For the production of high quality winter wheat grain, it is necessary to observe the technology of growing the crop and creating optimal conditions for the growth and development of plants. An important role in it is played not only by agrotechnical measures, but also by effective protection of crops from pests. The phytosanitary state of winter wheat sowings has worsened significantly in recent years, however, the degree of damage to crops and the harmfulness of fungal diseases can be significantly reduced, and in some cases completely prevented by treatment of crops with fungicides. The range of fungicides is improved annually by incorporating more effective and less environmentally hazardous preparations. The research is aimed at determining the optimal rates of consumption, the biological effectiveness of new fungicides and assessing their effect on the yield of winter wheat. As a result, it has been established that treatment with Abucus Ultra with a rate of 1.0 l / ha has protective properties, but does not treat plants (72.2%). This further leads to a loss of an average of about 0.5 tons of grain per hectare. Fungicide Akanto Plus in the investigated rates of consumption has good protective and eradicating (healing) properties and with a decrease in the rate of consumption of less loss of yield. Thus, the choice of the preparation and its consumption rate should be based on an understanding of the phytosanitary situation, taking into account the condition of crops and the agroclimatic situation

At present, much attention is paid to the production of domestic vegetable products. One of the main reserves of increasing the yield of vegetables is the production of products in sheltered ground. The intensive construction of new glasshouses and greenhouses complexes has sharply increased the demand for engineering facilities, with the help of which an artificial microclimate is created in the structures of the protected soil. To create high irradiations, a very significant specific installed power of photosynthetic radiation sources is required. Currently, advanced greenhouse plants use LED irradiation. The experience of these farms showed that LED irradiators have a number of significant advantages over discharge lamps: a significantly lower specific power of the irradiator; the service life of LEDs is several times higher; they do not contain toxic substances (mercury); LEDs are powered from a low voltage network, which is significant from a safety standpoint. Isolation of greenhouse plants from the effects of natural factors of the environment leads to undesirable consequences. The deficit of the amount of natural energy of optical radiation penetrating the structures of protected ground in modern industrial greenhouses during off-season is eliminated by additional artificial radiation from greenhouse lamps. In this case, the emission spectrum of lamps differs significantly from the natural one. This is especially true for ultraviolet radiation. The issue of creating an LED lamp for its application in structures of protected ground is considered. The main requirements for the creation of a photosynthetic lamp on the spectral composition of radiation are given. The necessity of a long-wave ultraviolet component in the emission spectrum of a lamp is substantiated

Diabetes Insipidus is found in dogs and rarely in cats. The study of this disease is a hot topic today, as it is challenging for the veterinarian in the diagnosis of its patients. You must take into consideration and study of such diseases, as it is important to of differential them from other diseases. Special attention the doctor pays to the etiology, diagnosis, and most importantly, treatment. It is also important to inform pet owners about the timely prevention of this disease. It has several mechanisms of development, and this will depend on the treatment process of the patient. The development of the disease directly depends on the speed of "fading" of kidney function and how soon the animal will be helped. Completely cure pet yet possible, but therapy can support the required amount of hormone in the body, and the physical condition of the animal is normal. Diabetes Insipidus is a serious condition that requires proper attention. In the final stages of your pet there is shortness of breath, frequency of seizures increases. The animal begins to refuse food, the skin becomes dry, appear constipation and incontinence. If the animal will not be treated, then it can live for about one to two years, and then die from exhaustion, perhaps a pet will fall into a coma. Therefore, the veterinarian must correctly explain to the pet owners than to end their inaction, as well as to prepare them for the fact that the pet will constantly be required drugs

Diseases of the digestive system are one of the huge problems of veterinary medicine and pharmacy. This group of diseases not only affects all age groups of animals, but can occur even in newborn puppies. It is very difficult to talk about the breed predisposition to pancreatitis in animals. Pancreatitis occupies one of the leading places in the structure of digestive diseases in animals. The urgency of this veterinary problem is increasing every year. Acute pancreatitis manifests itself suddenly, most often against the background of gross violations in feeding, with the disease of the duodenum and gallbladder. In this case, there is a violation of the outflow of secretion into the ducts of the pancreas. In the tissues of the pancreas there are diffuse changes up to necrosis. Severe inflammation of the pancreas leads to a sharp deterioration in the general condition of the body, sharply reduced blood pressure. The animal is in great pain, vomiting is observed. The animal needs urgent care. The disease can be chronic. Periods of exacerbation are repeated from time to time. The owners usually do not call veterinary specialists. Since the disease is manifested by symptoms characteristic of many pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract, it is therefore difficult to diagnose. In the history of the animal there are both diarrhea and constipation, the animal has a reduced appetite, in hotel cases there is cachexia. In hematological studies, we can note an increase in sugar levels. Therefore, for the differential diagnosis of the animal, we carry out ultrasound, x-ray diagnostics all together with biochemical methods of blood tests. In the future, when choosing treatment tactics, all diseases that could accompany inflammation of the pancreas are taken into account

The studies were conducted on the biological economic efficiency of biological preparations against pests in the conditions of the training and experimental farm of the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education of the Stavropol State Agrarian University in winter wheat crops of the Yuka variety. The effect of triple use of biosecticides Bioslip BV (viable spores of Beauveria bassiana OPB-09 strain) and Bioslip BT (viable spores and thermostable crystalline endotoxin of B. thuringiensis strains) was studied. A tank mixture of Alt-Alf chemical insecticides, CE (alpha-cypermethrin 100 ml / l) and Actara, VDG (thiamethoxam 250 g / kg) was used as a reference. Bioinsecticide Bioslip BV most effectively suppresses cereal aphids: the average biological effectiveness was 78.3%, in relation to harmful turtle and wheat thrips, the effectiveness of the drug was 60.3-68.7%. Bioinsecticide Bioslip BT is effective against the red-breasted drunkard; the average biological effectiveness was 84.2%, in relation to other species - 27.2-44.2%. The efficiency of using a tank mixture of bioinsecticides with half consumption rates was in the range of 23.3-40.7%. The harmfulness of phytophages in winter wheat crops is high, the control yield is lower by 0.556 t / ha compared with chemical treatment. The smallest difference with economic etholone in the variant with three times use of Bioslip BV is 0.09 t / ha
