Examples of setting and solving of prognosis tasks and support of decision takings (management) for agro industrial holding on the base of its two-level semantic informational model are casted.
Methodology of using systemic cognitive analysis for building multi-level semantic information model of agro-industrial holding management is formulated in the article in general. Based on this, solutions of forecasting problems and support of decision-making process of management and scientific researches are listed
In article the main problem of management of agro industrial holding is formulated and the basic results of its solution on the basis of application of the modern automated technology of management by knowledge, i.e. systemic-cognitive analysis (SC-analysis) are shown. The technology of cognitive functions of SC-analysis, providing both revealing of knowledge from empirical data, and use of this knowledge for decision-making support of management of holding as a whole, on the basis of management of characteristics of the sub-enterprises, is examined in details

Initial data for designing of two-level semantic
information model of management of agro industrial holding are analyzed in the article, task of their
automatizing transformation to the form, directly sensing by the system “ AIDOS ” with the help of one of its standard interfaces is positioned and solved.
Algorithm and initial program text, providing these functions, results of its work and automatically formed handbooks of classes and factors on their base by the system “ AIDOS ”, training fetch for private models, entering the two-level semantic information model of management of agro industrial holding are casted as well.
Management problem of agro industrial holding is formulated in the article in general, from one hand, it is necessary to work out recommendations and adaptive model on holding management for it, and from other hand, designing of its model is difficult because of high complexity and dynamics of inner logistics of an management object, its territorially distributed and multi branch character, large amount of economic indexes, characterizing its activity on different levels of its organization. General method of formulated problem decision by means of systemic-cognitive approach is offered. First stage of model synthesis is described: cognitive structure formation of private models, entering its multi-level semantic information model.
