THEORETICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL BASIS FOR THE USE OF INJECTION HEPATOPROTECTORS IN THE PROPHYLACTICS OF LIVER DISEASES IN COWS

abstract 1321708027 issue 132 pp. 335 – 345 31.10.2017 ru 1388
The use of intensive milk production technologies in practice, nonobservance of the principles of feeding and keeping animals leads to a decrease in the level of compensatory-regenerative processes in the body, violation of general and specific metabolic reactions, emergence of a number of pathological conditions, and, primarily, hepatopathies leading to a decrease in the productivity of dairy cattle, to the birth of unviable young animals and to the impossibility of their further exploitation. Therefore, on the background of early diagnosis of violations of the liver it is necessary to conduct adequate pharmacoprophylaxis, which prevents further development of hepatopathies with the help of hepatoprotectors. These preparations include a new injectable one – livazen, the mechanism of action of which works due to its antioxidant and membrane-stabilizing action. The preparation has a lipotropic effect, favorably affects the antitoxic and pigmentary function of liver, and increases resistance to hypoxia and various kinds of intoxication. Research conducted to study its effect in the system of prophylactic measures of hepatosis in sterile cows showed that on the background of the use of lavazen there was a significant increase in total protein by 16,6% and increase in albumins - by 13,8%. The level of γ-globulins, on the contrary, decreased by 20,9%. The study of the preparation had a normalizing effect on lipid metabolism, which was manifested by an increase in the concentration of triglycerides in 3,1 times and increase in cholesterol by 24,7%. An increase in the concentration of calcium by 14,5% was also found out. The use of livazen allowed to ensure a tendency towards a decrease in enzyme activity (according to AST - by 6,9%, by ALT - by 24,4%, according to alkaline phosphatase - by 11,6%), in contrast to control animals whose aspartate aminotransferase increased by 11,3% from the initial; ultrasonography of liver of cows confirmed the expressed effectiveness of the pharmacoprophylaxis

TREATMENT OF CHRONIC ENDOMETRITIS WITH THE NEW DRUG FLORINAZOL

abstract 1231609070 issue 123 pp. 1011 – 1025 30.11.2016 ru 956
In the article data on spread of chronic endometritises at cows are provided. The microflora range, being in genitals of patients with a chronic endometritis of cows is determined. We have developed a new drug called Florinazol and we also determined his antimicrobic and fungicide activity. Researches on determination of acute and chronic toxicity, and also irritant action on a mucous membrane of a uterus and a vagina are conducted. Researches on studying of influence of Florinazol on blood biochemistry at rabbits are conducted. The optimum therapeutic dose and frequency rate of its introduction is determined. By results of researches it is established that 24,8% of the cows containing on a farm with loose housing content and 10,6% of cows on a farm with fastened content have a chronic endometritis. At the same time in uterus content in 84,3% of cases isolated associations of bacteria and mushrooms in 65,2%, in 34,8% - monocultures of microorganisms. Offered by us means the danger class belongs to substances lowdangerous by the 4th. Doesn't possess irritant action, doesn't exert a negative impact on blood biochemistry, and also has outstanding therapeutic performance of 90% in case of its application in a dose of 100 ml intra-vaginal at an interval of 48 hours

USE OF FLUCONAZOLE FOR TREATMENT OF CHRONIC ENDOMETRITIS AT COWS

abstract 1241610057 issue 124 pp. 862 – 874 30.12.2016 ru 659
That article is of interest to practicing veterinarians. Currently, the biggest obstacle in the development of dairy farming is infertility at cows, which is caused by the presence of diseases of the reproductive organs, most of which is occupied by acute and chronic endometritis. The frequency of occurrence of chronic endometritis at cows reaches high levels, from 10 to 66.3%, averaging 14%. One of the direct causes of chronic endometritis is association of pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms and fungi. Many chemotherapeutic agents which are designed for prophylaxis and treatment of acute postpartum endometritis do not give a high therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic endometritis or amount and frequency of application drugs is very high. Analyzing the data, the authors developed a new drug which has fungicidal and antibacterial actions - Florinazol. The experiments showed that the use the Florinazol preparation in combination with myotropic, pathogenetic and vitamin preparations gives 90% of therapeutic efficiency, while the frequency of administration of the drug was on average 3 fold, and the duration of treatment was 5 days

USING OF SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE FOR TREATMENT OF SMALL PETS

abstract 1071503009 issue 107 pp. 156 – 164 31.03.2015 ru 1632
In the present work we show the results of treatment of surgical diseases of the small domestic animals sodium hypochlorite. Sodium hypochlorite is an antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and detoxifying agent. We used it in a topical treatment for dogs and cats with allergic, infected wounds and in the post operative period. A solution of sodium hypochlorite is produced by activation of 0.9% sodium chloride solution by electrochemical method using electrometers and "Key", produced by the NGO Pyrolyzer in St. Petersburg. The resulting solution is a colorless transparent liquid, one liter contains 600 mg of the active substance is sodium hypochlorite. In the treatment of surgical diseases in medicine apply modern systemic therapies (drug therapy - physiotherapy - operation-pharmacotherapy), uses the latest drugs targeted actions (antibiotics, immunomodulators, probiotics, enzymes and hormones). There are other methods, including alternative medicine. It is known that increased therapeutic effect on wound process leads to the reduction of the inflammatory response, which can sometimes block local regeneration processes; for dogs and cats moderate inflammatory response in the wound is a necessary condition for successful healing. A certain degree of inflammation of the wound is starting mechanism of reparative processes. These features were considered during the experiment and the selection of treatment regimens
