Statistical control is a sampling control based on the probability theory and mathematical statistics. The article presents the development of the methods of statistical control in our country. It discussed the basics of the theory of statistical control – the plans of statistical control and their operational characteristics, the risks of the supplier and the consumer, the acceptance level of defectiveness and the rejection level of defectiveness. We have obtained the asymptotic method of synthesis of control plans based on the limit average output level of defectiveness. We have also developed the asymptotic theory of single sampling plans and formulated some unsolved mathematical problems of the theory of statistical control
In accordance with the new paradigm of mathematical statistics the statistics of objects of nonnumerical nature (statistics of nonnumerical objects, non-numerical data statistics, non-numeric statistics) is one of the four main areas of mathematical statistics. Statistics of objects of nonnumerical nature consists of a central core - statistics in spaces of arbitrary nature - and statistical theories of analysis of specific types of non-numeric data. To identify possibilities of application of statistics of objects of nonnumerical nature it is useful to explore the multiformity of objects of non-numeric nature. This is the subject of this article. We have considered the results of measurements at scales other than absolute; binary relations; dichotomous (binary) data; sets. We have also analyzed the objects of non-numerical nature as statistical data, and their importance in the formation of statistical or mathematical model of a real phenomenon, as a result of data analysis
For the first time we have developed a general additive-multiplicative model of the risk estimation (to estimate the probabilities of risk events). In the two-level system in the lower level the risk estimates are combined additively, on the top – in a multiplicative way. This article presents a complex method of formation of the surface-modified layers of materials with shape memory effect, including high-speed flame spraying powders TiNiCo with a cobalt content of 2 and 5%, subsequent thermal and thermomechanical treatment, allowed forming nanostructured surface layers with a high level of functional and operational properties. It is shown that the TiNiCo complex processing layer allowed reducing the porosity of coatings and increasing the strength of adhesion of the coating to the substrate. Surface modification TiNiCo for optimal regimes allowed increasing fatigue life under high cycle loading by 30-40% and wearing 3-3.5 times. Based on comprehensive research metallophysical surface layers obtained new information on the nanoscale composition

The efficacy of using "Reasil Universal" multicomponent fertilizers on the rice crops. It is found that the greatest effect for seed treatment before sowing and foliar feeding of plants was reached at a dose of 300 ml/t or ml/ha. The article comprises the results of two research-and-production experiments with meat poultry and pigs grown on local forages including biologically active preparations. The energy market shows strong exposure to seasonal fluctuations. A striking example of the impact of seasonality is the dynamics of the production of natural and associated gas in Russia. We use two approaches to the identification and analysis of seasonality: classical econometric based on different smoothing procedure; spline method uses an approximation of the economic dynamics of cubic splines and phase analysis. This article analyzes the early frontier in the Caucasus. In this paper we prove the legality of the use of the concept of "early frontier" for the period of the Russian-Caucasian history. The author, basing on the classic criteria of frontier offered by Turner F.J., compares the main characteristics of early American and Caucasian frontier. During the analysis I allocate the general and specific elements of intercultural communication of this period, which forms the basic mechanisms of frontier community. The article shows how the factor of "intermediate" defines heterotopic, unstable, reversible, transgressionnature of the basic processes and intercultural communication occurring during early frontier.
