The article considers the issues of actualization of the problems of formation of professional competence in the process of studying the course of "Mat-mathematics" on the example of economic specialties. Noting the fact that economic specialty is the specialty that integrates information from the mathematical, natural, gum humanitarian and socio-economic subjects, and the approach to the selection of the content of the mathematics course must be focused on the mate-automatic machine for all cycles, forms of relevant abilities and skills. Therefore, the importance of the problem of developing these tasks and exercises that would help to create such skills for effective application of the theoretical material and the development of research skills. In this article we have discussed some of the design techniques and examples of using the so-called mo-practical problems. The efficiency of the use of model problems in the study of mathematics teaching clarifies the fact that most knowledge activity of students achieved in the research of the issues directly related to their willing profession. They are developed in accordance with the program of the mathematics course and cover all of its major sections. Model-specific tasks may be offered to students in the form of the model calculations, the execution of which should last for a long time, in the form of records insistent or control work directly in the classroom, in the form of term papers, etc. This article also contains the justification of the need of development of didactic materials, designed to optimize student learning professional mathematical competencies
As a methodological approach to the assessment of the quality and the productivity of the Russian education of the school students there is a comparison of the modern level of the gained knowledge, the school training inherent and the education of the citizens in this or that system, with the examples of the outstanding educated people of Russia, the whole world and the best practicians of the foreign countries. The author represents the paradox of a combination of the unity of the requirements at the delivery of the state examination, the high level of the formalization, the importance of the administration with the extreme degree of the variability of the training programs for the school students and the lack of the quality standards of the teaching practice. On the basis of the analysis and the generalizations, the author has drown the essential, the significant conclusions for the Russian society about the need of the accounting of the families interests of the indigenous people for the receiving the state educational services of the appropriate quality in the conditions of the formation of the considerable part of the contingent of the school students and the teachers at the expense of the migrants and immigrants. On the examples of textbooks on the Russian language, literature, social science, history, geography and biology the contradiction reveals between the religious approaches, on the one hand, and the atheistic approaches, on the other hand. Due to the revealed contradictions the irrational questions have to be considered more seriously in the training materials for the school students and the formation of the more mature spiritual and moral outlook of the whole nation
The article deals with an actual problem of modern development of the higher education – how to increase an efficiency of academies and employers during the experts’ training competition. It is reported about the investigations’ results where the employers’ satisfaction of the level of Krasnodar graduates’ training was considered. From the employers’ point of view the most important quality criteria of specialists’ preparation are revealed. It is analyzed the correlation of expectations and perceptions of formation the revealed quality’s criteria of graduates’ training by employers. One of the most important causes of expectation discrepancy of employers and results of higher school activity is chosen. It deals with the interrelation between graduate’s competence and competences which must be formed during the training. The consequence discrepancy of the main competences on one of the training’s directions of bachelors and a number of the disciplines’ hours forming these competences is revealed. It is offered to intensify academies interaction and employers concerning creation a model of important and competent specialist. Quantitative shortcomings of graduates’ jurisdiction are marked. It is recommended to make a method of educative evaluation to express minimal, sufficient and advanced level of graduate’s competence. Estimation instrument is the fund of evaluative facilities of estimated means of disciplines. Elements as a part of the fund are determined for objective measurement of competences formation together with employers
Reform of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and, in particular, large-scale organizational and personnel changes, the transition to acquisition of the army and navy mostly contract servicemen, demanded new approaches to training and education of this category of servicemen. One of the innovative approaches of pedagogy, in this way, has been the development of techniques to build leadership skills and training of soldiers under contract to perform the functions of the military leader of the team that can win credibility with their subordinates, bring people together and send to the effective performance of duties. The article deals with the problem and the urgency of the formation of leadership qualities and the ability of the warrior-contractor for the effective performance of the functions under the leadership of the leader of the primary military collectives. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific literature on the study of the problems of leadership and formation of leadership in military, the article defines the essence of the concepts of "leadership" and "leader", and gives specific definitions of the concepts as applied to military-professional work of contract servicemen. One of contemporary challenge at the educational system is a need to develop new methods and approaches enhancing quality of graduates. Transformations in our country towards market economy make us to compete with own products not only at the level of enterprises, but educational institutions as well. The article shows that the elements of the Theory of Automation are applicable to the quality analysis of the accomplishment of graduates. Issuing of latest regulation documents also supports this hypothesis and encourages the further development of mentioned methodology.

The article discusses issues related to humorous, ironic, satirical figure, which is one of the kinds of fine art. Forms, styles and genres graphs of this type were reviewed. The classical method of analysis has been used in the article, only the subject of the analysis was images of various phenomena in agronomic practice. Basic definitions of humorous illustration, showing the history of its creation are presented. In the example of drawn short stories by Dutch artist Herluf Bidstrup we show possibilities of using a humorous picture as a good example of observation of the development of plants. We have marked characteristic features of modern cartoons - the ability to largely reflect the concerns associated with the development and application of new technologies in the agricultural sector and economy. Towards a new form of comic drawing we can consider a meme as a unit of cultural information. The caricature is as follows-known work is presented in an entirely different semantic perspective, it is like tracing paper for lighting any problems. The emphasis is on the possibility of using intelligent and ironic drawings in the teaching discipline of "History and methodology of scientific agriculture" for better learning, remembering and propaganda agronomic knowledge
The article focuses on the problem of formation of professional culture of the future teachers in the Republic of Mali, which is due to the current sociocultural configuration. In this regard, there is a need for preparing competent teachers,who are able not only to operate in a multiethnic environment, but also to combine national and international interests. Ethno-cultural values are the basis for the formation of personal and professional culture of the future teacher, they regulate teaching activities. The article defines the concepts of "ethno-cultural context", "ethno-cultural values" and describes the ethnic and linguistic composition of the Malian population. It examines in detail the nature, content and meaning of some important ethno-cultural pedagogical values that make up a solid foundation on which the life of Malian society is built. These values include "Sanankuya" or joking relationships,"Diatigiya" or hospitality, "The sense of family", "Responsible solidarity","Due respect to the elders, elderly and the disabled people," "Honor and dignity", "Patriotism and devotion" etc.
The author concludes that the inclusion of ethno-cultural component in the educational process of preparing future teachers will help to introduce them to the national cultural values and therefore to therefore to maintain the cultural identity
The authors attempt to formulate the basic contradictions and problems of implementation of studio concepts of sustainable development of tourist destinations in the system of professional tourist formation. Sustainable development of tourist destinations is a precondition of modern tourism. To ensure the sustainable development of tourist destinations it is necessary to look for innovative concepts and technologies, effective in modern socio-cultural, political and economic conditions. One of these concepts is a concept of sustainable development studio and scientific tourist expedition, which methods are based primarily on cultural and natural heritage destination, on its cultural and historical potential and spiritual values. The main method of the studio in work wirh a tourist destination is a scientific expedition tourism. The introduction of such concepts in vocational tourist education could serve as a pillar of sustainable development of international tourism. However, there are a number of problems to introduce the concept in a system of professional tourist formation reflected in the article. This article observes the distribution of Internet addiction in the Russian Federation. The special attention is paid to the concept of the Internet addiction, its symptoms, signs and typology. The authors of the article give the examples of the organization of prevention of this type of addiction in the Kursk region: conducting lectures, seminars, practical works, trainings, round tables, conferences and other events on information security for all participants in the educational process, including the use of distance technologies; the organization of advanced training courses for specialists of the institutions of social service including, questions of rendering the psychological and pedagogical assistance to families with children with the Internet addiction; carrying out informational education of specialists of agencies of guardianship and guardianship of municipal areas and city districts on protection of children from the information harmful to their health and development; development for teachers of guidelines on the issue of information security of students, course information for parents to protect children from the spread of harmful information to them; changes in training programs for all categories of trainees concerning issues of information security measures, the problems of safe behavior in the information and telecommunication network called "Internet"
