The article considers questions of workflow in the
educational organization. It revealed the need to
process everyday documents, which exchange
does not have the character of strict
accountability, but they are also crucial to the
implementation of the work in the educational
organization. The exchange of such documents is
different from the traditional workflow, primarily,
it is the speed of document creation and sharing
them. We identified other requirements and
limitations to the daily workflow of documents.
The study proposed to divide document on direct
and indirect. The article formulates basic
differences between direct and indirect document.
It also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages
of traditional approaches based on file servers and
cloud data storage. We list problems of
implementation of the account running errands.
We have offered the structure of the order in the
approach. The study shows an approach to
increase the quality of the educational process
based on the implementation of the indirect workflow through the use of centralized WEB
system for the exchange of files, documents,
accounting running errands, organizing indirect

The need for rapid informatization of the sphere of
education in Russia it is one of the important areas of
the reform. Through the use of modern pedagogical
technology (MPT) it is possible to implement new
opportunities of learning and skills to a broad

show the prospect of the transition from reproductive

indicators for the Ministry of education and science of
the Russian Federation, on the basis of which we may
assess the effectiveness of the universities, determine
their ranking and generate a state order for training of
specialists in higher education institutions
Every year pirates attack hundreds of ships and
thousands of sailors. So, by the end of 2014 violent
actions of the pirates have undergone more than 5,000
sailors. In 2015, the pirates attacked 246 vessels they
had captured 15 ships and 271 of a sailor. While one

damage from pirates was tens of billions of dollars.
