INTELLIGENT MANAGEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF SYSTEMS BY SOLVING A GENERALIZED ASSIGNMENT PROBLEM WITH THE USE OF ASC-ANALYSIS AND "EIDOS-X++" SYSTEM

abstract 1091505001 issue 109 pp. 1 – 51 29.05.2015 ru 952
The quality of a system is seen as an emergent property of systems, due to their composition and structure, and it reflects their functionality, reliability and cost. Therefore, when we speak about quality management, the purpose of management is the formation of pre-defined system properties of the object of management. The stronger the object of the control expresses its system properties, the stronger the nonlinearity manifests of the object: both the dependence of the management factors from each other, and the dependence of the results of the action of some factors from the actions of others. Therefore, the problem of quality management is that in the management process the management object itself changes qualitatively, i.e. it changes its level of consistency, the degree of determinism and the transfer function itself. This problem can be viewed as several tasks: First is the system identification of the condition of the object of management, 2nd – making decisions about controlling influence that changes the composition of the control object in a way its quality maximally increases at minimum costs. To solve the 2nd problem we have proposed an application of the component selection of the object by functions based on the resources allocated for the implementation of different functions; costs associated with the choice of the components and the degree of compliance of various components to their functional purpose. In fact, we have proposed a formulation and a solution of the new generalization of a variant of the assignment problem: "multi backpack", which differs from the known with the fact that the selection has been based not only on the resources and costs, but also with taking into account the degree of compliance of the components to their functional purpose. A mathematical model, which provides a solution to the 1st problem, and reflecting the degree of compliance of the components to their functionality, as well as the entire decision-making process for selections, i.e. 2nd task, has been implemented in the ASC-analysis and in the system called "Eidos" X++". The article also provides a simplified numerical example of the proposed approach with the selection of staff members

ESTIMATION OF THE PARAMETERS: ONESTEP ESTIMATORS ARE MORE PREFERABLE THAN MAXIMUM LIKELIHOOD ESTIMATORS

abstract 1091505014 issue 109 pp. 208 – 237 29.05.2015 ru 946
According to the new paradigm of applied mathematical statistics one should prefer non-parametric methods and models. However, in applied statistics we currently use a variety of parametric models. The term "parametric" means that the probabilistic-statistical model is fully described by a finite-dimensional vector of fixed dimension, and this dimension does not depend on the size of the sample. In parametric statistics the estimation problem is to estimate the unknown value (for statistician) of parameter by means of the best (in some sense) method. In the statistical problems of standardization and quality control we use a three-parameter family of gamma distributions. In this article, it is considered as an example of the parametric distribution family. We compare the methods for estimating the parameters. The method of moments is universal. However, the estimates obtained with the help of method of moments have optimal properties only in rare cases. Maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) belongs to the class of the best asymptotically normal estimates. In most cases, analytical solutions do not exist; therefore, to find MLE it is necessary to apply numerical methods. However, the use of numerical methods creates numerous problems. Convergence of iterative algorithms requires justification. In a number of examples of the analysis of real data, the likelihood function has many local maxima, and because of that natural iterative procedures do not converge. We suggest the use of one-step estimates (OS-estimates). They have equally good asymptotic properties as the maximum likelihood estimators, under the same conditions of regularity that MLE. One-step estimates are written in the form of explicit formulas. In this article it is proved that the one-step estimates are the best asymptotically normal estimates (under natural conditions). We have found OS-estimates for the gamma distribution and given the results of calculations using data on operating time to limit state for incisors

FORECASTING OF THE DYNAMICS OF THELABOR FORCE USING AN INTERSECTORAL MATHEMATICAL MODEL

abstract 1091505033 issue 109 pp. 560 – 572 29.05.2015 ru 879
In this article we have proposed an intersectoral mathematical model of self-organization of the labor market. This model is the system of balance equations of the dynamics of the labor force. The model contains parameters that show where workers were employed in previous times. Therefore it is possible to monitor the dynamics of intersectoral labor force over a long period of time. It has been shown that the model allows to solve the problem of forecasting the number of employed and unemployed in the labor market under the assumption that the parameters of the probabilistic model are constant for a certain period. The use of the model is illustrated on the example in which the probabilities of hiring and firing of employees were calculated, as well as the probabilities that the employees in the analyzed period (2011 – 2012 years) leave the labor market. The forecast of the number of employed and unemployed at the end of the next period (2013) is based on the calculated probabilities. It has been demonstrated that the deviation of the predicted values from the statistical data is not significant, which witnesses about the efficiency of the forecast

CALCULATION AND ANALYSIS OF TIME BEHAVIOR OF ELECTROCONVECTION IN MEMBRANE SYSTEMS

abstract 1091505066 issue 109 pp. 958 – 970 29.05.2015 ru 956
The aim of this work is to carry out numerical analysis of time behavior of electroconvection in membrane systems, such as a desalting channel of electrodialysis apparatus. The current-voltage curve and the solution flaw were analyzed theoretically using mathematical models of ions transfer taking into account electroconvection in smooth desalting channel consisting of ideally selective anion- and cation-exchange membranes. The Hurst numbers for different parts of the current-voltage curve were calculated in order to determine whether the parts were persistent. The Fourier-analysis of the oscillating term of the current-voltage curve was carried out for the first time so as to determine predominant frequencies in the signal. Frequencies of passing of complexes of vortexes through the cross-section of the desalting channel were calculated. Frequencies of oscillations of concentration profiles were determined. It was found that the frequencies of oscillations of the concentration profiles coincide with the frequencies of passing of complexes of vortexes through the cross-section of the desalting channel. The oscillations of the current-voltage curve were physically interpreted. Namely, it was shown that the main frequency of oscillations of the current-voltage curve corresponds to the frequency of oscillations of the concentration profiles. The oscillations of the concentration profiles, produced by the passing of complexes of vortexes, cause oscillations of conductivity and, consequently, cause oscillations of resistance and of the current density. It was shown that the main frequency of the signal corresponds to the frequency of passing of complexes of vortexes through the cross-section of the desalting channel

EXITATION OF ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION, NUCLEAR REACTION AND PARTICLES DECAY BY THE ACCELERATION

abstract 1091505090 issue 109 pp. 1279 – 1300 29.05.2015 ru 1397
The article discusses the excitation of electromagnetic radiation, nuclear reactions and decays of particles by the acceleration of charges, atomic nuclei and the macroscopic volumes of matter. The motion of charged particles in a magnetic trap used for plasma confinement was computed. We propose a model of the electromagnetic radiation of a charge moving in a non-inertial reference frame in general relativity. We have also constructed a theory of perturbation with using a wave equation with small parameters, taking into account a characteristic radius of the trajectory of the electrons as they move in a magnetic field. It was found that in the first approximation, the radiation back-reaction force depends on the acceleration of the charge. For the simulating of processes in hadrons and nuclei we used Yang-Mills theory and the metric, describes the acceleration and rotating reference frame in general relativity. We consider the scalar glueball model for an arbitrary dependence of acceleration and angular velocity of the system on time. The numerical model of wave propagation in non-inertial reference frame for the geometry of system of one, two or three spatial dimensions was tested. In the numerical experiments shown that the acceleration of the system leads to instability, leading to an unlimited increase in the amplitude of waves, which is interpreted as a decay of system. It was found that there are critical values of acceleration above which the instability develops

ABIOTIC PECULIARITIES OF SMALL RIVERS OF THE STEPPE ZONE OF THE KRASNODAR REGION

abstract 1091505008 issue 109 pp. 126 – 145 29.05.2015 ru 1184
Steppe rivers (Eja, Beysug, Chelbas et al.) occupy a vast Azov-Kuban plain, whose total length reaches 4800 km and catchment area of the entire hydrological network of up to 24 000 km. Dams and silting increase flooding of agricultural land and many rivers severely degraded with a reduction of its water content and its quality. Landscapes of the steppe zone occupy a middle reaches of the largest rivers - Beysug River, Chelbas, Eja and differ of transaccumulative character and accompanied by numerous beams and small slope that prone to weak erosion. The valleys of the steppe rivers are characterized by high and gentle slopes and floodplains of river slightly wavy and their deep areas are swamped. As a parent rocks it is dominated by loess clay and clay. Features of soil cover are determined by topography. Black soils were formed on the plain, eroded and meadow-black soils are on the slopes, and meadow-bog soils - in areas with stagnant water. The climate is characterized by moderate winter and hot summers with insufficient moistened soil and low air humidity. The vegetation of the river systems of the steppe zone is divided into marsh, meadow, meadow-steppe vegetations and vegetations of saltmarshes. The ichthyofauna of small rivers is very scanty that is determined by the hydrological regime. Plowing of lands along the water bodies, the development of wind and water erosion is typical for steppe rivers; therefore siltation and overgrowing of rivers are widespread

SOIL DEGRADATION AND THE ROLE OF FOREST BELTS IN LAND MELIORATION

abstract 1091505079 issue 109 pp. 1132 – 1153 29.05.2015 ru 929
Soil degradation (erodere – eat away, lat.) - a process in which result pieces of rocks and soil are separated from of their initial location. Is then transferred and deposited in some new place. The factors of erosion are water, wind, landslides, rock particles and etc. Erosion is the process of destruction and demolition of the soil cover (or parent rocks) flows of water or wind what causes depletion of fertile top soil layer. The destruction of this layer occurs quickly, and for its restoration required the millennium. Reduction of soil fertility is one of the main problems that are associated with its pollution. Erosion is a natural process that occurs very slowly ever since as the Earth was formed (about 45-50 billion years ago). Realistically, mountains, valleys, plains and deltas on Earth's surface have been created by water and wind erosion as a result of their joint action over a long period of time. Geological erosion was acted at a slow pace for hundreds of years. With the emergence of the human occurred of invasion species which could transform their natural environment. Artificial type of erosion, which acts much faster than the natural erosion, was formed with the appearance human

THE APPLICATION OF EXOGENOUS ELICITORS IN AGRICULTURE

abstract 1091505087 issue 109 pp. 1235 – 1251 29.05.2015 ru 882
In recent years, there is an increasing in crop losses from pests and diseases of plants worldwide. The use of different pesticides in intensive cultivation technologies of winter wheat can not resist it. Pathogenic microorganisms acquire resistance to drugs used and become more aggressive. This creates a lot of environmental problems. Plants are almost always under environmental stress. In this state, they are immunodeficient. However, it is impossible to reject pesticides completely. But pesticides are not able to replace the immune system of the plant, and in some cases are suppressing it. The article provides an overview of commonly used exogenous elicitors. We discuss the most important results of the joint use of the composition of preparations of eliciting action which are furolan and methionine. The present level of development of science has led to the emergence of new methods of plant protection, which is based on increasing the capacity of the immune plants, rather than the destruction of pathogens, as in the case of the use of pesticides. The yield increase by the use of biogenic elicitors as immunizers from 10 to 30% depending on the year, the varieties of plants and especially on infectious pathogens. The elicitors are used for soil treatment, seed soaking and plants, spraying the plants during the vegetation

TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCTION OF PROTEIN-CONTAINING RAW MATERIALS FROM THE PRODUCTS OF SUNFLOWER SEEDS

abstract 1091505022 issue 109 pp. 360 – 378 29.05.2015 ru 1077
Currently, secondary resources of vegetable raw materials are widely used in solving the food, environmental and energy issues, as well as an additional source of substances of natural origin. A significant amount of secondary resources is produced during the processing of sunflower seeds - the main oilseed Kuban. Fats industry, while processing seeds, mainly extracts only one component - vegetable oil and is having a huge amount of meal, which is mainly used for agricultural purposes. Valuable property of sunflower meal is that it is high in protein, low cost and lack of toxic and anti-nutrients. Favorable amino acid composition determines the viability of recovering proteins from sunflower meal. Proteins were extracted from sunflower meal with a dispersing agent which may be water, sodium salts, alkalis, acids, or any organic solvent, followed by precipitation of the protein at the isoelectric point with hydrochloric acid. However, this protein has a high content of phenolic compounds, which gives it a dark color. The high concentration of chlorogenic acid in sunflower meal and its ability to form a dark colored complex with proteins limits the use of sunflower proteins in the food industry. All known methods of protein purification products from phenolic compounds, in particular chlorogenic acids, are mainly aimed at reducing the use of solvents and washing using membrane technology. However, in most cases, their use is either inadequate due to removal of phenolic compounds or decreasing the nutritional and biological value of the obtained product due to the toxicity of the solvent used, and an inability to completely remove it from the protein

ANALYSIS OF OPENERS OF SEEDERS IN RESOURCE SAVING TECHNOLOGIES OF GRAIN PLANTING

abstract 1091505023 issue 109 pp. 379 – 391 29.05.2015 ru 1072
When sowing grain we apply resource saving technologies-technologies such as «no till» and a technology called «mini-till». «No till» involves planting crops on untreated surfaces. "Mini-till" is designed for the planting with minimum tillage. During the movement of the sowing unit on these agricultural backgrounds we can see working bodies tipping out. Stabilization of the drilling depth is ensured in two ways - by moving part of the weight of the planter on the opener or the installation of ballast weights. Openers of grain drills for resource saving technologies for grain crops can be divided into three groups – foot, disc and anchor. Disc coulter has varieties – single disc, double disc and montesquiu coulter. To analyze the cost of power for the operation of the opener, the following indicators – the minimum engine power of the tractor on the coulter and engine power of tractors per unit of working width. The calculation of the indicators was conducted using data the technical specifications of the planter. Snow coulter drill AGRATOR4800 provides a wide spread planting strip of 10-15cm. The minimum power of the engine of the tractor on the opener is 7.5 HP minimum power of tractor engine per unit of working width 25 HP/m. Double disc opener planter Great Plains has a minimum engine power of the tractor on the opener 2.7 HP and per unit of working width 26.0-28.44 HP/m. Planter equipped with disc knife for strip tillage. The planter Condor 1201 is provided with a chisel opener «ConTeC». The engine power of the tractor on the opener of the planter is 4.58 HP, the engine power of the tractor unit working width constitute l8.33 HP/m. This grain seeder has reduced power losses and provides sowing with a «no till» technology

The dynamic development of information technologies in medicine of the Krasnodar region, associated with the introduction of modern information systems in healthcare for 2011 - 2014 years has an impact on the system of issuing and servicing preferential recipes and prescriptions for controlled drugs. The introduction of a fundamentally new system of health care based on modern standards, common to the whole territory of the Russian Federation could not be possible to implement without providing healthcare organizations the tools to monitor indicators of prescribing beneficiary drug coverage (BDC) transmitted electronically to pharmacies. In supplying all the participants of the program with the necessary drugs (ND) in the Krasnodar region there is an urgent problem and visualization of information of BDC activities. Improving management by improving the efficiency and reliability of the information for all levels of management in a hierarchical structure of health is directly related to the quality of social services for certain categories of citizens in accordance with the Federal Law issued on July, 17th 1999 178-FZ "On state social assistance." This paper describes a methodology for the creation of a single automated database, which can be placed in both the private secure cloud and in the public, with the possibility of access to information in the workplace using the Internet. TECHNOLOGICAL SETUP OF A HOPPER FEEDER FOR PIGS

abstract 1091505041 issue 109 pp. 660 – 675 29.05.2015 ru 1196
Constructive-technological parameters of a hopper feeder have been established. They help to synchronize feeder’s flow and feed consumption by animals. Synchronization of these factors eliminates the initial cause of feed loss during fattening. It was found out that the main influence on feed loss is exerted by shape and geometrical parameters of feedstuff fill at the bottom of feeder, which depend on their physical and mechanical properties and on the feedstuff level in a hopper feeder. The fill balance condition at the bottom of a feeder is provided by compensation of feedstuff weight pressure inside a hopper due to the weight of a surcharge layer. The thickness of layer is proportional to the height of feedstuff volume inside a hopper and does not depend on technological gap between discharging feed line and the bottom of a feeder. It is found out that the discharging feedstuff is distributed throughout the bottom of a feeder. There is a central nonmoving area in the cone shape in alignment with the axis of the discharging feed line. This area functions as a shutter, which reduces the effective area of discharging channel. It is determined that the flow of feedstuff is set by adjusting the technological gap between discharging feed line and its bottom within defined limits. In accordance with physical and mechanical properties of feed this dependence of feedstuff flow allows to determine corresponding functional parameters of discharging feed line in order to meet the needs of a group of fattening animals

MANAGEMENT OF CHOCOLATE MASS STRUCTURE CREATION

abstract 1091505056 issue 109 pp. 824 – 836 29.05.2015 ru 840
In the article the processes of chocolate masses, which are determined by the kinetics of the interaction of the dispersed phase through the layer of the dispersion medium, i.e., determined by surface phenomena at the interface, were examined. The results of the study of surface-active properties of sunflower activated phospholipids and dietary supplements "Vitol", which were performed on the model of structured systems. A theoretical and experimental study of the development of practical recommendations for the use of surface-active substances in the production of chocolate masses is given. The ability of dietary supplements "Vitol" and PAF to control the properties of structured disperse systems, which include chocolate mass, was found out. It is shown that the input of sunflower activated phospholipid and dietary supplements "Vitol" to chocolate masses in certain quantities leads to a significant change in the nature of the deformation behavior of chocolate masses. The behavior of thin layers of cocoa butter, PAF and BAA "Vitol" on various liquid surfaces was introduced. The study was carried out by monolayers. The obtained results showed that increasing the pH of the substrate a surface pressure increases, and the film stretches and tends to spread. It has been shown that the injection of surfactant to cocoa butter film facilitates the spreading of water on cocoa butter. It is found that PAF and especially BAA "Vitol" pose the greatest surface pressure, and the most stable and dense layers comparing to other surfactants. Study of the properties of thin layers of cocoa butter and BAA "Vitol" liquid surfaces showed that dietary supplements "Vitol" significantly increases the ability to spread cocoa butter films on the surface of the water

FORECASTING OF LOSSES OF POWER IN THE POWER SYSTEM OF RUSSIA

abstract 1091505064 issue 109 pp. 938 – 947 29.05.2015 ru 1206
The growth of breakdown in electric networks of Russia has been followed by the growth of industrial and domestic power consumption taking place in our country in the last decade. This situation is directly connected with the high percentage of outdated equipment in electric networks. Such thing as a loss of power is directly connected with deterioration of equipment and breakdown. Average losses of power in the country are at the level of 1980-s, despite the turning point to the side of reduction outlined recently. Forecasting is one of the activities that contribute to their reduction, as it allows identifying adverse trends and calculating the effect of different kinds of technological arrangements. The visible growth of interest in the intellectualization of education and in the different fields of industry should not avoid the electric power field, which is quite conservative. The development of the concept of a “smart network” and its implementation would help to improve the reliability of electric networks. One of the signs of such a network is the possibility to assess the current situation automatically and forecasting of its parameters in the future, including energy losses. This article examines the main factors affecting the value of power losses, the analysis of the most popular methods of forecasting is conducted, and conclusion about the prospects of their use to predict the losses of power has been made based on the results of this analysis

THE ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF THE CHARACTERISTICS OF SUSPENSION BRACKET AND TIRES ON LOADING OF WHEELS OF THE CAR WHEN MOVING ON A MULCH BACKGROUND

abstract 1091505067 issue 109 pp. 971 – 980 29.05.2015 ru 1166
The existing settlement modes of loading of wheels of cars are defined for the conditions which are closest to road service conditions and are reflected in the existing standards. However these standards can't be applied to an assessment of functional qualities of systems of cushioning the cars which are operated in the conditions of agricultural production. The small step of roughnesses, change the cushioned characteristics under the influence of operational factors lead to emergence of the off-design modes of the movement. The purpose of the work was the research of loading of wheels of the car when moving on mulch of grains. For the purpose of obtaining characteristics of the roughnesses influencing car wheels we have recorded a smoothed microprofile of the field and got the statistics, rated autocorrelated function, spectral density of influence of a microprofile. For carrying out the researches the known mathematical model of a car road system was accepted. Influence of speed of the movement, normal rigidity of springs and tires, coefficients of damping of a suspension bracket and tires on vertical fluctuations and loading of wheels of forward and back axes of the car is investigated. The executed researches showed that the movement of the car is followed by fluctuations of indicators of loading of running system with obviously expressed periodic components. The change of the coefficient of damping of a passive suspension bracket and tires in possible limits has no essential impact on loading of wheels. Values of normal roughness of springs of forward and back axes of the car, normal rigidity of tires at which dynamic load of wheels of the car is minimum are established

THE STUDY OF THE PROCESS OF SEED DISPERSAL OVER THE PLANT GROWING SURFACE OF A TRAY IN HYDROPONIC SYSTEM

abstract 1091505078 issue 109 pp. 1117 – 1131 29.05.2015 ru 842
The low rate of planting and harvesting mechanization is a common drawback of the equipment for hydroponic green fodder (HGF) cultivation. The system, that has been developed, is represented by a rack construction with a tray positioned on each rack; a tray is the place where the processes of seed dispersal and growth and the takeout of grown HGF occur. A tray with a pipe sways in opposite directions over pipe axis, and, as a result, moving bulk of seeds covers the entire tray surface with a seed layer of uniform thickness. The mathematical model of dynamics in the “granular medium – tray” system has been developed; on the basis of this model, after execution of simulation modeling, practical angles of tray tilt were identified as being within the range of 20 – 30 degrees. Experimental investigations have been carried out on the barley of “Vakula” cultivar with seed moisture contents 10%, 14%, 16% and 18%. During the research, the main factors influencing the process under consideration were identified: the moisture content in barley seeds; initial angle of tray tilt; the number of tray swaying motions. It was determined that the increase of tray filling rate can be achieved by means of setting up the initial angle of its tilt from a reference level, which depends on the moisture content in the barley seeds used in the process of HGF production. This angle is 22 – 24 degrees for the dry barley seed with moisture content 10-14% and 25 – 27degrees for the barley seed with higher moisture content. The upper limit of moisture content in the seeds used in work process should be specified to achieve high quality of a final product. The barley seeds with moisture content 10-15% and the angles of tray tilt 23 – 25 degrees should be used during HGF production

The article contains information about landscape architecture analysis of the cities, its methodology and an example of using of this approach on the part of the Red Line touristic rote in Yekaterinburg. Analysis process included counting of ratio of built-up areas, landscaping and roads, and examination of the street transvers profile with further filling of local landscape passports. As the object of study, the part of route between the opera and ballet theatre and the monument of V. Vysotsky and M. Vlady. Here is noticeable contrast between environmental characteristics of stopping point areas. The site around the theatre has enough quantity of landscaping, good compositional solution, well developed path network. The intermediate part of the route passing by Krasnoarmeyskaya st. has asymmetric shape of the transvers profile. The street landscaped on East side but public services on the opposite side not improved – homogeneous facade creates adverse visual field here. A sidewalk on the East part of the street duplicated with a path in a garden. Analyzed zone around the second point has no single composition, high traffic influence level. Landscaping almost not presented here, varied advertising constructions widely installed. For improve environment, developed a list of recommendations. It contain using of container plants to separate pedestrian area; reconstruction of the East part of Krasnoarmeyskaya st. with replace sidewalk for green hedge; repair or replacement of sidewalk asphalt pavement on the West side of the street; reconstruction of area near the Antey business-center with creating greened dividing line

INFLUENCE OF WAYS OF MAIN SOIL TREATMENT UNDER SOYA BEANS ON CHANGE OF AGROPHYSICAL INDEXES OF LEACHED BLACK SOIL

abstract 1091505057 issue 109 pp. 837 – 847 29.05.2015 ru 1043
There were cited the results of researches for 2010-2012 obtained in the stationary experiment of the chair of general and irrigated land management of Kuban State Agrarian University on the study of influence of the system of main soil processing under soya beans on the dynamics of main agrophysical indexes of leached black soil: on density of composition, solidity, general porosity, coefficient of structural properties in the article. There was stated that in the beginning of vegetation on the background of direct sowing of soya beans, the soil layer in 0-30 cm was characterized by values of density and solidity and in the result of it we observed the weak development of the root system. The worsening of air regime led to the decrease of symbiotic nitrogen fixation, it negatively affected on the growth and development of a cultivar. Agrophysical indexes brought nearer to optimal on variants with disposal tip on 20-22 cm and disk-shaped hulling on 8-10 cm. The worsening of investigated agrophysical soil indexes has been happened since the phase of florescence – soya bean formation till the harvesting. But the variant with disposal tip where we observed the high content of agronomically valuable fraction at the coefficient of structural property 2,42 was the closest to optimal ones. The minimization of soil treatment and especially the denial from its implementation significantly made worse the main agrophysical indexes of soil on variants with direct sowing to critical values for soya beans

THE CRISIS OF THE TRADITIONAL FAMILY AND THE EVOLUTION OF MARRIAGE AND FAMILY RELATIONS DURING THE CIVIL WAR (1917 - 1920 YY.)

abstract 1091505063 issue 109 pp. 925 – 937 29.05.2015 ru 1147
The given article explores the political and social processes that were occurred in the Civil War in the sphere of existence of the Russian family. The author examines the nature of family and socio-cultural relations of the Russian population in this period, especially the processes of modification and transformation of family values, the policy of the new leadership came to power in October 1917 in traditional Russian family; he also analyzes the reasons of attempts of reforms permanently taken by the authorities in this sphere of life of the Russian society. The changes taking place after the October revolution of 1917 y. in the Russian society were so profound in nature that lead the thoughts of whether to exist at the family as a social unit in its traditional form or there has come the time of complete denial of family values, the elimination of the family as a special social institution or there comes a time of the formation of new forms of sexual interaction between men and women in accordance with the changed social conditions, such forms that will make their relationship more free and relaxed in social terms. New decrees and laws enacted after October 1917 y. by the Bolshevik government contributed to the transformation of the whole system of family ties; they changed the very basis of the existence of previous family and dictated a new social reality in which there was no place for the values of the past. Everything on what the traditional family was based in Russia, in fact was revoked and there came new norms and rules of family life dictated by the views of the Bolshevik ideologists about relations between the sexes

abstract 1091505072 issue 109 pp. 1014 – 1028 29.05.2015 ru 1199
Questions, which are considered in the article, have been connected with the role of the Great Patriotic War in the geo- graphical, administrative and territorial name changes in the Kuban region. It is pointed out that the place names are valuable research material for the most complete study of the problem of historical and cultural heritage of the Great Patriotic War. It is noted that after the Great Patriotic War the situation, where many of the new names of geographical and administrative-territorial objects went counter to the traditional main function of the place name - address and its purpose-to help orientation in space, continued. It is shown that politically sensitive "military" place names, being an important element of the Soviet propaganda and agitation, were necessary for the ideological support of the authorities, but at the same time, allows you to save memory of the Great Victory. "Military" toponymy, which has prevailed since the end of the Great Patriotic War , carried out a living link with the past present and future. New post-war name of streets, squares, parks, alleys of cities and villages of Kuban dedicated to heroes and events of the Great Patriotic War, helped to preserve a sense of patriotism and belonging to the victory over fascism. The conclusion is that the central government continued to use after the Great Patriotic War the place names as one of the new genres of advocacy and created a new concept of "military" place name, one of the essential component of which is a moral burden that was to have political overtones

abstract 1091505077 issue 109 pp. 1090 – 1116 29.05.2015 ru 1533
The purpose of this article is to study the role and the place of the Bolotokovs, the temirgoy princes’ name, in the military-political events that took place in the Kuban region in the late XVIII - early XIX centuries. The question of the origin and the status of the prince surname Bolotokov is studied, which the legendary Prince Dzhambulat Bolotokov belonged to, "the last one of the old knight generation of the Circassian princes. " Besides him, the most famous temirgoi princes are noted, including his cousin - "senior temirgoi Prince" Misheost Bolotokov. An important place is given to their predecessors - Prince Bezruko Bolotokov, who was trying to create a powerful military and political unification, joining all the "aristocratic" Circassian tribes "in one piece to secure their land and rights against external enemies: Abadzekhs, Shapsugs and Natukhais, but with the preservation of internal control of each tribe on the original terms". The causes of the fact are determined, that despite the periodical participation in hostilities against Russia, the main part or the Temirgoy people under the jurisdiction of the Prince Misheost Bolotokov hold to the solid pro-Russian orientation, which was mentioned by the commander-in-chief of the Russian troops in the Caucasus General A. P. Ermolov, who called Misheost Bolotokov "the most committed to Russia"

THE CHAPLAINCY OF THE KUBAN COSSACKS: THE SPECIFICITY OF FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT

abstract 1091505083 issue 109 pp. 1190 – 1200 29.05.2015 ru 972
In the modern conditions of formation the Institute of military clergy in Russia it is especially important to study of the history of its formation and development. In this article we first focus on coverage of the activities of Cossack Orthodox clergy and its participation in military battles. The article details the activity of the first military archpriests of the Black Sea Cossack army: I. L. Kovalevsky, A. Domashevskij and R. Porokhnya. Based on the analysis of archival documents the article highlighted the specificity of the formation of the military clergy Cossacks, we have also indicated its role in the history of the Kuban. We have considered the problem of terminology as well. The article clearly proves that, prior to the formation of the United Kuban Cossack army, the term of "regimental priests" is applicable only to Linear Cossacks, as the Black sea priests were attached to the whole Cossacks army and therefore had the status of the army; this term was used here until 1920. It is the special situation of the Kuban army of clerics who are simultaneously applied to the spiritual and to the Cossack estate was the main cause of repression against it in the 1920-1930ies. Throughout its history the chaplaincy of the Kuban played an important role in the life of the Cossacks, it was responsible for religious education and Patriotic education. Due to its credibility, and numerous works, the priests were able to maintain the morale of the Cossacks, even during the February revolution. At the time when the Russian army suffered from defections, Kuban regiments were almost not affected, which once again shows the important role of priests in the Kuban history

NOBILITY DEPUTY ASSEMBLY IN THE NORTHERN CAUCASUS IN 1905 – 1917 YY.

abstract 1091505091 issue 109 pp. 1301 – 1317 29.05.2015 ru 890
Based on the archival sources, the article reviews the activities of the Nobility Deputy Assembly in the Northern Caucasus in 1905 – 1917. The author examines the role of noble organizations in solving the class issues in Russia in the early XXth century. She notes a marked increase in the activity of the Stavropol noble Assembly caused by the events of the revolution of 1905 – 1907 yy. In this case the author draws attention to the fact that during this period, autocracy strictly limited the power of the nobility Assembly, and in addition noble organization was strictly forbidden to discuss political issues. It is noted that local nobles were quite passive in social and political activity and they were not involved in the work created at the time of the joint noble societies, although some regional representatives of the nobility (in particular K. I. Bielecki) participated in the activities of the First nobility Congress in 1906 y. Charitable activity of the Noble Assembly during the First World War was also investigated in the he article. The noble mutual benefit was created to assist the families of killed and wounded warriors and for maintenance of hospitals. In addition, the Noble Assembly provided the upper floor of noble house for the hospital, and the lower one for the Ladies' Committee. The article shows that despite all the difficulties there was a gradual clearance of the political position of the nobility of the Northern Caucasus at the beginning of the XXth century. The author draws attention to the fact that noble organization has proposed various measures aimed at strengthening economic and political influence of this class. She comes to the conclusion that the role of the nobility in the social structure of Russian society of that time is undergoing a significant transformation, and the importance of the nobility in the system of socio-economic relations and the management system of the Russian Empire was significantly reduced

THE NATIONAL COMPOSITION OF THE NOBILITY OF THE NORTHERN CAUCASUS ACCORDING TO THE MATERIALS OF CENSUS OF THE POPULATION IN 1897

abstract 1091505092 issue 109 pp. 1318 – 1333 29.05.2015 ru 950
The research of ethnic composition of the nobility of the Northern Caucasus is carried out in the article on the basis of statistical sources. The author calculated the results of the First General census of the Russian Empire in the Kuban, Stavropol and the Terek regions of 1897 y. It is shown that the ethnic composition of the upper classes was different in regions. The analysis of the results of the census of 1897 shows that in the Kuban region the most numerous language groups were Russian (77%), Polish (7,1%), Circassian (5.8 percent) ones. The ratio of language groups was not the same in the towns and villages. It is noted that in Stavropol province the dominance of Russians was significant compared with Kuban region. They accounted for 86.8% among the hereditary nobility of the province and among personal they accounted for 94%. The second place among the nobility of the province was occupied by the poles: the hereditary nobility was accounted for 7.7 %, personal nobility was accounted for 2.1%. Moreover, a significant proportion of them lived in urban areas. The national composition of the nobility in the Terek region is considered, it is shown that the Russian nobility prevailed in all administrative units: among hereditary – 73.1 %, among the personal – 77,7%. The second place belonged to the poles (9,25%). Produced calculations show that the most numerous from other language groups of the hereditary nobility were Ossetian (3,76%), Armenian (2,54%), Georgian (2,87%), Kumyk (2,01%), Chechen (0,92%), German (1,57%), Circassian (0,92%) ones. The nobility of the Northern Caucasus was multinational; it can be explained by historical condition of the formation of the indigenous population, as well as increased influx of immigrants in the post-reform period from various provinces of Russia

THE CONCEPT OF AGENT-BASED CONTROL IN SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

abstract 1091505043 issue 109 pp. 690 – 706 29.05.2015 ru 950
The backgrounds of agent-based control in social and economic systems are discussed. The first background is based on the subjectivity of each control in social and economic systems, since such systems are regulated by people, serve them or affect their interests. The second background results from the fact that the control is effective due to the phenomenon of control agent’s mental activity, which includes an availability to see the future of the outside world through a various of targets, to rank and consciously select targets and ways to achieve them in accordance with agent’s preferences, to communicate using the natural language, in order to develop the emergence of organizational systems. The third background provides the development of special human abilities, which are the phenomenon of their subjective activities, based on a transition from the above human behavior models to formal models for the purpose of control and from formal models to descriptive ones — for the purpose of how the control agent should act. The fourth background lies in a need to eliminate a gap between descriptive and mathematical control sciences, the agent-oriented control targets and selection of actions. The fifth background towards the development of a new mathematical administrative subject, allows studying a wide enough variety of administrative events in social and economic systems, operating constructively with basic concepts and subjects of the agent-oriented control, what is equivalent to a new branch of mathematics – preferences models calculus. The provisions of the concept of agent-oriented control in social and economic systems are represented. The provisions of the concept are related to definitions, integrated assessment method (analysis problem), method of the intellectual support of decision-making (synthesis problem) and information technologies, which are an instrumental base of the agent-oriented control in social and economic systems

Source for intellectual capital is labor, which is based on knowledge, skill and professionalism, and later it "turns" individuals into creative individual work. This work, incarnating in any reasonable ideas or technical development, confirms thereby generating the essence of intellectual capital. Its performance becomes visible if the virtual creative ideas are realized in practice. From this perspective, it is important to know that the formation of intellectual capital depends on the directed activities of employees in areas where they would carry it out, and classification of organizational and legal structures of business entities, but also on favorable conditions for productive creativity. In this regard, it is important to adequately assess the costs created by the new product, the share of the money earned therein by a specific intellectual capital worker. As a variant it is proposed to carry out these calculations using the practice of charging interest in the banking business

ESTIMATION OF THE ERRORS OF THE CHARACTERISTICS OF FINANCIAL FLOWS OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS IN THE ROCKET AND THE SPACE INDUSTRY

abstract 1091505015 issue 109 pp. 238 – 264 29.05.2015 ru 947
Estimates of the errors of the characteristics of financial flows of investment projects are needed to make adequate management decisions, particularly in the rocket and the space industry. Organizational-economic approaches to the estimations of the feasibility of innovation-investment projects to create rocket and space technologies require intensive use of numerical characteristics of the financial flows of long-term projects of this type. In organizational-economic support for control problems in the aerospace industry we must provide the need to obtain the estimates of the errors of the characteristics of financial flows. Such estimates are an integral part of the organizational-economic support of innovation activity in the aerospace industry. They can be compared with the predictions interval, i.e. confidence estimation of predictive values. Half the length of the confidence interval is the prediction error estimate. In this article we give the new method for estimating the errors of the main characteristics of the investment projects. We focus on the net present value called NPV. Our method of estimation of errors is based on the results of statistics interval data, which is an integral part of the system fuzzy interval mathematics. We construct asymptotic theory which corresponds to small deviations of discount coefficients. The error of NPV has been found as the asymptotic notna. With up to infinitesimals of higher orders the error of NPV is a linear function of the maximum possible error of discount coefficients

GENERAL SEMANTICS OF A. KORZYBSKI AS A TEACHING METHOD OF "AWARE OF ABSTRACTION"

abstract 1091505032 issue 109 pp. 541 – 559 29.05.2015 ru 1212
The article is devoted to the well-known American logician and teacher A. Korzybski, the activity of which was aimed at enhancing the human psyche in the direction of non-identification and non-elementalizm. He called the proposed section of the science of General semantics, and later he created Institute of General semantics in the United States. Scientists believe that human consciousness is limited by the capability of the nervous system and by the use of language. Korzybski supposed his pedagogical purpose to teach people to improve the awareness of abstraction, the ability to see the structure, not only empirical fact. To distinguish between the structures of abstraction it introduces the concept of «map» - a diagram model, any ideological system, all that is formulated people. Korzybski denies the law of identity, which is a global challenge to the laws of thinking: «Whatever you say the thing is, it isn’t». He uses this idea not as a universal code, but as a teaching method for people able to find the way to think under conditions of uncertainty and probability. It is so called «modus operandi» for changing people’s way of thinking. In his work, Science and Sanity, he presents his technique; develop an understanding of his «non-aristotelian» system, which includes the incertainty, nonlocality, nonlinearity, the dependence of the environment. In this regard, it offers every statement be considered as a probability. So every statement must be considered as a probabilistic statement. A. Korzybsky and some modern scientists see the permanent uncertainty not like a problem but a tremendous opportunity for creation and research. In «non-aristotelian» Korzybsky’s theory we have to see the opportunity as the first reality and personal activity as the best language

THE NATURAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE ORIGIN OF CULTURE

abstract 1091505037 issue 109 pp. 608 – 623 29.05.2015 ru 905
The article revises the classical nature/culture opposition from the point of new discoveries and studies of "cultural traditions" that were found in nature in different species (bees, ants, birds, monkeys, etc.). Special attention is given to the socially mediated mechanisms of inheritance and learning, considered particular cognitive foundations of cultural traditions. A number of studies have shown that the main feature of culture that exists in the human community is its cumulative nature. Cumulativeness is characterized by the ability to social development that is based on the consideration, accumulation and improvement of the achievements of previous generations and on distributed actions resulting from the increasing complexity of knowledge and social activities. Considering examples of the origin and development of means of communication, creation of new tools and "technology" of their usage, scientists show that small cumulative effects are presented in nature. In this regard, the work moderates categorical statements, according to which "cultural traditions" in nature have only accumulative and no cumulative characteristics. The article shows the necessary individual cognitive prerequisites for the origin of such cumulative culture. It is also argued that for an explanation of that origin the study of the social grounds of the communication are required, furthermore, there is necessity to take into account the various manifestations of "social intelligence" that is significant for formation of inter-subjective knowledge and "social memory". It is presupposed that the cumulative nature of the evolution is essential not only for sociocultural but also for other genetic and non-genetic inheritance systems

FIXING THE ONTOLOGICAL HIERARCHY IN ANCIENT GREEK EPIC

abstract 1091505062 issue 109 pp. 913 – 924 29.05.2015 ru 1074
The article is devoted to the analysis of representations of hierarchical structure of the universe in ancient Greek mythic-epic tradition. In the research there was shown that the myth reflects the main program of interpretation of main principles of the universe by a man in its structure; the Chaos in itself possesses the generative power and forms an order from itself but the hierarchy appears together with the formation of the order-outer space. The first deities – Gaea and born from her Uranus, mountains, Pontus, - possess the great power and in the first place, the power of generation. From works of Gomer and Gesiodus we ascertained that the history of gods was connected with the fight of children with the father-sovereign. One generation of gods became that support on which the other stands. The third generation of gods is sovereigns in greater extent than another one. The generation of Titans is implacable but lives according to unlimited forces of nature. Titans are unbridled. Gods-Olympians, on contrary, have the relation to conscious restriction. Gods of the third generation possess passions: love, hate. However, Olympians as well as humans must submit to transcendental law of the universe. Gods of the third generation join to the rationale. The order of the universe submitted to the law – Destiny is disseminated in human community. Power as an accidental of initial hierarchy gives itself in hands of that who can submit its will to absolute power of Destiny. The legitimacy of power is determined by initial hierarchy of the universe

LINGUOPRAGMATIC ASPECTS OF KINEME VERBAL REPRESENTATION IN FICTION LANGUAGE

abstract 1091505069 issue 109 pp. 981 – 992 29.05.2015 ru 909
In this article the linguistic-pragmatic problems of kineme verbal representation in literary text space are examined. The authors interpret the concepts of "speech act illocutionary force" and "performative utterance", which are becoming more widespread within the frame of pragmatic theory, speech act theory being the very core of it. The authors emphasize the kinemes which are used attended by verbal utterance. First, they complement verbal part, serving as speech act illocutionary force marker. Secondly, kinemes duplicate verbal utterance information and together with verbal part of the utterance create speech act illocutionary force. The authors draw special attention to non-verbal kinemes as they carry the entire "message", serving as speech act illocutionary goal markers. In addition, kinemes as any other signs undergo alterations under social and economic, cultural conditions and convey culture-specific and universal concepts of Russian and French kinesics systems. These characteristics are foregrounded in cross-cultural communication, in connection with complexity of denotation object construal and sign-oriented similarity establishment

This aspect are the limits of candor during the answer along with their reasons. The work also aims at the analysis of the strategies of discursive behavior during an inter-level contact between a law enforcement unit officer and a felon. In the article, the author uses a model to analyze the Russian criminal discourse that was proven earlier on the basis of a synthesis of the ideas suggested by L.N. Gumilev, U. Eco, and O.V. Leszczak. This model made it possible to prove the existence of the Thieves’ Law in a written form with further division into the Old Thieves’ Law and the New Thieves’ Law that differ from each other in material form of their existence. Moreover, it was possible to shift back the moment of its formation up to hundreds of years earlier than it was believed before. The material gathered by the author in conversations is verified on the basis of open-access sources; it allows the author not to mention the personal data of respondents’, who live in different European countries, and totally eliminates such possibility. In this research, the author focuses on one and only aspect, other related aspects are taken into consideration according to their necessity for the aims of the work

TO THE QUESTION OF CRIMINALISTIC STUDYING OF THE IDENTITY OF THE MINORS COMMITTING MERCENARY VIOLENT CRIMES

abstract 1091505047 issue 109 pp. 744 – 757 29.05.2015 ru 1033
In the article we have analyzed the value of criminalistic studying of the identity of the minor criminals committing mercenary violent crimes. The author considers the questions connected with a perspective of obtaining data on the identity of the minor. The author notes that it is necessary to study comprehensively the identity of the minor at investigation of a crime as it will increase the efficiency of the carried-out investigative actions and promotes the correct solution of problems of investigation and re-education of minor, and, eventually, to achievement of an ultimate goal of criminal legal proceedings. The author notes that a formal approach to the studying of the identity of the minor is not allowed, because it slows down the investigation. The analysis of problems, which the investigator meets, when collecting data on the minor and possible ways of their overcoming is carried out. The author notes that one of the pressing problems is the deficit of time for collecting necessary data on the identity of the minor. The author offered a system-structural approach to the criminalistic studying of the identity of minors, who committed mercenary violent crimes. The author of the article considers that criminalistic significant data on the identity of the minor criminal committing mercenary violent crimes can help at the establishment of important information for the criminal case, namely specify interrelation between social psychological, biological properties of the identity of the minor criminal: to track displays of specific qualities of the identity of the minor by preparation, commission and concealment of traces of the crime; on the basis of received data to develop a system of standard versions about the person who committed a crime, on the basis of information to hold the operational search events directed on the identification of the minor criminal. The author notes that in practice in the materials of criminal cases on mercenary violent crimes there are limited data on personal features of minors. So, the structure of the characteristics made by pedagogical workers on minor accomplices is typical. The references and characteristics represented by inspectors of PDN are made in most cases formally. The author of article makes a conclusion that limitation of data on personal features of minors can be eliminated only by association of professional efforts from bodies of preliminary investigation, inspectors on affairs of minors, the commissions on affairs of minors and protection of their rights, psychologists, social teachers

MEASURES TO COUNTER THE LEGALIZATION (LAUNDERING) OF INCOME FROM CRIME

abstract 1091505051 issue 109 pp. 758 – 769 29.05.2015 ru 1101
Illegal actions of economic orientation pose a serious threat to the economic security of the state, as are latent crimes. This article discusses the complex and urgent problem associated with increased measures for combating money laundering or other property acquired by criminal means. From a legal point of view, legalization is making ownership, use and disposal of such funds or other assets by financial transactions or other transactions. From the perspective of the real economy legalization is associated with the receipt of previously unrecorded funds in the legal economy. As the results of the study of the practice of criminal responsibility under Art. 174 of the Criminal Code, the main sources of illegal proceeds are theft, illegal use of natural resources, tax evasion and customs duties, illegal sale of illicit trafficking of goods, criminal acts of corruption, and others. From this we can conclude that the main direction of strengthening control over the legalization of proceeds from crime is to prevent the emergence of centers of capital legalization. To this end, the article analyzes the changes of international and domestic legislation in the field of anti-money laundering. We have added specific measures to stop this type of criminal acts aimed at strengthening the control of the authorized state bodies, including in relation to natural and legal persons participating in the capital of foreign entities

The article explains the relevance of testaments, committed in extraordinary circumstances. The authors note, that the form of such testaments is considerably simpler. Nevertheless, it is compensated by necessity of further confirmation of fact that testament was committed in extraordinary circumstances by court. The conditions of validity of such testaments exposed to a detailed analysis in the article. The authors emphasize that for the recognition of circumstances as extraordinary, such circumstances should be unusual, exceptional, and create immediate threat of life, not threat to health of a citizen. The article contains the analysis of court decisions, which counter to these provisions. The study notes that the legislation does not allow for opportunity to commit testament in the extraordinary circumstances using the technical equipment. It is a gap in the legislation, considering the current conditions. The authors describe international experience of drawing up testaments verbally and came to the conclusion that such form is not acceptable in the Russian legislation. The article also notes the need for a more precise definition of “extraordinary circumstances” applied to inheritance relations. By the authors’ viewpoint, serious illness of the testator can’t be classified as extraordinary circumstance. The study is not only based on analysis of theoretical works of scientists, also on law enforcement practices. The authors of the article identified actual problems of current legislation and came to the conclusion of the necessity to improve the modern civil law

abstract 1091505005 issue 109 pp. 92 – 103 29.05.2015 ru 749
The article discusses the technology of using modern computer tools in the educational process of preparation of teachers of physics in the analysis of a complex modern problem. We consider the experimental task, the analysis of which cannot be carried out without the use of methods of calculus mathematics. A massive conductor in the form of a solid cylinder is placed in a quasi-stationary magnetic field. It is necessary to find the parameters of the magnetic field in the volume of the conductor. An algorithm for developing a program of numerical study of the radial dependence of the field in the conductor is given. The graphs of dimensionless amplitude of the field and of the phase shift relative to the external field at different are drawn where и are the radius and conductivity of the material of the cylinder, is the frequency of the external field, h is a dimensionless radial coordinate equal to . The graphs let us “see” what is going on with the field inside the conductor with the change of control parameters z and h. We demonstrate the self-organization of the test field with increasing z, which happens because of the nonlinear feedbacks. It is shown that the use of modern information technology in educational research tasks to confront theory with real physical experiments lets us raise the level of quality of training future teachers of physics and computer science. The use of this method in the educational process of pedagogical (physics) and technical institutes of higher education is recommended

The article focuses on the forms of transmission of knowledge in agronomy. We can separate verbal or word form, literary, through books and visual, through the works of art. In this regard, the porcelain is treated as a separate independent resource of information on the history of agriculture in the period from 1917 to 1975. In the study of the history of the popularization of agronomic knowledge in Russia we included visual images of porcelain taken from the catalogues of private collections, books, photographs of exhibitions and illustrations. As a tool of the analysis method we used sketches and visual notes. This article has a brief review of the history of the development of porcelain in our country and we have emphasized the Soviet propaganda porcelain. In the studied period we were highlighting another distinct type of porcelain - peasant porcelain, where the focus was on the images of life and living conditions of rural workers. In the database of images we included the works of leading artists such as N. Dan'ko, V. Kuznetsov, S. Chekhonin, R. Vildie, Z. Kobyletska and many others. In the agitation porcelain there was a reflection of several areas: gathering fruit and vegetables; harvesting; a reflection of village life and rural life; exhibitions and fairs; the theme of work and leisure in rural production. Visual analysis of small forms on the example of images of harvesting showed the most common crops (grapes, cotton, tomatoes, apples, various vegetables). Image of fruits and vegetables are a documentary reflection of the history of spreading and introduction of a number of crops in different agroclimatic zones of the country. Thus, porcelain is one of the sources of information on the history of agriculture in our country, covering a certain period from 1917 to 1975, acting as a separate resource, which clearly reflects the bygone era

In the article on the example of the works of great artists we consider the image of the subject as an object for the study course of "History and methodology of scientific agronomy". The emphasis on the image as the object of study, in the modern world has become popular for several reasons. On the one hand - this is a documentary confirmation of events, the state of the object, and sometimes the only proof of a bygone era. On the other hand – the works of art is multifaceted information about the study area, recorded by the artist with a careful rendering of details, environment, transfer of colors, shapes. The presented approach, the interpretation of art paintings allows us to develop creative potential of students. During the learning process, we have formulated the criteria for material selection: the ability to collect material in accordance with the task; ability to define basic accents and navigate through all the work; the ability to compare the artwork with the selected research topic. The article discusses the experience of creating an electronic database of a library of electronic resources for students so they were able to obtain enough empirical information. It is shown that the created database provide information on: the history of development of agriculture of our country, types of rural labor in Russia, the history of gardens and floriculture, as a branch of agricultural production, tillage instruments, history of agriculture; plant care, history of plant introduction in Russia. INTERRELATION PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS OF USERS OF SOCIAL NETWORKS IN THE INTERNET WITH THE FEATURES OF THEIR NETWORK ACTIVITY

abstract 1091505073 issue 109 pp. 1029 – 1045 29.05.2015 ru 1471
Modern psychological science of the individual does not have deep enough meaningful data about the processes associated with the virtualization of being a personality. The need for scientific understanding of the phenomenology of the growing impact of virtualization on the personality of the society, its existence and co-existence, as well as identifying patterns of its focus on the reinforcement of its subjectivity in the virtual co-existence makes the relevance of research. The article presents the results of empirical studies on the relationship of personality characteristics by the nature of its activity in the social network of the Internet. The criteria of activity of the personality, as well as indicators of subjectivity in activity of the personality in the social network are determined. It is established that users with different levels of activity and the level of subjectivity, have different personality characteristics. Manifestations of "the deficit of character" as a prerequisite, depending on the individual social networks, anxiety and passivity, lowering of self-actualization, etc. are formulated and described, as well as "the benefits of character" that determine the activity of the individual network (direction of self-actualization, the search for additional spaces being that person converts in accordance with its internal sense). The results expand existing psychological representations about the quality of activity of the personality in the social network. They contribute to the practice of theoretical constructs of subject-existential approach to the study of personality as being the subject of virtual space and co-existence with the Others

abstract 1091505076 issue 109 pp. 1078 – 1089 29.05.2015 ru 1044
The ongoing reformation of the Russian Federation Military Forces is aimed at creating an army and a fleet appropriate for XXI century and able to protect the country from threats. As well as resupplying military bases with modern weapons and vehicles, an important component is to change parameters of professional military training and competence of military specialists. Specialized requirements are applied to the supplying of military bases, ships and squads with contract military personnel. Modern military forces need highly qualified professionals possessing developed skills in organization, command, psychology, pedagogics. Leadership is a socio-psychological ability inherent to humans. In Russian science the term “leader” is defined as a gifted, charismatic personality who is able to unify people to reach some common goal. Any group needs guidance to reach its goal that is why groups choose the leader from among themselves. No group, especially military, can exist without leadership. At the same time leadership is always a question of influence which the leaders exert on their subordinates, and it depends on correlation of leader’s personal qualities with qualities of those under his command and on the situation in which the group finds itself. Not every contract soldier possesses developed leader skills, which necessitates the organization of psychological and pedagogical preparation in conditions of military service. In this article the program of formation of contract military personnel‘s readiness for taking leadership in military actions is analyzed

SOCIODEMOGRAPHIC PROBLEMS AND BASES OF PEOPLE SAVING IN RUSSIA

abstract 1091505011 issue 109 pp. 171 – 182 29.05.2015 ru 1330
The socioeconomic and foreign policy transformations happening in Russia have predetermined the emergence of many social problems demanding the immediate solve. Thus social and demographic problems are the most important. Introduction of the state social programs in many respects helped to solve a problem of low birth rate. Negotiation of the demographic situation which was followed by sharp decrease of birth rate demanded considerable efforts from the state, but, despite the reached results, the situation can repeat again. And it is notable now when children of "reorganization" reached reproductive age. Thus mortality of the population continues to grow, and its rates exceed birth rates now. Annual losses of the population reached 1,5-2 million per year. In this regard the central problem of modern social and economic policy of the state is introduction of the uniform program of a people saving directed on improvement of population quality of life, achievement of material, spiritual and physical welfare for the purpose of saving of that Russian population. Along with natural losses of the population there are so-called social, preventable demographic losses which could be avoided, by predicting the situation with the help of monitoring of population quality of life that could conduce conservation of life and the social status to millions of people

STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF HUMIC ACID SOILS OF THE KRASNODAR REGION

abstract 1091505071 issue 109 pp. 1004 – 1013 29.05.2015 ru 1447
The structural and functional properties of humic acids of different types of poorly studied soils of the Krasnodar Region: ordinary black soil or chernozem (carbonated), meadowish chernozem and gray forest soils are investigated. We define the type of humus of the soil samples studied as fulvate-humate. Using traditional indicators of humus soil conditions the regularities of soil and ecological processes involving organic matter in soils under natural and anthropogenically factorial changes in the monitoring sites are revealed. The relationship of the optical properties of humic acids with the intensity of the processes of transformation of humic substances by increasing the depth of the soil sample is shown. By NMR spectroscopy, IR spectroscopy, and spectrophotometry in the visible spectrum differences and similarities in the structure of macromolecules of humic acids in soil samples. In terms of soil contamination with oil in a field experiment, on the monitoring site we have set a trend towards to redistribution in the ratio of functional groups of humic acid macromolecules: the proportion of aliphatic fragments increases. We have revealed an increase in the share of the mobile fraction of humic substances in terms of oil pollution. The article has the most suitable justification for these processes. The results can be used for prediction the environmental state of the soil under anthropogenic pollution
