In low-and middle-mountainous Chechnya we have determined local populations of 45 species of sheep helminths, in highland region - 21 species. For sheep, EI varies 2,0-34,0% AI - 1,6 ± 0,2 -231,6 ± 14,0. As for goats, in the low and middle zone we have allocated 27, in the alpine zone - 12 species. The largest epidemiological relevance are Fasciola, Dicrocelium, Echinococcus, moniezia, Bunostoma, Chabertia ovina, Trichostrongyloidosis, Nematodirus, Haemonchosis
In the mountainous area of Chechnya cattle population infected with 27 types of bio - and geo worms, including 11 kinds of pp Thichostrpnogylus, Ostertagia, Nematodirus and Bunostomum identified for the first time. In the low zone (altitude 1000 – 1500 m) we determined 23; in the medium (1600 - 2500 m) – 27; in the alpine zone (2500 - 3500 m) - 18 species of worms, because of abiotic and biotic conditions of the region
Dog poisoning toxicant used at home for rodent
control (often based on zinc phosphide ) is
accompanied by the development of anemia . In
etiopathogenesis of this type of pathology of the
blood we can highlight as important: haemolytic ,
haemorrhagic and allergic components, but the
nature and extent of the changes under there are
unequal. This requires the development of a special
algorithm of examination and treatment strategies of
the animal in accordance with the stages of the
development of the disease. Modern conditions
dictate the need, along with the actions to carry out
urgent medical identification as the main etiological
factor and pathogenesis, and the leading
pathogenetic factors that pose a threat to the danger
of other pathological processes and disease states.
First, we evaluate the extent of damage to the liver,
kidneys, heart, spleen and blood vessels, which is
possible only if the clinic has appropriate methods
and equipment. It is undeniable in this regard the
importance of evidence-based recommendations for
dietary nutrition of the affected animal's behavior
after the clinic urgent remedial measures. The article
proves high importance of evaluating the
effectiveness of the treatment in the clinic
In this study we show the results of the use of natural mineral compounds in metabolic disorders in cattle-breeding complexes of industrial type. According to official data for 2013-2015, based on the biochemical analysis of blood of cattle, that was held in some farms of Samara region, significant metabolic disorders were determined due to decrease in total protein level on 31,5% in average, decrease in alkali reserve – on 26,9% of samples, decrease in calcium concentration – on 40,7%, decrease of the phosphorus – on 8,1%, decrease in carotene – on 81,7% and glucose – on 84,3% of studies. Clinical examination of herd revealed a high level of animals with obvious signs of mineral metabolism disorders (osteodystrophy and rickets of alimentary origin) and comorbidity (nutritional anemia, gastroenteritis, pneumonia, disturbance of protein, carbohydrate and vitamin metabolism, and others). The use of complex natural compounds improves the efficiency of the traditional complex of treatment and prophylaxis, causing an increase in the total concentration of calcium in the blood serum on 10-55%, increase in calcium-phosphorus ratio till 1,27-2,3, increase in annual growth rate of young animals’ body weight on 8,2-44,8%, increase in milk production on 5,9-16,3%. Preparations have an antianemic action, normalize indicators of micronutrient metabolism of proteins and carbohydrates, enhance non-specific resistance factors and prevent the development of non-contagious internal pathology

The article gives brief information about the development of the domestic technology of industrial synthesis of glyoxal and presents the results of the bactericidal properties of it on various micro-organisms and depending on the structure of the treated surface
Results of research of immune biological indexes
of different cattle physiological groups on the base of experimental farm “Lenin’s way” of Novokubanskiy region are considered in this article.
Immune biological indexes of cows, infected
with cattle leukemia virus and fallen sick with leukemia in comparison with intact ones are considered in this article.
Based on analysis of the etiopathogenesis of ovarian follicular cysts in cows and heifers we have developed a comprehensive method of treatment and prevention of them. Potassium iodide normalizes metabolism and has specific effects on the genitals, thyroid and pituitary glands, restores their function. Chlormadinone inhibits
the secretion of pituitary gonadotropins depending on the dose of the drug, and estrofan promotes growth of ovarian follicles and the manifestation of hunting and estrus in cows
Mixed infestations have been reported in cattle with EI - 73.5%. The mixed infestations of cattle productive performance of animals decreased proportional to the intensity of infestation E.granulosus and D. lanceatum. In the carcasses of calves, depending on the AI of worms, we have marked the reduction in the yield of muscle tissue from 72.8 to 63.2%, fat - from 9.2 to 3.0% (3 times). Heavily infested bodies have shown a shortfall of 60.1 kg of meat in slaughter weight
