PROSPECTS FOR EXTENSIVE DEVELOPMENT OF URBAN TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE

abstract 1531909004 issue 153 pp. 33 – 51 29.11.2019 ru 57
The development of the city can go in two ways-extensive and intensive. Intensive involves a qualitative rethinking of the necessary work, optimization and improvement on the basis of existing infrastructure. An extensive method of development is an increase in physical volumes, for example, an increase in territories. At the moment, the transport system of the city of Krasnodar is extremely busy. The city occupies one of the first places in the number of vehicles, roads with such a traffic load cannot cope, resulting in numerous congestion on the roads. In addition, an average of 150 thousand cars enter the city every day, and this creates an additional burden on the transport system. In the morning there is a large influx of cars from the main entrances to the city. And in the evening there is no less strong loading points of entry into the city, as those who arrived in the morning leave the city. Information technology is designed to save our time and effort. At the same time, one of the problems that "eats" time is traffic jams. You can get from one place to another at one time, but subject to traffic jams, this time can increase several times. Why not use technical and software tools to solve this problem!? Now almost everyone has a smartphone, with a satnav loaded into it. There are many variations of these navigators with approximately the same functionality. But what if the satnav in your smartphone not only chose the shortest path for you, but also helped in unloading traffic throughout the city, reducing traffic congestion to a minimum?

abstract 1241610075 issue 124 pp. 1182 – 1194 30.12.2016 ru 194
Nowadays, a necessary condition for progress in the field of information technology is wide adoption of standards and technologies of information systems used for hardware and software products. Building software of computing and information systems, based on the ideology of open systems, allows to successfully solve the problems of portability on platforms of various manufacturers, the problem of interchangeability of components and, most importantly, ensures the integration of devices and users in a variety of computing and telecommunication networks. It should be emphasized the fact that to date the successful implementation of any significant projects in the field of information and computer technology, management of information and telecommunications is not possible without coordination of development with existing standards in the field of information systems and, in some cases, the development of new standards. In the conditions of transition to integrated computing and telecommunications systems, the principles of information systems form the basis of technology integration, the establishment of sectoral, regional and national information infrastructures and their interactions on a global scale. So, we can conclude that the technology of information systems today is the working environment in which the priority is the development of information and telecommunication technologies, telecommunication and computer engineering

abstract 1191605047 issue 119 pp. 653 – 665 31.05.2016 ru 221
People commit nine out of ten acts of sabotage, one way or another associated with information technologies. According to experts at InfoWatch, developer of systems to protect confidential information from insiders, the reason for this profession lies in the psychological characteristics of these employees. To understand the problem let a couple of real-life examples illustrate the typical traits of professionals in the information environment. In addition, if the first teller did not hide his name, the latter decided to remain anonymous. Deep psychological background of the act of sabotage often leads to the fact that a disgruntled employee threatens boss or coworkers, for example, by e-mail. Sometimes he even shares his thoughts with someone from colleagues. In other words, it is not only the attacker, who knows the information about the planned diversion. Analysts estimate, that in 31% of cases, other people have the information about the plans of the saboteur. Of these, 64% are colleagues, 21% are friends, 14% — family members, and another 14% are allies. In addition, we were able to establish that 62% of corporate saboteurs think about their actions in advance. In 47% of cases, they commit preparatory acts (e.g., theft of confidential data backups). 27% — design and test of the future mechanism of the attack (preparing a logic bomb for the corporate network, additional hidden inputs to the system, etc.). Whilst in 37% of cases of the activity of employees, you may notice: 67% of the preparatory action may be visible online, 11% are visible offline, 22% — both at once

The article considers the stages of the passage of the project in the organization. Decision support system facilitates the work of heads of enterprises and enhance its effectiveness. The organization has a system of registration applications, which contains the information about the project, its description, the terms of development, the developer (or development team) and stages of this project. Using the software package, the customer leaves the application to provide services. Head sends a request to the appropriate division. Departments, in turn, transmit information about the status of implementation of the application through a software package. The software package enables fast two-way remote communication in electronic form between the customer and the head, and between the director and divisions. The organization coordinating the work on the implementation of IT-projects by the head and the head of the sector. But there are some human factors, through which people can not keep up with the timely implementation of all tasks given by subordinates. Developed DSS helps to save time in monitoring the project development phase, will eliminate the human factor in monitoring the success of the project, and will assist in the decision-making in cases of force majeure.
