MEANS AND METHODS OF INFORMATION SECURITY IN THE ECONOMIC SPHERE

abstract 1191605047 issue 119 pp. 653 – 665 31.05.2016 ru 432
People commit nine out of ten acts of sabotage, one way or another associated with information technologies. According to experts at InfoWatch, developer of systems to protect confidential information from insiders, the reason for this profession lies in the psychological characteristics of these employees. To understand the problem let a couple of real-life examples illustrate the typical traits of professionals in the information environment. In addition, if the first teller did not hide his name, the latter decided to remain anonymous. Deep psychological background of the act of sabotage often leads to the fact that a disgruntled employee threatens boss or coworkers, for example, by e-mail. Sometimes he even shares his thoughts with someone from colleagues. In other words, it is not only the attacker, who knows the information about the planned diversion. Analysts estimate, that in 31% of cases, other people have the information about the plans of the saboteur. Of these, 64% are colleagues, 21% are friends, 14% — family members, and another 14% are allies. In addition, we were able to establish that 62% of corporate saboteurs think about their actions in advance. In 47% of cases, they commit preparatory acts (e.g., theft of confidential data backups). 27% — design and test of the future mechanism of the attack (preparing a logic bomb for the corporate network, additional hidden inputs to the system, etc.). Whilst in 37% of cases of the activity of employees, you may notice: 67% of the preparatory action may be visible online, 11% are visible offline, 22% — both at once

Nine out of ten acts of sabotage are committed by people one way or another associated with information technologies. According to experts at InfoWatch, developer of systems to protect confidential information from insiders, the reason for this profession lies in the psychological characteristics of these employees. Reading more will allow understanding the problem with a couple of examples from the life that most powerfully illustrate typical traits of professionals in the information environment. And, although the first teller did not hide his name, the second one decided to remain anonymous. Deep psychological background of the act of sabotage often leads to the fact that a disgruntled employee threatens boss or colleagues, for example, by e-mail. Sometimes he even shares his thoughts with someone from colleagues. In other words, not only the attacker knows the information about the upcoming sabotage. Analysts estimate that other people know 31% of information about the plans of a saboteur. Of these, 64% are colleagues, 21% with friends 14% — family members and another 14% were accomplices. It was also determined that 62% of corporate saboteurs think through their actions beforehand. In 47% of cases, they commit preparatory acts (e.g., theft of confidential data backups). 27% — design and test of the future mechanism of the attack (preparing a logic bomb on the corporate network, additional hidden system entries, etc). FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INFORMATION LEARNING SYSTEM

abstract 1241610075 issue 124 pp. 1182 – 1194 30.12.2016 ru 398
Nowadays, a necessary condition for progress in the field of information technology is wide adoption of standards and technologies of information systems used for hardware and software products. Building software of computing and information systems, based on the ideology of open systems, allows to successfully solve the problems of portability on platforms of various manufacturers, the problem of interchangeability of components and, most importantly, ensures the integration of devices and users in a variety of computing and telecommunication networks. It should be emphasized the fact that to date the successful implementation of any significant projects in the field of information and computer technology, management of information and telecommunications is not possible without coordination of development with existing standards in the field of information systems and, in some cases, the development of new standards. In the conditions of transition to integrated computing and telecommunications systems, the principles of information systems form the basis of technology integration, the establishment of sectoral, regional and national information infrastructures and their interactions on a global scale. So, we can conclude that the technology of information systems today is the working environment in which the priority is the development of information and telecommunication technologies, telecommunication and computer engineering

FEATURES OF APPLICATION OF METHODS OF MULTICRITERIA OPTIMIZATION IN THE SPHERE OF PUBLIC CATERING

abstract 1291705082 issue 129 pp. 1126 – 1139 31.05.2017 ru 489
The foodservice industry plays an increasingly important role in modern society and every person. This is achieved primarily due to the changing technologies of food processing, development of communications, the means of delivery of products and raw materials, the intensification of many industrial processes. Catering is one of the most important socio-economic components of the level of development of society. The production process consists of the partial tasks of providing, storing, manufacture, sale, distribution, financing, optimization of the warehouse, personnel training and the introduction of new technologies and management. The aim of the study is determination of methodology of optimization of procurement activities in the field of restaurant business, using mathematical programming methods. In catering should pay special attention to the costs of procurement. When choosing a method of solution you need to consider the shelf life of products purchased, calculate the number of them required for dishes and many other important criteria. Today there are thousands of solutions to the optimization problems of planning and management, but many of them also have a number of disadvantages, for example, do not cover all aspects of the subject area, neither provide complete information
