ANALYSIS OF THE ARCHITECTURE OF A HEALTH CENTRE: SWOT ANALYSIS

abstract 1091505031 issue 109 pp. 528 – 540 29.05.2015 ru 1142
The article conducts a SWOT analysis of medical center. This is the first stage of the method of system analysis of enterprise architecture. According to the method of analysis we have identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. We have evaluated opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses. Calculated the resulting matrix of the SWOT analysis. The calculations were performed using the software product "extended SWOT matrix 1.0". Conclusions and recommendations for the use of the strengths of the organization to overcome the possible threats were given for the use of opportunities to strengthen the weaknesses of the organization, namely the organization needs to develop a strategy that allows you to use factors such as the availability of electronic patient card and the electronic schedule of the doctors at the center for threat neutralization "of the Deterioration of service quality". That is, clients must be satisfied in the future by the lack of delay in the issue of an appointment and receive a personal card. However, only one SWOT analysis is sufficient to build accurate conclusions and business decisions, and it is therefore necessary to use such methods of analysis, ABC analysis, and analysis of competition porter and segmentation of the consumer market

The cycle of management is considered and the description of stages of the given cycle is resulted. Value to proper statement of objectives is in detail considered and the procedure of construction of a tree of objectives and functions of object of research is described. Internal and external possible processes of object of research are studied. Influence of operating influence on business-processes of object of research is shown. The interrelation of business-processes and organizational structure of object of research is considered. Importance of modeling and an assessment of organizational structure and business-processes and their subsequent reengineering is shown. Such criteria of diagnostics of the organization as capacity of the organization to be trained are considered, strengthening the position in the market, flexibility of strategy and capacity of the organization to support and increase the strategic potential. The concept of architecture of the enterprise has been shown. It is certain, that the organizational structure and business-architecture are domains of architecture of the enterprise. MINIMIZATION OF RESOURCE COSTS IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF PRODUCTION TASKS OF A COMPANY TAKING INTO ACCOUNT ITS STRUCTURE

abstract 1541910030 issue 154 pp. 317 – 326 30.12.2019 ru 314
The problem of the optimal distribution of production tasks is one of the important problems of effective planning of processes associated with production at the enterprise. However, the classical approach to solving this problem becomes of little use when the individual stages of the production process are performed sequentially and in the case when it is necessary to take into account the structural features of the technological processes of the enterprise. Purpose of work: to develop a methodology for minimizing costs in the distribution of production tasks, taking into account the structural features of the technological processes of the enterprise. We built a multicriteria discrete optimization model for the distribution of production tasks according to the structure of production elements. One of the methods based on the proposed model is proposed, which allows to identify groups consisting of four elements in the production structure of the enterprise. The model is built using a network design which are pre-fractal graphs. The use of pre-fractal graphs allows you to naturally represent the structure of production and technological links of the elements of the production system of large enterprises. The results of the work is the developed effective methodology for solving the problem of the network distribution of production tasks, taking into account the structural features of technological processes at the enterprise, the economic effect of which is to minimize resource costs. Based on the constructed model, we can develop automated means of monitoring and managing the production processes of a company
