abstract 1231609137 issue 123 pp. 2059 – 2069 30.11.2016 ru 700
According to the veterinary reporting on 01.01.2016, presence of a bird in the agricultural organizations and poultry farms makes 13 million 440 thousand heads, in the private sector (hens, geese, ducks, etc.) - 6 million 287 thousand heads. In 2015 in the Krasnodar region 3 million 337 thousand 127 heads were subjected to bacterination against smallpox and a diphtheria. Data on registration of outbreak of smallpox of birds in a private farmstead of the Krasnodar region are presented in article. The case rate and a mortality at hens of breeds of Kulanga and Bramah and pigeons of the Andijan breed are studied. The dermal, diphtheroid and admixed forms of clinical implication of smallpox at hens of different breeds and pigeons in this farmstead are studied. Pathoanathomical features of implication of smallpox of birds are studied. The biological test on chickens of 3-4-month age and a microscopy of the painted smears prints on Pashena is carried out. In smears Pashen's little bodies are found. The events for elimination of a disease in this LTD including rejection of a sick bird, the compelled bacterination at an acquisitive bird, mechanical cleaning and disinfection in a hen house and a dovecot, isolation and a symptomatic treatment of breeding birds are developed and held

BIOLOGICAL FUNCTIONS OF CAROTENOIDS AT CATTLE REPRODUCTION

abstract 1291705080 issue 129 pp. 1113 – 1125 31.05.2017 ru 1024
Carotenoid preparations are quite widely used in a health care, but in the veterinary and animal husbandry, their use is limited. In terms of livestock farms of the Krasnodar region and the Rostov region at the biochemical monitoring studies of the cattle blood the lack of carotene in the serum is revealed from 45 to 100 % of the samples. To study the biological function of carotenoid we used preparations, which are the oily solutions for injections: β-carotene (manufactured by FS 42-3867, which is produced from the biomass culture of the fungus Blakeslea trispora) and lycopene, emitted from plants. The cows in the test groups during the dry period and within two weeks after birth got carotenoid preparation subcutaneously at a dose of 10 ml per animal with an interval of 7 days. As a result, it was found out that the application of carotenoids has the most favorable conditions for the flow of labor and the postnatal period, which are manifested in the decrease in obstetric and gynecological diseases in cows and reduce the period of infertility. In the experimental groups the levels of vitamin A and carotene1,3 times higher (1,26 ± 0,14 μmol/L vs. 0,97 ± 0,09 μmol/L ) 1,8 times (0,34 ± 0 03 mg /% vs. 0.61 ± 0.11 mg /%) respectively in comparison with the parameters of the intact animals at a high level of confidence (P < 0,05). Phagocytic number and percentage of digestion of neutrophils increased by 8,5 %, the difference in the number of B-cells reached 9,1%, T-cells – 6,7%. In a humoral immunity found a significant increase in Ig A. After comparison of the level of lysozyme activity of blood serum was observed its reduction in all animals immediately after birth, but in the experimental groups this process was less pronounced. The use of carotene preparations helps to reduce the concentration of lipid peroxidation products in the body of cows (diene conjugates - by 16,6 %, ketodienes - by 35,7 %, malondialdehyde – by 11,3 %), which creates favorable conditions for the flow of the metabolic processes associated with ensuring the normal childbirth and post-partum involution of the genitals. In the group of cows, receiving the carotenoid lycopene, the dyspepsia morbidity of the newborn calves compared to a control decreased by 26,7 %, bronchopneumonia - by 13,3 %

CLINICAL DISPLAYS AND PATHOANATOMICAL IMAGE OF KLEBSIELLIOSUS OF BROILERS IN EXPERIMENTAL INDUSTRIAL CONDITIONS

abstract 0490905012 issue 49 pp. 166 – 172 29.05.2009 ru 2862
It is established, that clinical displays and pathoanatomical changes of Klebsielliosus of broilers depend on age of chickens and association of the activators causing pathological process. Data about a clinical picture of the respiratory and intestinal form of a current Klebsielliosus of broilers are cited

CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS AND DISEASE PATHOLOGICAL CHANGES IN PIGS INFECTED WITH ASF VIRUS ISOLATES FROM WILD BOARS

abstract 1341710086 issue 134 pp. 1055 – 1065 29.12.2017 ru 1422
This report represents the results of study of ASF clinical signs and pathological changes in dead pigs infected with an ASF virus isolated from wild boars in 2016. The ASF virus circulating among wild boars in the Central and the North-Western Districts was found to be virulent, and causes the death of animals in terms characteristic of acute and subacute forms with no development of a full symptom complex of the disease

CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY OF A NEW COMPLEX HEPATOPROTECTIVE PREPARATION

abstract 1191605076 issue 119 pp. 1077 – 1088 31.05.2016 ru 725
This article presents the results of the studies of the influence of a new complex hepatoprotective preparation on the basic system of the body, the mechanism of occurrence and manifestation of its biological effects, the dependence of this action from the components that are parts of the preparation, the dose, as well as the regularity of manifestation of possible side effects. The effect of the different doses of the preparation (1% and 2%) on the average daily weight gain and morphological and biochemical indices of the birds’ blood was studied. The conducted research determined a stimulatory influence of the preparation on the growth, development and safety of broiler chickens. The new hepatoprotector exhibits the properties aimed on revitalizing the erythro- and hematopoiesis and magnification of the cellular immunity against the exogenous influence. The use of the preparation helps to improve liver function and reduce the toxic load on hepatocytes, which manifests an increase in a number of metabolic parameters, such as total protein, glucose, calcium, phosphorus. We have noted an expressed hepatoprotective effect on the enzyme activity of AST and the remission of the cytolytic syndrome of the experimental chickens. Thereby it was found out that the complex hepatoprotective preparation has a pronounced pharmacological activity, providing a significant impact on the energy of the broiler chickens’ growth and their safety, morphological and biochemical indices of the blood and metabolic processes in the body of the bird

COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF SPERM FUNCTIONAL PARAMETERS OF SHEEP NORTH CAUCASIAN BREED WHEN YOU MAKE IT TO THE MEDIA FOR IN VITRO FERTILIZATION

abstract 1211607054 issue 121 pp. 907 – 916 30.09.2016 ru 735
The article presents the use of intensive methods of diet herd reproduction that will increase the productivity and profitability of the sheep industry. One of such methods is in vitro fertilization (IVF). For the success of in vitro fertilization procedure, an important requirement is the availability of highquality nutrient media, which help to preserve the genetic material and contribute to the further development of the zygote. The main requirement to the media for sperm is the ability of media not to cause their agglutination. The aim of our work was to search for new ways to reduce the agglutination of spermatozoa in the preparation of freshly prepared sperm in the process of production of embryos in vitro. To eliminate the agglutination of spermatozoa in the semen preparation stage, we used GCY medium, followed by demolition of seed in SOFw environment, which has resulted in a significant (almost 15 times!) reduce of the number of bound sperm. In our opinion, a decrease in agglutination in GCY buffer was connected with a specific influence of the constituent components of sperm. Conclusion: Thus, our method of preparation of freshly prepared sperm for in vitro fertilization allows a sharp decline in sperm agglutination, which will improve the fertility of eggs during the production of embryos in vitro sheep
