This article is devoted to the methodology of the research of the new of the academic discipline "Sociology and Culturology" for «Kuban State Agrarian University named after I.T. Trubilin». The article describes the specific tasks posed by the teaching staff of the social and humanitarian department in the connection with the introduction of the integrated academic discipline into the educational process, including problems that require immediate of the resolution. The article reflects the integrative character of the new discipline, the lines of conjugation of the social and cultural components of the scientific knowledge. The main form of the work of the student audience on the practical training is the working with the primary sources, literary texts, which are subjected to the sociological analysis. The authors suggest, that in the process of the development of the new integrative discipline "Sociology and Culturology» students will be able to navigate in the contemporary socio-cultural situation, self-describe and analyze the processes of the world community.
The authors of this article share their thoughts on the inclusion of an integrated discipline in the dialogical concept of social and humanitarian of the knowledge, believing that the focus of the subject "Sociology and Culturology" is a dialogue that is actualized in the text. The optimization of the subject's thinking activity through of the dialogue, according to the authors, contributes to the formation of a harmonious personality with the development of a civic position, an understanding of the historical and social conditioning of the individual's activities

Long time in Russia we have a paradox when the law rules are accepted, reconsidered with the different level of the knowledge intensity and the effect for the social development, but the practice works with the essential derogation from the observance of the established legal regulations. In this article the author considers the essence of the most important rules of constitutional law in Russia: the right to the life, a state protection guarantee of the protection of the citizen in different fields, the right to the participation of each citizen in the state governance, the right to the request to the government and local authorities with the purposes of the receiving the effective and timely help, the competent explanations, the right to the work, the state protection of the motherhood and the childhood, the right to the housing, the right to the health protection and the medical care, the right to the recreation and the right for education. We have also set a task of the overcoming of stereotypes of the comparison of the existing rules of the right to their right application and on the example of the analysis of the important standards of the Russian constitution there is drawn the conclusion about the need of the carrying out audit of the observance of the law rules, the formation of the transition from static consideration of the law rules in the dynamic with the carrying out the comparative analysis of their right application corresponding to the different periods of the development
The article is devoted to the vital problem of studying
the contemporary condition of political consciousness
level and citizen activism among students in Russia in
the context of the events realization within the youth
policy state programs. Main problems, which are being
addressed by various federal target programs in this
field (including inconformity of approaches to life,
values and behavior models of youth with the country
demands; lack of interest among youth in sociopolitical
life of society, etc.), are introduced in the
paper. Increased focus is put on analysis of youth as a
main party of civil society formation and
transformation processes. Based on the completed
sociological survey among students of Kuban State
Agrarian University, the level of awareness of
respondents in the field of current international and
national political processes and level of their influence
on politics, author has identified attitude of the survey
participants to political sphere, political leaders,
actions of political power and socio-political
organizations. Besides, the obtained survey results
have allowed to analyze the degree of democratic
principles implementation in Russia and its role in the
modern world, as well as to identify the most urgent
problems affecting Russian society in general and
respondents in particular. On the basis of the survey
data, the author makes a conclusion about immaturity
of political consciousness and catastrophically low
level of citizen activism among students which
decelerates the process of civil society development

The article places civil, ethnic, religious, regional identity in the hierarchy of the identity of residents of the region, we have also carried out the analysis of subjective importance of the various types of identity
The authors characterize the modern condition of Russian rural territories. The most important federal target programs of development of the agro-industrial complex (AIC) are mentioned. Special attention is paid to studying the student’s youth as the main social resource of rural territories development. Based on empirical date we present an analysis of economic and social situation, vital plans and strategies of rural youth of Kuban. We have also carried out the analysis of respondent’s views of the rural territories actual problems and the measures aimed at the development of AIC
The socioeconomic and foreign policy transformations happening in Russia have predetermined the emergence of many social problems demanding the immediate solve. Thus social and demographic problems are the most important. Introduction of the state social programs in many respects helped to solve a problem of low birth rate. Negotiation of the demographic situation which was followed by sharp decrease of birth rate demanded considerable efforts from the state, but, despite the reached results, the situation can repeat again. And it is notable now when children of "reorganization" reached reproductive age. Thus mortality of the population continues to grow, and its rates exceed birth rates now. Annual losses of the population reached 1,5-2 million per year. In this regard the central problem of modern social and economic policy of the state is introduction of the uniform program of a people saving directed on improvement of population quality of life, achievement of material, spiritual and physical welfare for the purpose of saving of that Russian population. Along with natural losses of the population there are so-called social, preventable demographic losses which could be avoided, by predicting the situation with the help of monitoring of population quality of life that could conduce conservation of life and the social status to millions of people
The purpose of the article is to analyze the dynamics
of the socio-economic sphere of Abkhazia during the
Soviet period. It is shown that the structural changes
in the economy of the territory associated with the
integration of the all-Russian economic system,
which determined the development of industry, agriculture
and culture of Abkhazia. Political and economic
integration of the subjects of the USSR of different
levels connected to all the regions of the country
in the economic organism, contributed to the fact
that from a backward edge of Abkhazia turned into
an advanced industrial-agrarian republic
