THE HISTORY OF THE POPULARIZATION THE SCIENTIFIC AGRONOMY OF THE SOVIET PERIOD IN THE ARTISTICAL IMAGES

The article is devoted to the methods of popularization of knowledge on scientific agronomy that was used in the Soviet period. Methods of visual transmission of information such as postcard, badge, matchbox label, agitation poster, textiles and porcelain, as well as an animated film have been considered. The influence of these methods on the development of agriculture is shown. At the same time, the reverse process is also the effect of the progress and achievements of agriculture on the art of that time. Each method is unique and the article describes the scope and influence of each of them on the society of that time. An extensive database has been collected for each examined method and images analyzed in terms of the history of agronomy and technologies used in agriculture, as well as their use in the popularization of this sector. The use of such methods of information transfer in the present time is noted, both for solving such an urgent problem - increasing the prestige of agriculture, and in the educational process of specialists of this industry. The materials described in the article are recommended for introduction to the course "History and methodology of scientific agronomy". It is shown that the given resources could contain a large number of useful and even unique information, which makes them an object for collection, detailed study and structuring in databases

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF ARTISTIC AND AESTHETIC NEEDS OF YOUNGER STUDENTS

At the beginning of the article, the author describes the current state of the problems of education of the younger generation. It emphasizes the importance of the formation higher needs, specifically artistic and aesthetic, in personal development. At the same time, theoretical analysis shows that the insufficiently developed methodology for the formation of artistic and aesthetic needs, which confirms the relevance of the chosen research topic. Further, the article is devoted to the experimental research on a concrete example. The author has created and tested a theoretical model of formation of artistic and aesthetic needs of junior schoolchildren at music lessons. The experimental work contained 3 stages: ascertaining (diagnostic), forming (basic) and control (final). The author singled in the structure of artistic and aesthetic needs out four components: motivational-value, emotional, cognitive-operational, and reflexive. The first stage had a diagnosis of according components. The second stage was devoted to experimental work, which contained developed and specially adapted methods that contribute to the formation of artistic and aesthetic needs in children of primary school age. At the third stage, repeated diagnostics and a comparative analysis of the results research were carried out, which confirmed the effectiveness of the developed model and methods for the formation of the artistic and aesthetic needs of younger students

FORMATION OF READINESS OF FUTURE POP SINGER'S CONCERT ACTIVITY: A PILOT STUDY

The article is devoted to the experimental study of the process of formation of readiness of the future pop singer to the concert activity. It presents a theoretical model of the phenomenon under study, developed by the author, including the following components: a conceptual and targeted, meaningful activity-related, organizational, technological, assessment and effective. The article describes the principles and methods of formation investigated readiness illustrates steps pedagogical experiment: diagnostic, search, aimed at forming pedagogical repertoire forming (main), which was carried out experimental work in the experimental group to verify the efficiency of the developed theoretical models and pedagogical formation conditions investigated readiness. The final (control) stage integrated in the artistic and creative level training pop singer. As indicators of readiness of the future pop singer to the concert activities were considered need-motivational, emotional and creative, reflective, artistic and operational components The results of the experimental study confirmed the effectiveness of the developed pedagogical conditions, including: ensuring the development of the artistic and creative potential of the student, mastering the vocal skill, the specificity of variety and jazz performance, acting skills, individual style of singing, developing general and musical abilities, creating a positive psychological attitude and mastering skills Selfcontrol, reflection, development of sound reinforcement equipment. The article is examined the process of education as the basic instrument of forming students’ personality according to their abilities and needs in the conditions of modern educational paradigm. The article also examines the problem of increasing the efficiency of the process of education by means of its optimization. The analysis of the process of optimization from the position of different educational paradigms has been conducted. The principles of education’s optimization are described; the principle of optimality is marked out. The pedagogical conditions, which optimize the process of education, are defined. In the article, it is also told about such sections as pedagogical ergonomics and valueology. The criterion of taking into account of sanitary and hygienic norms in the process of education as one of the effective ways of increasing its efficiency is considered and analyzed. The criteria of optimality in determining the level of efficiency of the process of education are marked out, which are necessary for creating favorable conditions of the process of optimization, the principles of optimization of teaching and educational process are designated. Within the research, certain principles and rules of the procedure are offered. The maintenance of them influences positively success of application of the theory of optimization in the process of education. The conclusion of the positive characteristics of the theory of optimization as the way of increasing the efficiency of the process of education is made, promoting to satisfy the individual educational inquiry in the conditions of the modern educational paradigm

The rapidly developing processes in global information development of our society have had a significant impact on education. Recently, in agricultural and other universities the amount of generated and processed pedagogical information has dramatically increased. Spontaneously and purposefully, electronic databases of educational information and educational portals have been created. All these works require a significant investment of time and effort of the teaching staff (PPP) of higher education institutions and a large number of technical experts in the field of information technology; they also require appropriate computer and communications equipment. All this is already an accomplished fact. On the other hand, the question arises about the degree of meaningfulness and expediency of certain aspects of this process in the form in which it is actually carried out, and evaluation of its impact on the mission of the University in General: "Training high-quality professionals", in particular for the regional agro-industrial complex (AIC). Apparently, now this process develops spontaneously, and no one has planned it, considering on the one hand, the costs of various kinds on its implementation and on the other hand - ensuring its effectiveness in achieving the objectives and getting the intended desired results both in physical and valuable forms. The meaning and justification of this process can give only a substantial positive impact on improving the quality of education, and only when it has adequate and reasonable cost. For a reasoned response to these questions, the authors propose to apply the theory of reflexive management active objects, automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis), functional cost analysis (FCA) and the method of "Direct costing". A foundation for solving the problem: this is a great experience in teaching and research activities, a successful experience of the application of ASC-analysis and the FSA for personnel management; a software tool of ASC-analysis which is an intellectual system called "Eidos" (full open free access)

CONTINUOUS STUDYING OF THE PRINCIPLES OF MATHEMATICAL MODELING

In this article, possibilities of realization of the principle of a continuity of studying of mathematical modeling by means of professional development of workers of all links of an educational chain are analyzed. The general schematic model of a set of materials was developed for advanced training courses. Monitoring which revealed not systematic and insufficient appeal to the device of mathematical modeling in the course of teaching mathematics at school and in higher education institution is carried out. Preliminary work according to the scheme on the subject "Elements of Mathematical Modeling" is carried out. For evident justification of efficiency of introduction of elements of mathematical modeling, research work based on schools and university of the city of Alchevsk is carried out to process of studying of mathematics. Relevance of the introduced material as effective tool for further adoption of rational decisions is analyzed. Work on the ranged selection of references for a subject is carried out. TO THE QUESTION OF BASIC APPROACHES TO FORMATION OF THE CONTENT OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN THE EPOCH OF GLOBALIZATION

The article is devoted to consideration of the content of teaching a foreign language in the era of globalization. Basis of content formation of teaching are two main principles consisting in necessary sufficiency and availability of teaching material. The study examines the main components of content of teaching consisting of system of knowledge and system of skills and abilities, structural by realized through five subcomponents which determinate selection criteria of teaching material. This includes the study of such aspects of the problem as the identification of sociocultural changes in the context of globalization, based on the information character of society. The language changes are considered under the influence of the above factors, which must be taken into account in the content of teaching the language as a foreign language. It is concluded that these changes need to be taken into account, because they are critical and extend to all spheres of life. Language, being in indissoluble connection with society during all evolutionary development is also subject to changes.
