The "Eidos" system is working well for many years of use for researches in various subject areas and activities for a number of scientific disciplines related to artificial intelligence, knowledge representation and knowledge management. However, during the operation of the system, some of the shortcomings that limit the opportunities and prospects for the application of the system have been identified. Therefore, the radically new version of the system (the system Eidos X + +) was created, which overcome the limitations and drawbacks of previous version and includes new important ideas for its development and use as a software tool in system-cognitive analysis (SC analysis)
This article describes the system-cognitive approach to an investment management of agribusiness at the regional level in order to improve the quality of life. The possibility of the practical application of the proposed quantitative integral criterion of the quality of life for the identification year study period, and obtained influence functions volume and direction of investment in the value of the integral criterion and partial criteria of quality of life in the region is presented. The results open the possibility of scientific study recommendations on the structure and terms of investments, the most effective impact on improving the quality of life of the region

In the article, a text is considered as a system, which includes both verbal and nonverbal subsystems of different levels of hierarchy. System generalization of the classical Shannon measure of information in text and a quantitative measure of the level of systematic text, called the "coefficient of emergence of Shannon", which is based on it, is proposed. This article shows mathematical relationship between the obtained coefficients of emergence of Hartley in 2002 and Shannon's proposed rate of emergence. It is shown that every object of cognition can be associated with a text reflecting its composition and structure. The process of learning from this perspective is seen as a process of constructing a text object models of learning and research process of these models. The definition of procedures for encryption and decryption, as well as quantitative measures of their effectiveness based on quantitative measures systematic texts is given. From this standpoint, the relationship of encryption and decryption with zipping and unzipping is shown. We propose a computer program for the numerical measurement of systemic and specific texts of the simulated systems and present some numerical examples in this article

In this article, the deep relationship between the theory of automated control and system-cognitive analysis and its software tools - system of "Eidos" in their application to the intelligent control of complex systems is reviewed. Offered technology allows implementing in practice the intelligent automated and even automatic control of the objects of management, for which earlier management is realized only on weak formalized level, as a rule, without the use of mathematical models and computers. The article, on a simple numerical example, deals with the application of the automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) and its software tools - intellectual systems "Eidos" for the detection and investigation of determination of emergent macro preferences of systems in their composition and hierarchical structure, i.e. the sub-systems of various complexity levels (levels of the hierarchy). The article briefly discusses some of the methodological issues of creation and application of formal models in scientific knowledge. The system generalization of the principle of William Ross Ashby about the necessary diversity on the basis of the system of generalization of the theory of sets and systems theory, information, generalized formulation of the principle of Galileo-Einstein, the hypothesis about its relationship with the theorem of Emmy Noether are offered; and also there is a hypothesis "About the dependence of the force and direction of the relations between the basic elements of the system and its emergent properties as a whole, on the level of hierarchy in the system"
In this article, the routine of synthesis of four models of the corporation, different by frequent measure of correlation between past indexes of the factories entering into corporation and the future statuses of corporation as a whole is featured, verification of all private models with utilization of two integral measure is fabricated, forecasting of the future statuses of corporation on their system of determination is performed
