The article is devoted to the gradual development of an information system for automated distribution of applications, the development of the necessary organizational diagrams, decomposition charts, as well as constraints the design stage. With the help of a program complex, the request from the client is submitted to the Deputy Director for production, which makes the decision about treatment (accepts or cancels the request). Also via software package, the application is sent to the Deputy Director for the status of implementation, as well as the Director, the chief accountant and the client. Each Department has the ability to contact the Deputy Director for operations for the consultation when a problem occurs with the implementation of the application. After obtaining the status of completed applications in the software package, the chief accountant reports to the Director. A set of methods and techniques of organization of information processes in production systems which allow the selection and the use of an information technology solution for the synthesis of knowledge about the work situation is the content of the concept of formation of information resource management for system knowledge-intensive production. STAGES OF PASSAGE PROJECT IN THE ORGANIZATION BY USING ADAPTIVE SYSTEMS SUPPORT OPERATIONAL DECISION-MAKING IN THE MANAGEMENT OF I.T.-PROJECTS

abstract 1201606068 issue 120 pp. 1036 – 1046 30.06.2016 ru 464
The article considers the stages of the passage of the project in the organization. Decision support system facilitates the work of heads of enterprises and enhance its effectiveness. The organization has a system of registration applications, which contains the information about the project, its description, the terms of development, the developer (or development team) and stages of this project. Using the software package, the customer leaves the application to provide services. Head sends a request to the appropriate division. Departments, in turn, transmit information about the status of implementation of the application through a software package. The software package enables fast two-way remote communication in electronic form between the customer and the head, and between the director and divisions. The organization coordinating the work on the implementation of IT-projects by the head and the head of the sector. But there are some human factors, through which people can not keep up with the timely implementation of all tasks given by subordinates. Developed DSS helps to save time in monitoring the project development phase, will eliminate the human factor in monitoring the success of the project, and will assist in the decision-making in cases of force majeure. Development of an IT project consists of several stages, each of which has the ability to give interest characteristic of the total time spent on the project. Supervisor carries out the decomposition of the problem and evaluation of each stage

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA IN THE INFORMATION TRAINING SYSTEMS

abstract 1221608075 issue 122 pp. 1084 – 1097 31.10.2016 ru 429
Nowadays, a necessary condition for progress in the field of information technology is wide adoption of standards and technologies of information systems used for hardware and software products. Building software of computing and information systems, based on the ideology of open systems, allows to successfully solve the problems of portability on platforms of various manufacturers, the problem of interchangeability of components and, most importantly, ensures the integration of devices and users in a variety of computing and telecommunication networks. It should be emphasized the fact that to date the successful implementation of any significant projects in the field of information and computer technology, management of information and telecommunications is not possible without coordination of development with existing standards in the field of information systems and, in some cases, the development of new standards. In the transition to integrated computing and telecommunications systems principles of information systems form the basis of technology integration, the establishment of sectoral, regional and national information infrastructures and their interactions on a global scale. Therefore, we can conclude that the technology of information systems today is the working environment in which the priority is the development of information and telecommunication technologies, telecommunication and computer engineering

PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF URBAN STREET ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE

abstract 1541910029 issue 154 pp. 300 – 316 30.12.2019 ru 282
The development of a city can go in two ways -extensive and intensive. Intensive involves a qualitative rethinking of the necessary work, optimization and improvement on the basis of existing infrastructure. An extensive method of development is an increase in physical volumes, for example, an increase in territories. At the moment, the transport system of the city of Krasnodar is extremely busy. The city occupies one of the first places in the number of vehicles, roads with such a traffic load can not cope, resulting in numerous congestion on the roads. In addition, an average of 150 thousand cars enter the city every day, and this creates an additional burden on the transport system. In the morning there is a large influx of cars from the main entrances to the city. And in the evening there is no less strong loading points of entry into the city, as those who arrived in the morning leave the city. Information technology is designed to save our time and effort. At the same time, one of the problems that "eats" time is traffic jams. You can get from one place to another at one time, but subject to traffic jams, this time can increase several times. Why not use technical and software tools to solve this problem!? Now almost everyone has a smartphone, with a Navigator loaded into it. There are many variations of these navigators with approximately the same functionality. But what if the Navigator in your smartphone not only chose the shortest path for you, but also helped in unloading traffic throughout the city, reducing traffic congestion to a minimum

PRECONDITIONS AND FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT OF “MICRO-CLIMATE” MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM

abstract 1121508137 issue 112 pp. 1887 – 1898 30.10.2015 ru 1119
The article investigates the experience of implementing automated control systems, which indicates that at the system design phase, it is difficult to choose a single criterion of control. Therefore, in the control system it should be possible to quickly set the criterion during operation, and methods of assignment should clearly reflect the agronomic, economic and technical requirements for the system. Thus, modern control system should allow to define not only one of the above control criteria, or a combination, but any other arising in the production process, providing agronomist-technologist opportunities in choosing a method of maintaining temperature and humidity conditions in the greenhouse. Greenhouse is a fastpaced environment and the state largely depends on the intensity of sunlight, humidity, direction and wind speed, the number of fertilized soil and its humidity. Competent and correct management of these parameters is a complex task and involves certain costs, but in the end allows you to benefit many times greater than the costs. The developed system called "Microclimate" will have a positive effect on any hosted sites, as it allows to increase energy efficiency and reduce fuel costs for heating greenhouses, electricity, water

OPTIMIZATION OF CONGESTION OF ROAD NETWORKS

abstract 1101506057 issue 110 pp. 854 – 866 30.06.2015 ru 994
Definition of the directions of development of transport system of the city is to ensure objectively justified needs for movement of goods and people on the territory of the city. Transport planning of the city is in direct connection with the planning of territories. The transport planning issues are resolved immediately after the planning of the city. Transport planning is based on the provisions of the General plan of the city. Organization of urban traffic should be considered as a continuous process of forecasting – planning – design – construction. In the organization of road traffic, public passenger transport should be considered as a priority, as an alternative to a car, even with a certain amount of discrimination. Among the possible solutions to the questions of organization of traffic at signalized intersections include the use of multi-program traffic lights regulation (at least three programs) that allows you to change the duration of a traffic light cycle, permitting phases at a fixed value of the cycle and intermediate cycles depending on clock download site. Equipment management systems of traffic on the road network, modern technical means of regulation. The definition of "acceptable system of urban road traffic is largely dependent on the degree of customer satisfaction (the movement). And it varies. It is influenced by many factors, such as the size of the urban agglomeration. It is quite clear that it is impossible to achieve the same results in settlements with population more than 1 million people and less than 100 thousand

NECESSARY CONDITIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A CONTROL LIGHTING SYSTEM

abstract 1101506059 issue 110 pp. 896 – 907 30.06.2015 ru 1056
Automated lighting control system designed for use in public buildings; they perform actions typical for this kind of products. Accurate maintenance of artificial light in the room at the set level. This is achieved by having a lighting control system with a photocell inside the room and controlling the lighting system illumination. Even only one this function allows you to save energy due to the cutoff of the so-called "excess light". Calculating natural light in the room. Despite having the vast majority of premises with natural lighting in the daytime, the power of the lighting system is calculated excluding. If you maintain illumination created jointly by a lighting system and natural light, at a predetermined level, it is possible to further reduce the power of the lighting system at each moment of time. At certain times of the year and hours of the day, perhaps it is enough to use just natural light. This function can be carried out by the same solar cell as in the previous case, provided that it tracks the full (natural + artificial) illumination. In this case, the energy savings can be at 20 - 40% level
