article disclosed reserves increase the collection of crop production, and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the production industry

WEB-SOLUTION OF TRAFFIC'S OPTIMIZATION IN SETTLEMENTS

abstract 1231609128 issue 123 pp. 1919 – 1929 30.11.2016 ru 436
Organization of urban movement should be viewed as a continuous process of forecasting - planning - design - building. Equipment of traffic management system on the road network has to be done with modern methods of regulation. The definition of "acceptable system of urban traffic" depends on how busy the traffic lane is. In the organization of traffic public passenger transport should be considered as a priority, as an alternative to cars, even with a discrimination against the latter. Direction optimization of traffic in the city is conducted in order to objectively-conditioned transportation needs of citizens, ensuring their comfort and the time spent on transportation. The main questions of the article are caused by the difficult traffic situation in the Krasnodar city. The algorithms alleged to solve the traffic problems based on a mathematical Dijkstra’s algorithm, allows to calculate the shortest way between the graphs. Steps of solution of the tasks based on modern technological needs of the population - using internet services. Therefore to implement a software product as claimed in the article, we use the development environment, based on the latest innovations in the field of web-based technologies

WORK AND MOTIVATION IN AGRARIAN SECTOR

abstract 1261702036 issue 126 pp. 504 – 518 28.02.2017 ru 500
Based on a comparative analysis of the level of productivity in the agrarian sector of Russia and the leading countries in the world economy, the main trends and factors affecting the growth of this indicator were revealed. One the main reasons for low productivity is the technical and technological backwardness. In this regard, productivity gains can be achieved by improving the employment and organizational-technological innovation. We have comprehensively illuminated the problem of labor motivation. Based on our own researches and data from agrarian scientists the ways of its strengthening were traced. Also, there was highlighted highly motivated work in the family farms, which is not just a form of entrepreneurial employment based on private ownership of the means of production and the use of familial form of labor, but also the lifestyle of the rural man. We must not forget that the main motivation to work lies not only in its pay, but also in the education of people and traditions. It highlights the role of social support of rural youth and the need for radical improvement of social infrastructure. For the selfassertion of the individual, which is especially important for young men, the person should see a sense of ownership, initiative, independence, participation in decision-making and the distribution of income. These qualities are fully manifested in the family livestock farms and other forms of small business. Work on yourself is the most reliable social protection
