Semantic informational model of systemic-cognitive analysis (SC-analysis) is described in this article
in brief, universal information measure of force and
direction influence of factors values, independent from their nature and measurement units on the action
of an object’s management ( based on the lemma Neiman-Pierson), and nonmetric integral criterion
of similarity between images of concrete objects and generic mages of classes, images of classes and images
of factors values are introduced as well. Identification and prognosis are considered as a decomposition
of an image of a concrete object in a row by generic images classes (object analysis), it is offered
to consider as a possible variant of decision
of the thirteen problem of Gilbert in practice.
In the article the mathematical model, a technique of numerical calculations (including algorithms and structures of data) and their program realization in an infrastructure of universal cognitive analytical system of "Eidos", and also the intellectual technology and a technique of revealing and research of functional dependences of volumes of production in regional agrarian and industrial complex from structure of expenses are offered. Results of appliance of the given intellectual technology on materials of agrarian and industrial complex of Krasnodar region are resulted and the recommendations about perfection of structure of expenses are offered on their basis
In this article application of a new method of an artificial intellect is examined: systemic-cognitive analysis and its toolkit - "Eidos" system are used for an estimation of level of nonspecific resistance of an organism of patient on the basis of the preoperative information about it received by a method of cardiorespiratory synchronism (CRS) and forecasting of duration of the postoperative rehabilitation period on this basis. The technology and a technique of cognitive structurization and subject domain formalization, and also preparation of training sample is described in detail.

The idea of systemic generalization of mathematics was substantiated by the author and the first step on its realization was done: variant of systemic information theory was proposed. There was done an attempt to do the second step in the same way: one of the possible approaches to the systemic generalization
of mathematic understanding of set on the conceptual level, namely the approach, based on systemic
information theory. It is supposed that this approach can become the basic one for systemic generalization of set theory and creation of mathematic theory

In the article the method and the results of investigating the information properties of the celestial bodies of the solar system are described. Is proposed the new for contemporary astronomy tool of knowledge, which includes intellectual information technology and the multichannel receiver distributed in the space and time, as which were used 20007 subjects. This allowed to open and to begin a study the new previously unknown phenomena of nature. It is in particular established that interaction of the group of subjects with the space environment has substantive nature. The reaction of each subject to the position of the celestial bodies of the solar system at the moment of birth was recorded and was processed for this. Each subject reacted via selection of one or several of 37 social categories, which composes totally 86314 cases. By statistical processing discovered, that the parameter of the dispersion of the information of the signs of celestial bodies (integral informativeness) depends on position of an ascendant - degree of the solar zodiac ascending in the east at the moment of a birth, and it depends on the distance to the celestial bodies as well. The mechanisms of the influence of celestial bodies on the group of subjects are discussed.
Application of systemic-cognitive analysis and
its programming set of instruments of the system
“AIDOS” for synthesis of a semantic informational model, taking into account the influence of different factors on sums of insurance payments of car insurance KASKO and use of this model for prognosis of insurance payments sums is described in the article.
