Prognosis of industrial results of some or other agro technologies application and support of decision taking by choice of such varieties of grains and rational agro
technologies for their cultivation, which with
most probability would show the given desirable
industrial result in advance are cited in the article.

The cognitive simulation of AstroDatabank records
by using the Artificial Intelligence System – AIDOS
is reviewed in this paper. The technology
of simulation is described and the mostly
important results are discussed.

The idea of systemic generalization of mathematics was substantiated by the author and the first step on its realization was done: variant of systemic information theory was proposed. There was done an attempt to do the second step in the same way: one of the possible approaches to the systemic generalization
of mathematic understanding of set on the conceptual level, namely the approach, based on systemic
information theory. It is supposed that this approach can become the basic one for systemic generalization of set theory and creation of mathematic theory
of systems.

Results of computational experiments on increasing
of semantic information models adequacy with
different sets of astrosigns by means of separation
of generalized social categories (astrosociotypes) on typical and atypical parts are casted in the article.

Programming idea of systemic generalization
of mathematics, essence of which consists of total change of meaning “set” on more common meaning
“system” and tracing of all consequences of it is
formulated and generalized in the article. Observance of adequacy principle, which is mandatory for more common theory is provided under it, because a system with zero level of systemic character is set. Expanded example of realization of this programming idea as
a systemic information theory, which is systemic
generalization of information theory of Nikewest-Boltzman-Hartley-Shannon and semantic information theory of Kharkevich , which was offered by the author, is brought.

Semantic informational model of systemic-cognitive analysis (SC-analysis) is described in this article
in brief, universal information measure of force and
direction influence of factors values, independent from their nature and measurement units on the action
of an object’s management ( based on the lemma Neiman-Pierson), and nonmetric integral criterion
of similarity between images of concrete objects and generic mages of classes, images of classes and images
of factors values are introduced as well. Identification and prognosis are considered as a decomposition
of an image of a concrete object in a row by generic images classes (object analysis), it is offered
to consider as a possible variant of decision
of the thirteen problem of Gilbert in practice.

Main scientific results, which were received in 2007 under creation and investigation of semantic
information multi mode, providing as detection
of dependence between astro signs and accessory
of respondents to generalized social categories as
a use of knowledge of these dependences for
identification of respondents by these categories
are casted in the article. Multi model includes
172 private models on 37 generalized categories
and each of categories is presented less than
1000 respondents under general fetch capacity
of 20007 respondents. It was applied the method
of systemic- cognitive analysis, which is considered
as one of the universal variants of decision of
thirteen problem of Gilbert in practice ( theoretically this problem has been done in the theorem of
A.N. Kolmogorova, which is a generalization
of theorem V.I. Arnold ( 1957) under it.
