TO THE QUESTION OF BASIC APPROACHES TO FORMATION OF THE CONTENT OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN THE EPOCH OF GLOBALIZATION

The article is devoted to consideration of the content of teaching a foreign language in the era of globalization. Basis of content formation of teaching are two main principles consisting in necessary sufficiency and availability of teaching material. The study examines the main components of content of teaching consisting of system of knowledge and system of skills and abilities, structural by realized through five subcomponents which determinate selection criteria of teaching material. This includes the study of such aspects of the problem as the identification of sociocultural changes in the context of globalization, based on the information character of society. The language changes are considered under the influence of the above factors, which must be taken into account in the content of teaching the language as a foreign language. It is concluded that these changes need to be taken into account, because they are critical and extend to all spheres of life. Language, being in indissoluble connection with society during all evolutionary development is also subject to changes. The article proves the impossibility of interaction of scientific work with educational process to prepare highly qualified specialists, who would be able to solve industrial problems and develop the economy of the country. The scientific results are indicative of the level of qualification of teaching staff, which affects the quality of students. The article defines the structural relationship and the content of the organizational activities of scientific and educational departments of the University, the departments and the deans of faculties. TO THE QUESTION OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF DISSERTATIONS AND OPTIMIZATION OF DISSERTATION COUNCILS

It is known, that the development of fundamental and applied sciences, besides research institutes, are the universities. Integration of scientific researches of higher school into production occurs in many forms and can be largely determined by the quality of the training, including defense of thesis, research and teaching staff of the university. The article criticized the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation, and the higher attestation Commission of Russian Academy of Sciences aimed at improving the quality of work of dissertation councils and of the level of theses, based on the optimization of the network of dissertation councils, including their union, raising the level of members of dissertation councils. We have suggested a number of measures and specific requirements for the content of dissertations and supervisors of theses, official opponents of the thesis councils and their members, employees of the HAC. Introduction of considered proposals concerning increasing the level of theses into practice of work of dissertation councils, one set of measures will allow to optimize the network of dissertation councils and to improve the quality of their work

This article proposes an approach to teaching mathematics in high school, based on the application of application software packages, which is especially relevant in connection with attempts to transition in the upper grades to profile education, when the student chooses the direction of more in-depth study of subjects, based on his own inclinations. The substantiation of necessity of development of methodical positions and recommendations on use of packets of applied programs on lessons of mathematics in the senior classes of high school is given. The analysis of existing packages of applied programs for teaching mathematics in high school is carried out. During the research, packages used for solving mathematical problems are considered: MS ESCEL, STATISTICA, MATCAD. Known packages of applied programs are classified according to groups of applications in mathematics lessons. Approaches to the use of application packages in math lessons during the pedagogical experiment have been tested. The pedagogical experiment was conducted on the basis of the State Budget Professional Educational Institution of the Krasnodar Territory "Beloglinsky Agrarian Technical Technical School". TO THE QUESTION OF THE SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN THE SYSTEM OF INDIRECT DOCUMENT FLOW

The article considers questions of workflow in the educational organization. It revealed the need to process everyday documents, which exchange does not have the character of strict accountability, but they are also crucial to the implementation of the work in the educational organization. The exchange of such documents is different from the traditional workflow, primarily, it is the speed of document creation and sharing them. We identified other requirements and limitations to the daily workflow of documents. The study proposed to divide document on direct and indirect. The article formulates basic differences between direct and indirect document. It also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional approaches based on file servers and cloud data storage. We list problems of implementation of the account running errands. We have offered the structure of the order in the approach. The study shows an approach to increase the quality of the educational process based on the implementation of the indirect workflow through the use of centralized WEB system for the exchange of files, documents, accounting running errands, organizing indirect document. The proposed approach takes responsibility for storage of files from the technical support department of educational organizations can work with the system with mobile and desktop devices
