In the article we have presented the evaluation of the
cardiopulmonary synchronism test possible use for the
differential diagnosis of the sick sinus syndrome of
functional and organic origin in children
The study included 245 patients from 60 to 89 years, comparable by age and sex, were divided into two groups according to region of residence (Arctic and Antarctic), for two age groups (elderly and senile age) and by the sex. The main method of the study of cerebral hemodynamics in this work has been ultrasound dopplerography (usdg). Doppler sonography survey with color scanning and spectral Doppler analysis of the cervical arteries on extracranial level was performed according to standard method for ultrasound systems ACUSON “Sequoia-512” sensor linear format of the generated frequency of the ultrasonic signal 4 and 8 MHz in the ever-wave mode. The entire sample investigated the functional state of the kidneys. GFR was determined by the settlement formulas; Cockcroft&Gault GFR= (140-age) × body weight (kg) 810* creatinine of blood (mol/l)×E, where E-1,23 for men, 1,04-for women and MDRD: GFR= 186×(creatinine of blood mg/dd)-1,154 × (age)-0,203 × (0,742 for women) with subsequent determination of the stages of chronic kidney disease. We used a brief MDRD formula, which of laboratory indicators requires only establishing the values of concentrations of serum creatinine
In the high frequency electric field we have revealed
afferent signals in the frog medulla oblongata for
learning the heart vago - sympathetic trunk rhythm
The aim of the study is to compare the traditional
clinicopathologic factors and prognosis of cell cycle
parameters, such as ploidy, cell cycle kinetics, as well
as the study of DNA content in the tumor tissue of
patients with esophageal cancer. Cancer of the
esophagus - a very aggressive malignant disease, most
commonly manifested impaired swallowing. As a rule,
this type of cancer pathology is characterized by
unfavorable outcome. Ploidy and cell proliferation
activity, defined by the content of the DNA of the
tumor - synthesizing cells are one of the important
indicators of the growth rate of malignancy and
prognosis. The study was performed on tumor tissue
fragments of the 30 patients operated on for cancer of
the esophagus. DNA study - conducted in the open cell
material aftercare. DNA cell content was determined
by flow cytometry BD FACSCanto II. By studying the
DNA-cytometric parameters, we found the prevalence of aneuploid tumors in 66.7%. It was shown that DNAcytometric
parameters are independent of gender.
Major weight of diploid and aneuploid cell tumors of
the esophagus was in G0 / 1 phase of the cell cycle.
Comparative analysis of DNA - cytometric parameters
and the degree of differentiation of esophageal tumor
revealed a prevalence of aneuploid tumors in all the
test cases. content distribution pattern of tumor cells
was found in the G0 / G1-, G2 + M -, S - phase of the
cell cycle at different stages of the disease
The article presents the evaluation of the lability of the visual analyzer among healthy individuals and patients with lesion after a stroke in the occipital cortex, temporal and parietal lobes
The article presents the results of the evaluation stress resistance among servicemen in the area of special risk on heart rhythm variability parameters
Via the method of visualizing the excitation in the
high frequency field there were discovered the
efferent signals in the frog medulla oblongata, which
were related to the heart rhythm
In this article application of a new method of an artificial intellect is examined: systemic-cognitive analysis and its toolkit - "Eidos" system are used for an estimation of level of nonspecific resistance of an organism of patient on the basis of the preoperative information about it received by a method of cardio respiratory synchronism (CRS) and forecasting of duration of the postoperative rehabilitation period on this basis.
In the 1st part of the given article it is considered: entering in a problem, the generalized structure of "Eidos" system, cognitive structurization of a data domain, data domain formalization, preparation of training sample, semantic information model synthesis, a raise of performance and verification (reliability estimation) of the given model

In the 2nd part of the article it is considered: forecasting and decision support of problem solving, including shaping and an output of informational portraits of classes, worth of factors and their value for forecasting and decision making problem solving, outputs are made, outlooks are planned, hypotheses are stated
Prostate cancer (PC) is one of the most frequently
malignant neoplasms in the worldwide male
population. Back in the 90's began a promising noninvasive
method of high-intensity focused ultrasound
(HIFU) as an alternative to radical prostatectomy for
the treatment of localized prostate cancer was used.
Information about the destructive histological effect by
HIFU has been known since the 1930, however, the
clinical implementation of this technology due to the
absence at the time visualization capabilities for
monitoring during the procedure has been postponed.
In this paper, an overview of published data on the
HIFU clinical application in prostate cancer as a major,
"saving" and focal therapy. Examples of a favorable
combination of this method are also provided with
pharmacological agents. Based on the analysis of
clinical data, we can say that HIFU is a good
alternative minimally invasive therapeutic modality for
patients with prostate cancer who are not candidates
for radical prostatectomy. Applying of HIFU is
possible as a treatment option with local recurrence
after external radiotherapy, with careful selection of
patients is important, depending on prognostic factors
