In this paper, we investigate the stability dependence of integrated information content on the distance from the celestial bodies of the Solar System, with the change in the extensive pre-cases as the total number of cases, the implementation of the choice of social categories, and the number of categories. It was found that for each celestial body, there is a set of categories in which the depend-dependence of the integrated information content of the distance is determined with the greatest certainty. A model of the gravitational sensitivity, based on the mechanism of hormonal regulation of heat and pressure is discussed.

The cognitive simulation of AstroDatabank records by using the Artificial Intelligence System – AIDOS is reviewed in this paper. The technology of simulation is described and the mostly important results are discussed.

Main scientific results, which were received in 2007 under creation and investigation of semantic information multi mode, providing as detection of dependence between astro signs and accessory of respondents to generalized social categories as a use of knowledge of these dependences for identification of respondents by these categories are casted in the article. Multi model includes 172 private models on 37 generalized categories and each of categories is presented less than 1000 respondents under general fetch capacity of 20007 respondents. It was applied the method of systemic- cognitive analysis, which is considered as one of the universal variants of decision of thirteen problem of Gilbert in practice ( theoretically this problem has been done in the theorem of A.N. Kolmogorova, which is a generalization of theorem V.I. Arnold ( 1957) under it.

Programming idea of systemic generalization of mathematics, essence of which consists of total change of meaning “set” on more common meaning “system” and tracing of all consequences of it is formulated and generalized in the article. Observance of adequacy principle, which is mandatory for more common theory is provided under it, because a system with zero level of systemic character is set. Expanded example of realization of this programming idea as a systemic information theory, which is systemic generalization of information theory of Nikewest-Boltzman-Hartley-Shannon and semantic information theory of Kharkevich , which was offered by the author, is brought.

Demand to the method of statement of problem is substantiated and degree of known methods correspondence to these demands is determined, the most available method of problem decision is chosen by the substantiated criteria, the essence of chosen problem and the method of its application to decide the problem in view, including synthesis of semantic informational model and evaluation of its adequacy are described in brief as well.

Prognosis of industrial results of some or other agro technologies application and support of decision taking by choice of such varieties of grains and rational agro technologies for their cultivation, which with most probability would show the given desirable industrial result in advance are cited in the article.

In the article the method and the results of investigating the information properties of the celestial bodies of the solar system are described. Is proposed the new for contemporary astronomy tool of knowledge, which includes intellectual information technology and the multichannel receiver distributed in the space and time, as which were used 20007 subjects. This allowed to open and to begin a study the new previously unknown phenomena of nature. It is in particular established that interaction of the group of subjects with the space environment has substantive nature. The reaction of each subject to the position of the celestial bodies of the solar system at the moment of birth was recorded and was processed for this. Each subject reacted via selection of one or several of 37 social categories, which composes totally 86314 cases. By statistical processing discovered, that the parameter of the dispersion of the information of the signs of celestial bodies (integral informativeness) depends on position of an ascendant - degree of the solar zodiac ascending in the east at the moment of a birth, and it depends on the distance to the celestial bodies as well. The mechanisms of the influence of celestial bodies on the group of subjects are discussed.

In the article the current version and some prospects of development of Universal cognitive analytical Eidos system - one of the oldest really working domestic universal systems of an artificial intellect widely applied and developing nowadays is shortly described

Results of computational experiments on increasing of semantic information models adequacy with different sets of astrosigns by means of separation of generalized social categories (astrosociotypes) on typical and atypical parts are casted in the article.
