We have proposed the general scheme for studying the stability of the conclusions obtained by mathematical methods and models regarding tolerance deviations of the original data and background models. The concrete problems of stability are discussed: towards a change of data, its size and distributions, to allowable transformations measurement scales, to the temporal characteristics (time of start of the project, the planning horizon). Reducing the uncertainty can be conducted by changing the type of data, i.e. with the aid of the transition to non-numerical data.
The models of concrete management processes of industrial organizations are considered on the examples of stability characteristics of investment projects to change the discount factors and in models of inventory management to change in the coefficients of the model and batch size production

The work presents the calculation on the basis of magnetic circuits of magnetic field induction in the "water" gaps of the device for activation of water with alternating magnetic field of industrial frequency. We have executed the calculations of magnetic inductance of the coil of the device taking into account the thickness of layers of winding current-carrying wires. This allowed experimentally determining - with reasonable accuracy - the value of the relative permeability of the steel used, housing, necessary for the specified calculation of the device in general
We have studied the asymptotic behavior of a broad class of nonparametric statistics, which includes statistics of omega-square type and Kolmogorov-Smirnov type. Limit theorems have been proved. We have also developed the method of approximation with step functions. With the help of this method we have obtained a number of necessary and sufficient conditions

The equation of parabolic type, describing the evolution of the gravitational field on the scale of the solar system, galaxy and cluster galaxies is derived from the Einstein equation. Space-time metric compatible with the post-Newtonian approximation and the metric of the expanding universe, and allowing hyper-fast travel in Einstein's theory of gravitation is considered. It is shown that the speed of hyper-fast travel depends on the implementation, including the parameters of ground state of the expanding universe. A criterion for the maximum speed of motion of material bodies has been proposed
The parabolic equation describing the evolution of the gravitational field is derived from Einstein equation. The instability of metric leads to a geometric pattern of turbulence. Microscopic turbulent pulsations generate two kinds of matter with positive and negative energy density, respectively. It is shown that in the case of negative energy density parabolic equation leads to an equation of Schrödinger type

The article deals with the methods of mathematical simulation of water distribution processes by the machine of unbroken front moving with deflector nozzles of sector influence. Mathematical simulation using lets choose the optimum labor and money expenditure. The nozzles work under low pressures, it results in power inputs reduction of liquid distribution process about the field along with more regular water distribution. The coefficient of water doze variation 1,71% under 7 m distance between the nozzles is got in the circulation example

This work is aimed at studying and developing standard methods of using the database of UCI repository to assess the quality of mathematical models of systems of artificial intelligence. The aim of this work is the development of methods for assessment of the quality of mathematical models of artificial intelligence systems for the classification of animals by external evidence-based database of the UCI repository. The objectives are: systematization, consolidation and expansion of theoretical and practical knowledge in the discipline of Intellectual information systems and technologies; study of "Eidos" intelligent information system; solving the task with the use of "Eidos" intelligent information systems. The object of research is the "zoo" database of UCI repository. In the first Chapter there is an overview of the theory to the solution of the problem, identification of problems, the original data, tools and metrization scales. In the second Chapter of the work we present the solution of the task. In the conclusion, the results of the work have been made; the conclusions on the achievement of goals and objectives have been given

The object of studying was CMD-108 crusher. The aim of this scientific article is studying kinetic and dynamic parameters of crusher operating devices. As a tool of studying there were used methods of mathematic analysis, theoretic mechanics and physics. As a result of theoretic studies there were defined speeds of various points of the crusher operating devices as well as there were obtained the values of dynamic loads on them and given recommendations on optimization of the crusher operating conditions and its designs. Newest aromatic white berry wine grape variety Agapi was breeded by hybridization at the Athens Institute of Viticulture (Likovrisi, Greece) by professors P.Zamanidi, L.Troshin and P.Radchevskiy in 2006 by crossing the Greek varieties Afiri white with central European variety Traminer pink. Strong growth of shoots (2,1-3,0 m). Level of ripening vines is very high: over the entire length except the top. Length of production period 146-155 days. Productivity is very high: 25-30 t / ha. Average weight of cluster 300 g. Characterized by a high resistance to cold, drought and increased resistance to fungal diseases compared to varieties of Vitis vinifera L. Flower is androgynous. Bunch is medium, conical, medium density. Berry is medium, short elliptical or spherical, greenish-yellow in color, with a thick waxy coating. Cuticle of medium thickness, dense, and durable. Pulp and juice are with pronounced varietal flavor, similar to the aroma of Traminer pink. The sugar content is very high, more than 24%. Clusters of Agapi variety regardless of autumn weather conditions persist for a long time in the bushes. Variety intended for the manufacturing dry white wines of excellent grade and high-quality sparkling wines, dessert and sweet wines; suitable for production of high quality fragrant juices

In the long-term stationary experiment since 1968, we have studied the influence of crop rotation on soil fertility and productivity. The modernization schemes of field rotations in the direction of alternation crop change were held 40 years later, by introducing a scheme of oilseeds (canola, soy). According to the research, the authors made conclusions about the efficiency of cultivation of oil crops in crop rotations in the region. The resulting materials can be used in the development of crop rotations schemes for forest-steppe of Western Siberia

The article presents the results of studies on the use of different amounts by weight of triticale grain in feeding of young geese raised for meat. In the first group the wheat grain was 50% replaced by triticale grain, and in the second group the wheat was completely replaced by triticale grain. As a result of the experiment it has been found that the replacement of wheat by triticale in complete feed for geese provides a high growth rate but at 50 % inclusion of triticale grain the live weight at the end of the experience was110.8 g or 3% higher, as compared with the second group. It should be noted that up to 49 days old geese receiving compound feed with the 100 % replacement by triticale grain had a higher body weight. Complete replacement by triticale grain favoured the increase of carcass yield by 2.2% and decrease of body fat by 68.7 g as compared with the first group. Muscle tissue of the goslings fed the complete feed with complete replacement for triticale grain was characterized by 1% lower caloriс content than the goslings of the second group. According to biochemical composition of blood, all designed rations ensured normal metabolism in the fattened geese. The inclusion of triticale grain into the complete feed for young geese reduced their costs in the second group by 2.9%. But as a result the higher profit by 18.75 % was in the first group, which contributed to increased profitability by 2.4%. It is recommended to use up to 50% of triticale grain instead of wheat as part of complete feed for young fattening meat geese

The main criteria in assessing the adaptive capacity of Actinidia deliciosa (kiwi), cultivated in Russian subtropics were yield of the introduced cultivars, as well as ecological (stability and periodicity of fruiting) and biological indicators (resistance and periodicity of fruiting). Under conditions of vegetation experiment at soil artificial chloride salinization the dynamics of accumulation and distribution of sodium, potassium and calcium in organs of rice plants (Oryza sativa L.) have been studied, as well as their correlation with tissue hydration in ontogenesis. The significant restriction of salinization ions transport and accumulation, particularly sodium, in the actively functioning upper leaves and panicles has been observed. We have selected the new area of controlling - scientific activity controlling. We consider some problems of development in this field, primarily the problem of selection of key performance indicators. It’s been founded that administrative measures stimulated the pursuit of a number of articles published in scientific journals hinders the development of science.
