To increase the validity of conclusions about the impact of environment on quality of life we need to move from generalities to the application of quantitative modeling techniques. This requires the joint processing environmental databases and databases depicting various aspects of quality of life. These databases need to be handled not just together, but in a comparable form approach, technology and methodology; and we need to implement them in one software system. For the first time in the environmental studies it has been planned to be done with the application of the ASK- analysis and the system called "Eidos". In this work, we set the goals and the objectives of the application of the ASK-analysis to study the effect of environmental factors on the quality of life of the population of the region. The article reveals the urgency of this study; the requirements for the method of conducting the study, the choice of research method, the contents of the objectives of the study. The proposed work is at the edge of mathematical ecology and mathematical modeling of quality of life (which refers to mathematical and instrumental methods of Economics), resulting from expected synergies, consists in obtaining of new knowledge in these fields, that is relevant to both ecology and economy. This knowledge will make it more meaningful and justified for the application of environmental criteria and concepts in the economy
The article describes the process of developing the
two-level technique for assessment of the missed
benefit during the landing and cultivation of perennial
plantings. The technique is developed for the
enterprises where the cycle of production of raw
materials breaks into several periods until the first
harvest. The choice problem of the most suitable
grades for the landing is relevant for such enterprises.
The first level of the two-level technique assumes
assessment of qualitative and quantitative
characteristics of grades with use of such tools as the
theory of fuzzy sets and the decisions tree. The results
of the first level are entrance data for the second level
where there is final assessment of a grade and
determination of the missed benefit rather potentially
possible at the choice of the recommended grade. In
the article also designated the importance of the raw
materials stage for the technological chain. It is shown
that, being consecutive structure, the technological
chain strongly depends on the first stage – a stage of
raw materials production. Minimization of the risk
situations at the first stage promotes strengthening of
the general risk tolerance of a technological chain
In this article, the general structure of technologically
complete production chain of the integrated production
system of agroindustrial complex was considered.
Three different variants of creation of the production
chains are described. The main distinctions in activity
of chains consist in a source of raw materials. Any
technologically full vertical chain includes three stages
– production of raw materials, storage and processing,
realization. Each of stages is characterized by different
situations of the risk. Stages of process of functioning
of a production chain were considered in this article.
Also, the qualitative analysis of risk for all stages is
made and the results of this analysis are considered.
Results of this analysis became a basis for
improvement of stream model for determination of
efficiency of the technological chain taking into
account a risk component. In the article, the algorithm
of an assessment of efficiency of the technological
chain of the integrated production system taking into
account a risk component at the stage of creation of a
material stream is also described
The modern approach for the assessment the client's solvency for loaning is considered in the article. This approach explains the use of scoring models to optimize the decision-making process for the loan request. The approach to systematize the credit scoring with descriptions of new methods, models and toolkits making it possible to increase opportunities of the assessment and analysis is recommended with the experiment is recommended
The purpose of research – the development of models
and methods of multiparametrical diagnostic the
research activities of scientific and pedagogical
collectives of educational institutions. The
problematics of research is improving the quality and
productivity (the efficiency) of research activities in
educational institutions. The problem of research is the
question of how to objectively and comprehensively
(in a complex) diagnose the research activities of
scientific and pedagogical collectives? The urgency of
solving specified problem is caused by the need to
ensuring a close relationship between research,
methodological and educational activities in
educational institutions. We have also to consider the
increasing role of clusters in the Russian economy,
cooperation and integration levels (steps) a system of
continuous education, etc. The authors identified the
parameters reflecting significance of research activities
of the scientific and the pedagogical collectives for the
scientific and educational community (social megaenvironmental).
When allocating indicators the authors
took into account that science - the social and cultural
phenomenon and the social institution, and the most
important aspect of the significance of the research
activity - in the innovative development of various
spheres of human activity. The applied methods of
research: mathematical modeling; methods of the
theory of graphs, sets and relations; methods of
"artificial intelligence" and the multi-parameter analysis of systems; methods of quality control (theory
of latent variables). Methodological bases of research:
systemic, cultural, competence, metasystem,
sociological, qualimetric and synergetic approaches
In the article we have reflected a relationship between
the parameters of the research activities of scientific
and pedagogical collectives and the characteristics of
the educational environment in higher education. It is
known that the research activities of scientific and
pedagogical workers and teams - an integral part
functioning of the higher education institution (and
improving its efficiency is one of the most important
problems). The authors proved that parameters
reflecting research activity of scientific and
pedagogical higher education of institution employees
characterize the aspects of the educational
environment as its latitude, intensity, social activity,
coherence, mobility, stability, reliability and
efficiency. It is caused by the fact that the research
activities of scientific and pedagogical workers - a
multifaceted social and cultural phenomenon. The idea
of the diagnosis of the educational environment of a higher educational institution and its structural units,
based on an assessment of scientometric indicators
(criteria for research productivity), can be completely
suitable for international and Russian requirements:
the well-known Shanghai procedure shifts the
emphasis on the evaluation of various aspects of the
research activities in higher education; serious
attention to assessing the research activity focuses and
Russian technique diagnostic efficiency of higher
education institutions. This is logical and soundly: if
the educational environment of a higher educational
institution is not a center of science, then it cannot
have effectively and competitive graduates, because
Research and pedagogical staff - the governing factor
in the educational process. Based on previously
developed models of research activities in scientific
and pedagogical collectives, as well as on generally
accepted models of educational environments, the
authors have proposed a method for the diagnosis of
the educational environment, based on an assessment
of scientometric indicators - parameters reflecting the
impact of the research activities of scientific and
pedagogical workers. Obtained results may be the
theoretical basis for further scientific understanding of
the problem of increasing the productivity of research
activities in higher education, as well as problems -
increasing the competitiveness of educational
environments. The practical significance of the results
of this study - the possibility of their use in the system
of socio-pedagogical monitoring - monitoring of
productivity the research activities and effectiveness of
educational environments. Methods of investigation:
modeling, methods of the theory of sets and relations,
methods of probability theory and mathematical
statistics, methods of the theory of limits, methods of
linear algebra and analytic geometry, multi-parameter
analysis of the systems and methods of quality control
(latent variables theory). Methodological bases of
research: a systematic, metasystem, qualimetric,
sociological and probabilistic and statistical
approaches

This work contains a description of the basic data sources for the study of the impact of environmental factors on various aspects of quality of life of the region's population, the source data for this study, the characteristics of the original data, substantiation of requirements to the method of research, choosing research methods appropriate to requirements; the development of steps to achieve the objectives of the study
Application of classical forecasting methods applied to a diversified corporation faces some certain difficulties, due to its economic nature. Unlike other businesses, diversified corporations are characterized by multidimensional arrays of data with a high degree of distortion and fragmentation of the information due to the cumulative effect of the incompleteness and distortion of accounting information from its enterprises. Under these conditions, the applied methods and tools must have high resolution and to work effectively with large databases with incomplete information, to ensure correct common comparable quantitative processing of the heterogeneous nature of the factors measured in different units. It is therefore necessary to select or develop some methods that can work with poorly formalized complex tasks. This fact substantiates the relevance of the problem of developing models, methods and tools for solving the problem of forecasting the development of diversified corporations. This article compares methods of forecasting and encourages using the ask analysis which has a good theoretical justification for the meaningful interpretation of a knowledge model based on information theory; high accuracy and independence of calculation results of the unit of measurement baseline data through the use of not the correlation matrix, as in statistical systems, and matrices of knowledge. A well-developed and available Toolkit of the ASK-analysis which is an intellectual system called "Eidos" (created by E. V. Lutsenko, 1994) allows, on the basis of fragmented, noisy source data of various nature (numeric, text) to create models of large dimension. The ASK-analysis and the system of "Eidos" have been widely and successfully used in economics, engineering, agriculture, sociology and other fields. These features of the ASK-analysis have led to the fact that it was chosen as the method of forecasting of dynamics of indicators of the corporation
The article deals with the results of research of acoustic and magnetic field influence on conductivity and pH value of hydroponic solution. For carrying out researches in this area the hypothesis of possibility of nutrient solution influence on ions by means of an acoustic and magnetic field is set up. A laboratory scale plant was constructed for a pilot study of the hypothesis. The solution was moved in the tube passing through a ferrite ring with winding. Thus, the solution was exposed to the influence of acoustic and magnetic field. The object of research was hydroponic solution of (NH4)2SO4; (NH4)2HPO4; K2SO4; Ca(NO3)2; MgSO4 in water having adjusted concentration and acidity. The solution was taken from the tank of laboratory scale plant by means of the pump, passed through the working area of the acoustic and magnetic device, filter, and then was poured into the tank, from which the sample for pH level changing was taken. The pH value was measured at the temperature of 22С by using electronic pH-meter KL-009(1)A. For control of instrument readings acidity was tested by universal test-paper. The initial pH value of solution made 5. As a result of acoustic and magnetic treatment of solution pH value of hydroponic solution increased from 6 to 6.9. The results show the possibility of pH value correction by small energy input
In the article the development of software and its application in acceptance of the optimum administrative decisions at the agriculture enterprise is considered.
