The work on the development of technology for production of feed additives from soybean seeds and fruits of pumpkin has shown that the use of sodium bisulfate and lactic acid bacteria provide a high content of carotene in pumpkin paste (948 mg / kg and 819 mg / kg, respectively), and grinding soy before drying protein and vitamin supplements raises safety of carotene without destroying the urease
The optimum conditions of cultivation of probiotic association bacteria (structures of mother waters and industrial nutritious environments, optimum of temperature and time of cultivation) are determined; therefore it was allowed to develop the “know-how” of the Bacell fodder additive. On the basis of the carried out experiments of the application of Bacell on birds it is possible to make a conclusion about expediency of its application at cultivation of the hens as the fodder additive. Its use allows to increase efficiency, safety layers, and to increase the competitiveness of manufacture of eggs and meat of the hens in general
The article contains generalized information on the
activities of peasant farms in cultivation of turkey for
meat using outdoor technologies. The production is
cost-effective, although the rates of live weight gain
and the cost of feeding do not reach the requirements
for the cross. There are some reserves to improve the
profitability (introduction of floor cell technology,
optimization of feeding and participation in
government support programs)
Based on the analysis of 422 samples of compound feeds and grain for processing of different farms of the Krasnodar region, we have established the level of their natural mycotoxin contamination and also identified prevailing combinations. Regularities of the frequency of contamination have been presented as well
