APPLIED STATISTICS – THE STATE AND THE PROSPECTS

abstract 1191605003 issue 119 pp. 44 – 74 31.05.2016 ru 320
Applied Statistics - the science of how to analyze the statistical data. As an independent scientificpractical area it develops very quickly. It includes numerous widely and deeply developed scientific directions. Those who use the applied statistics and other statistical methods, usually focused on specific areas of study, ie, are not specialists in applied statistics. Therefore, it is useful to make a critical analysis of the current state of applied statistics and discuss trends in the development of statistical methods. Most of the practical importance of applied statistics justifies the usefulness of the work on the development of its methodology, in which the field of scientific and applied activities would be considered as a whole. We have given some brief information about the history of applied statistics. Based on Scientometrics of Applied Statistics we state that each expert has only a small part of accumulated knowledge in this area. We discuss five topical areas in which modern applied statistics develops, ie five "points of growth": nonparametric, robustness, bootstrap, statistics of interval data, and statistics of non-numerical data. We discuss some details of the basic ideas of a non-numerical statistics. In the last more than 60 years in Russia, there has been a huge gap between official statistics and the scientific community of experts on statistical methods

STATISTICS OF FUZZY DATA

abstract 1191605004 issue 119 pp. 75 – 91 31.05.2016 ru 695
Fuzzy sets are the special form of objects of nonnumeric nature. Therefore, in the processing of the sample, the elements of which are fuzzy sets, a variety of methods for the analysis of statistical data of any nature can be used - the calculation of the average, non-parametric density estimators, construction of diagnostic rules, etc. We have told about the development of our work on the theory of fuzziness (1975 - 2015). In the first of our work on fuzzy sets (1975), the theory of random sets is regarded as a generalization of the theory of fuzzy sets. In non-fiction series "Mathematics. Cybernetics" (publishing house "Knowledge") in 1980 the first book by a Soviet author fuzzy sets is published - our brochure "Optimization problems and fuzzy variables". This book is essentially a "squeeze" our research of 70-ies, ie, the research on the theory of stability and in particular on the statistics of objects of non-numeric nature, with a bias in the methodology. The book includes the main results of the fuzzy theory and its note to the random set theory, as well as new results (first publication!) of statistics of fuzzy sets. On the basis of further experience, you can expect that the theory of fuzzy sets will be more actively applied in organizational and economic modeling of industry management processes. We discuss the concept of the average value of a fuzzy set. We have considered a number of statements of problems of testing statistical hypotheses on fuzzy sets. We have also proposed and justified some algorithms for restore relationships between fuzzy variables; we have given the representation of various variants of fuzzy cluster analysis of data and variables and described some methods of collection and description of fuzzy data

METHODS OF REDUCING SPACE DIMENSION OF STATISTICAL DATA

abstract 1191605005 issue 119 pp. 92 – 107 31.05.2016 ru 605
One of the "points of growth" of applied statistics is methods of reducing the dimension of statistical data. They are increasingly used in the analysis of data in specific applied research, such as sociology. We investigate the most promising methods to reduce the dimensionality. The principal components are one of the most commonly used methods to reduce the dimensionality. For visual analysis of data are often used the projections of original vectors on the plane of the first two principal components. Usually the data structure is clearly visible, highlighted compact clusters of objects and separately allocated vectors. The principal components are one method of factor analysis. The new idea of factor analysis in comparison with the method of principal components is that, based on loads, the factors breaks up into groups. In one group of factors, new factor is combined with a similar impact on the elements of the new basis. Then each group is recommended to leave one representative. Sometimes, instead of the choice of representative by calculation, a new factor that is central to the group in question. Reduced dimension occurs during the transition to the system factors, which are representatives of groups. Other factors are discarded. On the use of distance (proximity measures, indicators of differences) between features and extensive class are based methods of multidimensional scaling. The basic idea of this class of methods is to present each object as point of the geometric space (usually of dimension 1, 2, or 3) whose coordinates are the values of the hidden (latent) factors which combine to adequately describe the object. As an example of the application of probabilistic and statistical modeling and the results of statistics of non-numeric data, we justify the consistency of estimators of the dimension of the data in multidimensional scaling, which are proposed previously by Kruskal from heuristic considerations. We have considered a number of consistent estimations of dimension of models (in regression analysis and in theory of classification). We also give some information about the algorithms for reduce the dimensionality in the automated system-cognitive analysis

MATHEMATICAL MODELS OF MEDICALECONOMIC CONTROL OF DRUGS PRESCRIPTION

abstract 1191605063 issue 119 pp. 877 – 888 31.05.2016 ru 567
The federal program on essential drugs provision (EDP) is one of the most significant and socially important state projects; it is directed to the reduction of morbidity and mortality together with the improvement of life quality of the society and its social climate. In accordance with the federal law “On social state assistance” from 17.07.1999 №178- FL, the essence of the program is that medical recipes are dispensed for preferential medicines to be received by federal program participants. The medical-economic control (MEC) of the drugs designation and provision of federal benefit recipients is performed basing on the automated registries examination of released drugs. The number of passed and failed examination recipes is determined according to the registers processing results. A certain percentage of the accepted for payment prescriptions is a subject for MEC. For the purpose of the recipes selection for testing, the paper proposes the mathematical models of criteria application and MEC-planning. The game model of organization and MEC performance in health care organizations is build basing on the theory of games. The considered play model suggests that the health services quality examination need to be adjusted and some strategies are to be improved. The solution on the planning of checked recipes number allows to perform the inspection of all the health care organizations, involved in EDP program

SIMULATION OF TURBULENT FLOW IN A CAVITY ON THE NAVIER-STOKES EQUATIONS

abstract 1191605079 issue 119 pp. 1111 – 1133 31.05.2016 ru 423
The article deals with the numerical solution of the Navier-Stokes equations describing turbulent flow in a rectangle cavity or in a cuboid with one open face at high Reynolds numbers. It is known, that there is a mechanism of turbulent mixing in natural systems, leading to an increase in the viscosity of the continuous medium. In this regard, we suggest methods of regularization of the Navier-Stokes equations, similar to the natural mechanisms of mixing. We proposed the models based on the properties of the turbulent environment. For this we modified the continuity equation taking into account the pressure fluctuations. It is shown that the incompressibility condition is can be violated due to pressure fluctuation even for flows with low Mach numbers. Modification of continuity equation by the introduction of turbulent viscosity allows the regularization of the Navier-Stokes equations to solve the problems with rapidly changing dynamic parameters. It was shown that the modification of the continuity equation taking into account turbulent fluctuations leads to a system of nonlinear equations of parabolic type. A numerical model of turbulent flow in the cavity with the rapid change in the parameters of the main flow developed. Discovered type of instability of the turbulent flow associated with the rapid changes in the main flow velocity. In numerical simulations found that due to the acceleration of the main flow there is the unsteady vortex flow in the cavity, which is characterized by the integral of energy not vanishing with time, vibrations that have a certain period, depending on the turbulent viscosity

THE UNIFIED FIELD THEORY AND SUPERGRAVITY IN 112D

abstract 1191605094 issue 119 pp. 1390 – 1419 31.05.2016 ru 319
In the paper the problem of constructing a unified field theory based on the theory of supergravity in the 112D is discussed. It is assumed that in the 112-dimensional Riemann space there are 37 three-dimensional worlds coexist having a single time and associated gravity. Investigated centrally symmetric metric depends on the radial coordinate in the observable physical space of one of the worlds. It is assumed that in the 112D performed the wave equation of the general form, describing the dynamics of the scalar field. From this equation, the wave equation is displayed in the fourdimensional space-time, containing terms describing the contribution of extra dimensions. It is shown that the quantum numbers of the problem allow us to describe the structure of the atom and the atomic nucleus on the assumption that given the total mass of the central body. The problem on the dynamics of the scalar field in the 112D in a centrally symmetric metric has been described. Built of field quantization theory in general, and in the particular case of metrics depending on the Weierstrass elliptic functions. It is shown that in this case there are bounded periodic potentials and corresponding periodic solutions that depend on the energy and angular momentum projection, and on the invariants of the Weierstrass function. It is found that in an excited state with a sufficiently large magnitude of the angular momentum of the projection portion of the radial wave function is periodic in a limited range, while the ground state allowed waves on all axes of the radial coordinate. The connection of the solutions to the Yang-Mills theories discussed

DYNAMICS OF THE GEOMAGNETIC FIELD AND SUPERGRAVITY IN 112D

abstract 1191605095 issue 119 pp. 1420 – 1441 31.05.2016 ru 303
The paper deals with the problem of changing the polarity of the geomagnetic field as a problem of a unified field theory and supergravity in the 112D. Investigated centrally symmetric metric depends on the radial coordinate in the observable physical space of one of the worlds. The equation that relates the magnetic field of the planet with a gravitational field in 5D has been derived. The problem of changing the polarity of the magnetic field of the Earth discussed. The rapid change of the geomagnetic field polarity detected on the basis of paleomagnetic data is modeled as a movement on a hypersphere in the 112D, which corresponds to 110 corners. The simplest example of such a movement in the case of the three angles is the Euler model that describes the rigid body rotation. In this model, there are modes with a quick flip of the body while conservation of the angular momentum. If the body has a magnetic moment, when such a change occurs flip of the magnetic field. It is assumed that the central core of the earth is magnetized and surrounded by a number of satellites, each of which has a magnetic moment. Satellites interact with a central core and one another by means of gravity and through a magnetic field. The central core may sudden flip, as in the Euler model. It is shown that the duration of phase with constant polarity and upheaval time depends on the magnitude of the disturbance torque and core asymmetry. We discuss Einstein's hypothesis about the origin of the magnetic field when rotating the neutral masses. It is shown that the motion on a hypersphere in the 112D has the effect of a magnetic field due to the interaction of nucleons in nuclei. Such magnetic field is most evident for iron, cobalt and nickel - elements are consisting of the Earth's core

abstract 1191605006 issue 119 pp. 108 – 116 31.05.2016 ru 437
In the work, we present the results of the investigation of acute toxicity of bio humates obtained by the method vermicultivation on laboratory animals. In the diets of farm animals and Pets to fill in the missing nutrients in the past years, we had an extensive use of various feed additives. Among them, mineral (macro - and micronutrients), protein and fat supplements, vitamins, biostimulants, complex natural compounds (sapropel, peat), synthetic products (enzymes, hormones, antibiotics, adaptogens, antioxidants). The search for new ways of improvement and increase of efficiency of agricultural animals using feed additives with high demands on ecology of meat and dairy foods naturally led to increased studies on the use in livestock farming of water-soluble alkaline salts of natural humic acids - humates. Their environmental safety and the unique ability to improve metabolism and increase energy cells very positively manifested in living organisms. Numerous studies Russian and foreign scientists installed a high efficiency natural humates as biostimulators and immunomodulators in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine. Accumulated extensive experimental material, proving that the use of humates leads to faster growth of animals, reducing morbidity and mortality, increase the body's resistance to toxins in feed and resistance to adverse environmental conditions. Improving with the help of humates ecological purity of the ecosystems "water — soil — plant", as well as the health of birds, animals and fish will ultimately lead to strengthen health and to prolong human life as a consumer of agricultural products. Currently, the livestock market is intensively increasing the humates produced in Russia and abroad from brown coal, peat, sapropel. A special place among them has been occupied by the newest formulations because of a unique combination of safety, efficiency, and value, which, thanks to its amazing properties to increase energy cells, stimulate vital processes and to enhance the beneficial effects of other substances called energine. They are harmless to animals and humans; do not have allergologie, anaphylactogenic, teratogenic, embryotoxic and carcinogenic properties when used in recommended doses. This allows you to create on their basis organic natural feed additives and veterinary medicines for agricultural animals, birds, fish, fur animals and Pets, and preventive and therapeutic drugs for humans

FORMATION OF SOILS STUDY AND THEIR FERTILITY; A HISTORICAL EXPERIENCE OF SOIL CLASSIFICATION

abstract 1191605043 issue 119 pp. 588 – 605 31.05.2016 ru 642
The roots of scientific knowledge on soil go into antiquity and are connected with the development of land management. A human had knowledge about soil as a friable layer of Earth, which was a subject o land management treatment until the time there were occurred the problems of shortage of arable lands, hunger and decrease of fertility, which caused the necessity of obtaining of more produce with less arable lands. The development of soil science was required for solving of these practical tasks. In postwar period there were carried out the large researches in the field of plant nutrition and application of fertilizers. For this period the active study of organic properties of soil occurred. The Dokuchaev’s study on genetic types of soil was the tuning point in the development of problems of soil classification. The further development of problems of soil classification were made on the basis of set genetic positions, thus the various approaches lighting the different parties of a classification problem took place. The soil fertility in force of its important functions for a long time is not only as an agronomic category but also as a social, economic, philosophic, and at the last time – ecological one. The modern understanding of function of fertility is reached with the help of mathematical modeling. First, it is necessary clearly to present the aggregate factors of fertility and their interaction between them and external factors

SPECIES IDENTIFICATION OF BEETLES (COLEOPTERA, CARABIDAE) BY USING ASKANALYSIS FOR THEIR IMAGES ON EXTERNAL CONTOURS (GENERALIZATION, ABSTRACTION, CLASSIFICATION AND IDENTIFICATION)

abstract 1191605001 issue 119 pp. 1 – 30 31.05.2016 ru 451
Insects are a major component of natural biocenoses and agrocenoses. One of the largest and most numerous families are ground beetles (Carabidae); their number, according to various estimates, is more than 30,000 species. For Carabidae beetles it is common to have different ways of eating, a place of habitation, occupied layers, seasonal and daily activity. They live both on the surface and in the soil, more rarely on bushes and trees. The types of the family of ground beetles – active beetles with long, thin antennae of uniform thickness, long elytra and long legs, adapted to running. Their sizes vary from a few millimeters to 10 cm. As active predators, ground beetles play a huge practical importance, destroying pests before reaching the last threshold, thereby providing a natural regulation. Based on the fact, that the number of beetles is large, and their sizes are sometimes only a few millimeters, there is a problem of determining the species of these insects (or their identification), therefore it took a special tool, which, on the one hand, facilitate obtaining data about these insects, and on the other hand, would increase their accuracy. This article proposes a new (to this subject area) approach to identify different species of ground beetles along their outer contour with the use of software tools for automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) – the universal cognitive analytical system called "Eidos," which is well-proven in the study of other objects. The reason why it was decided to use this system is that normal (standard) identification of ground beetles, have certain disadvantages: the human factor (manifest error in the determination); quite time consuming; the inability to increase the number of criteria to improve the reliability of the model comparison. This article aims to overcome these drawbacks, by the use of universal cognitive analytical system "Eidos", the automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis). A numerical example is given

The article focuses on current issue of improving the reliability of water intake buildings in the Far North. We have given special operating conditions of these structures, particularly ice drift, shore ice piles, windrowing ice fields and erosion of the bottom of the moving ice field with keel protrusion. We have described physiographic, structural and morphological conditions of the construction site, generalized information on the parameters ice drift during an ice moving in the waters of the Gulf of Ob in Salmanovskaye deposit area. For these conditions, we have accepted to make water intake structure with recessed filtering part and given idea about their ice protection and proposed an effective design of protective constructions for all possible effects of ice hummocks. We have also given a description of bases of technology of construction works the rationale for the design parameters of facilities. In view of the possible load, two rows of closed pile foundations are provided for the protection of water receivers consisting of bored piles and channel filtering grillage. In the first row, near to the water receivers we have provided metallic, lattice constructions from metal profile pipes laid on the top of water receivers on the grillage. The second row of protective structures around water receivers was designed as a halfly indepth monolithic reinforced concrete grillage of rectangular cross-section form with an ice pick from a metal corner rental rendered monolithic on the outside perimeter of the grillage. Concrete grating are designed also to protect the gravity pipelines along the borders. Rectangular grillages interconnected with cross bar bonds witch are also made of reinforced concrete. The proposed technical solutions provide reliable protection against possible water intake facilities including dynamic effects from windrowing ice fields in the Far North. REGRESSION MODEL OF RATNIK BARLEY COMBINED PRESOWING PROCESSING BY OPTICAL RADIATION AND CHEMICAL PROTECTANT

abstract 1191605033 issue 119 pp. 466 – 476 31.05.2016 ru 422
The procedure of combined electrooptical processing which allows to disclose the reasonable energy and technological conditions of seeds’ treatment and to define the main factors which influence such seeds’ sowing qualities as: germinating power, germinating ability and length of sprouts is used in this article. Besides, the procedure allows conducting the research of efficiency evaluation of some rational parameters and conditions of treatment which influence their yield characteristics in field conditions. The research task was to obtain the data about the number of spring barley called “Ratnik” shoots and their productivity depending on the number of working volume converter’s lamps (1-6) and on the protectant’ norm percent (1-100). The experiments have been carried out and the data have been obtained for this purpose and the processing of these data has given the regression equation of the second order writing the process with the volumetric graphical interpretation. The rational parameter space of presowing treatment providing maximal germination and crop capacity of barley “Warrior” has been obtained on basis of the diagrams’ analysis. As the growth of germinating ability and crop capacity is observed when the number of working lamps is increased the double spreading at 6 working lamps should be recommended. The concentration of the protectant practically ceases to influent the crop capacity. According to the results of the research there has been drawn a conclusion that preliminary seeds treatment, for the purpose of plant diseases preventing, restrains the germination processes at the initial level. It happens in connection with conditions deterioration of moisture access to seeds which are covered with protectant film. Further processing of treated seeds by optical radiation promotes the growth of germinating ability and length of sprouts compensating negative effect of treatment

The article gives a brief historical overview of the development work on the creation of agricultural robots. We also give characteristics of the market for robots, with their descriptions since 2002 onwards. The work presents main problems when creating agricultural robots, with more detailed features such as orientation in space using machine vision tools, as well as video surveillance to identify and recognize the characteristics of plants. Continuous, panoramicallythree-dimensional tracking of each plant can be provided by using a video network, able to distinguish between separate plants within the field of view of the cameras, lined up in particularly targeted technological points. Custom video shooting is possible for individual plants, with the aim of identifying deviations in development, degree of maturation, detection of disease and other technological purposes. It is shown that positioning and motion control of the technological trajectory can be carried out using satellite navigation systems either using ground positioning, including machine vision and targeting laser, for example pathpointer or sensor barriers. For detection, identification and positioning we commonly use satellite navigation GPS system (mainly for monitoring vehicles and agricultural units). As well as television and digital video surveillance and positioning system in real-timeRTLS, but each of these systems has its limitations. Network wireless local positioning RFID (Radio-frequency identification) is used for various purposes in a variety of applications, allowing you to monitor the location and movement of objects and reliably identify them both outside and inside the premises. But none of these systems could possibly accomplish the task completely. The solution may be sharing the listed systems. This integration offers opportunities not available for separate systems. QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITIVE ASSESSMENT OF SEEDS TRAUMATIZING WHILE USING MACHINES

abstract 1191605036 issue 119 pp. 503 – 512 31.05.2016 ru 420
Increase of gross grain collecting and minimization of cost of its production essentially depends on technologies and technical means, which are used while grain crops cultivation. At the same time the existing industrial seed farming and the grain’s production are assumed the multiple mechanical and thermomechanical impacts on grain from working tools of cars and units that leads to weevils’ traumatizing. Grain damage negatively affects its technological and fodder characteristics; seeds’ traumatizing causes the decrease in their sowing and fruitful features. It isn't possible to extract injured seeds from the pile because working tools damage the weevils itself and also there are small differences between damaged and undamaged weevils. It is possible to reduce grain traumatizing while machine preparation by reducing the quantity and extent of mechanical and thermomechanical impacts on weevils, by optimization of technological operations and by controlling the regimes and adjustments of working tools. The work of winnower machines M-819 KAS-10+SBVS-5 and AS- 10+ was researched while developing a technique of complex quantitative and quality standard of machines’ and tools’ influence on weevils’ traumatizing. It was ascertained that on different stages of weevils’ mechanical preparation it get different injuries in quantitative and qualitative expressions. It was offered to estimate the injuring ability of machines by the impact of seeds’ injures influence on its sowing features. Also there was a conception of traumatizing coefficient which includes either quantitative or qualitative debriefing influences of the traumatizing on grains features

abstract 1191605047 issue 119 pp. 653 – 665 31.05.2016 ru 430
People commit nine out of ten acts of sabotage, one way or another associated with information technologies. According to experts at InfoWatch, developer of systems to protect confidential information from insiders, the reason for this profession lies in the psychological characteristics of these employees. To understand the problem let a couple of real-life examples illustrate the typical traits of professionals in the information environment. In addition, if the first teller did not hide his name, the latter decided to remain anonymous. Deep psychological background of the act of sabotage often leads to the fact that a disgruntled employee threatens boss or coworkers, for example, by e-mail. Sometimes he even shares his thoughts with someone from colleagues. In other words, it is not only the attacker, who knows the information about the planned diversion. Analysts estimate, that in 31% of cases, other people have the information about the plans of the saboteur. Of these, 64% are colleagues, 21% are friends, 14% — family members, and another 14% are allies. In addition, we were able to establish that 62% of corporate saboteurs think about their actions in advance. In 47% of cases, they commit preparatory acts (e.g., theft of confidential data backups). 27% — design and test of the future mechanism of the attack (preparing a logic bomb for the corporate network, additional hidden inputs to the system, etc.). Whilst in 37% of cases of the activity of employees, you may notice: 67% of the preparatory action may be visible online, 11% are visible offline, 22% — both at once

THE METHOD OF ENGINEERING CALCULATION OF DRIVE DEVICES FOR FORAGES PREPARATION

abstract 1191605050 issue 119 pp. 690 – 707 31.05.2016 ru 371
The article presents results of the study of devices for preparation of feed based on the relative helical drums. In addition, we have created a method of calculation of the drive, including motor power. We have given a calculation sheet for relative helical drums of types of 5.1 and 3.1, as well as typical schemes of devices for preparation of feed (feed-making machines) composed of hollow equilateral triangular of hollow tetrahedrons pyramids and hollow octahedra. The created method of calculation of the drive was tested in the calculation of power consumption of feed-making machines based on spiral reels of 5.1 type mounted using hollow tetrahedrons and spiral reels of 3.1 type, assembled from hollow octahedra. It is shown that in the calculation of the actuator, we should not only take into account the mass loading of feed components, the relative weight of the screw drum assembled with wheels, for a symmetrical load location, but also a lot of download components of feeds, arranged in a spiral relative the drum asymmetrically to the axis of rotation. Thus, summing up the power of the electric motor, required for relative rotation of the screw drum symmetrically loaded and also under asymmetric load we define the motor power for the device for preparation of feed, or feed-making machine

abstract 1191605061 issue 119 pp. 834 – 864 31.05.2016 ru 463
Due to the deterioration of the ecological situation in the world, population tends to eat organically grown foods that are grown either without or with minimal use of chemicals. The development of agriculture in this direction leads ultimately to organic agriculture. To improve the competitiveness of this direction, we need more effective agricultural machines, especially in the last phase of cultivation, namely at the stage of harvesting. One of the most difficult scientific and technical problems with the mechanical harvesting of potatoes is not letting vegetable impurities and tops to fall down in the hopper with the potato tubers, which among other things will improve operational efficiency technology. The article reviewed the various methods for removing the tops, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. The article makes a conclusion about the need for potato top separators in harvesting machines. We have also considered a promising device for removing haulm, a conveyor with flexible fingers on the bars and the clamping beater. Тhe most short-lived structural element of the device for removing haulm, reducing reliability of the device, is flexible fingers mounted on rods. We have proposed to use polyurethane as a material for manufacturing flexible fingers

OPTIMIZATION OF A CALCULATION METHOD FOR PILEWORK PROTECTIVE STRUCTURES "STREAMLINED" BY LANDSLIDE CLAY SOILS

abstract 1191605083 issue 119 pp. 1200 – 1216 31.05.2016 ru 570
Expansion and increasing of the Krasnodar region transport infrastructure during the construction of the Olympic facilities together with the new land development created a necessity for construction in the remote areas of landslide slopes with the complex engineering-geological conditions. Constructions of bored piles, jammed by in nondisplaceable soil are often used as one of the measures for the protection of surface rocks landslide movement and tightening the slope weak sections. Such constructive solution is often being considered the best, and sometimes the only acceptable solution. When designing engineering protection it is recommended to consider the use of a number of active protection activities, aimed at the landslide processes stabilization. However, in case of construction production impossibility due to terms of organization, it is necessary to provide passive protection which would secure that the landslide streamlines the construction. Currently, the mechanism of the soil landslides interaction with constructions of detached objects spot protection isn’t studied enough. Known methods adopt simplifications and assumptions which lead to definite significant errors in the design of slope protection structures. Security and reliability of such structures can only be achieved with the adoption of high factor of safety values. This leads to increased material consumption and labor input for the erection of defensive structures also reduces the economic efficiency of these structures. In addition the process of designing protective structures in the Krasnodar region is further complicated by fact that the landslide of construction area is mainly folded by flowing clay soils

WAYS OF REDUCTION OF ADVERSE FEEDING EFFECT ON ANIMALS

abstract 1191605021 issue 119 pp. 293 – 312 31.05.2016 ru 435
The successful development of livestock requires maintaining and further increasing of the genetic potential, the basis for the manifestation of which is the adequite balanced feeding. Currently, one of the most urgent problems of livestock breeding is to find ways for reduction of the negative impact of various feeding factors on the animals. In industrial conditions, it is difficult to exclude various feed stresses, which lead to a decrease in productivity, survival rate and ill health of animals and poultry. The work summarizes the research in this direction, taking into account the achievements of domestic and foreign authors. A serious problem of feed producing companies and livestock farms is the grain and compound feed affection with fungi and their metabolic products - mycotoxins. Based on the results of the research of several authors, the ways of solving this problem were identified and recommendations on the reduction of the negative effect on the body were provided. It is noted, that one of the best and effective ways to reduce the negative effect of mycotoxins on the body is a method of administration of adsorbents in animal feed. But it should be taken into consideration that in order to maximize the protection against mycotoxins and minimize their harmful effects on the body of animals it is necessary to use preparations, which include adsorbents of organic and inorganic nature, as well as to comply with the dosage of their introduction into the diets of animals and poultry. The progressive forms of preparations of a new generation, solving problems of the negative impact of feeding factors, include probiotics, which contain some bacteria, immobilized on the solid particles, so that they inhabit the intestine faster. Modern biological complexes have immune correcting properties, increase non-specific resistance of the organism, normalize microbiocenosis of gastrointestinal tract, and stimulate the functional activity of the digestive system. Therefore, it is necessary to use feed additives with detoxification properties as part of animal compound feed, according to recommendations on their application in appropriate dosages

RESEARCH OF FLOW OF LIQUID IN THE LABORATORY STANDARD OF BAND OBTURATOR OF WATER REGULATOR WHEN USING SAE-SYSTEMS OF FLOWVISION

abstract 1191605080 issue 119 pp. 1134 – 1158 31.05.2016 ru 384
Limited resource of irrigation water in the South of Russia is a particularly actual task in the production of moisture-loving crops, such as rice. To solve the problem of rational use of water when watering is not possible without the organization of an automated water distribution. As it was shown by the analysis of tools and technologies of regulation of water supply, the most promising, form tested and used, can be tape regulators of flow and water level. They have a simple construction diagram, unpretentious in operation. However, we have identified a fault – unregulated leaking, not fully covered through the bore, which in turn increases the uncontrolled consumption of irrigation water. To solve this problem we propose a number of designs, protected by patents of the Russian Federation, having special fixture to ensure unauthorized leaks, even in a state almost close to the fully closed opening expiration from the regulator. The article comprehensively considers hydraulic studies of controller initially, without any additions that contribute to the problem of eliminating leakage. The proposed study with the analysis of the distribution of velocities and pressures in the design of belt regulator, will allow you to have the basic reference model against which it will be possible to analyze the degree of influence of constructive-technological changes at the work the newly developed devices. For this, we modeled tape controller in the software package FreeCАD version 0.15, when using SAE - system FlowVision. The task of modeling water flow were solved in flat statement, including the moment of full closing of the belt passage opening of the regulator. For plotting surfaces, lines, levels and cross-section response functions, we used a software package wxMaxima. The results obtained allowed a comprehensive analysis of the work tape of the locking device, hydraulically actuated device in all modes of the major factors and, in the future, will help to address the issue of studying the impact of introduced technological changes in the design of controllers

POSSIBILITIES OF USING GROWTH REGULATORS FOR FORMATION OF FRUIT PLANTS YIELD

abstract 1191605087 issue 119 pp. 1268 – 1277 31.05.2016 ru 764
The researches were about availability of the appliance of some physiology active matters – aminoethoxyvinylglycine (AVG) and melafen for optimization of yield formation for orange and apple trees. Field researches were conducted in 2011-2012 in commercial orchards in the region of Gingin in the Western Australia (climate of the region – Mediterranean, the soil – sandy) and in 2015-2016 in apple orchards of the botanical garden of Kuban State Agrarian University (climate of the region - moderately continental), started in 2006. The article shows expediency of using inhibitor biosynthesis of ethylene of AVG at a concentration from 20 to 60 mg /l when the orange fruit size was 3.0 cm, and the growth regulator "Melaphen" (concentration 1˟10- 9 М) in the second half of the vegetation period of apple plants (for 45-50 days before harvest). The use of treatments in these terms reduces pre-harvest fruit drop and thus increase the economic productivity of fruit trees (apple in - up to 11%). It is noted that a variety of orange called Washington Navel is more responsive to the increased concentration of AVG, than the variety of Lane Late (optimal concentration of 60 and 20 mg / l, respectively). We have shown a wide spectrum of action of the treatment "Melaphen" on apple plants. Along with the retention of the fruit on the tree, it enhances the activity of plant growths in summer and some weakening concerning tabs flower buds as well as the displacement of their development. However, the use of melaphen in this period increases the efficiency of the formation of various parts of flowers and fertilization in the next season. With such results of the adjustment processes of vegetative growth and generative development of plants under the influence of physiologically active substances, it will ensure the formation of relatively high and regular yields of fruits

Practice shows that the level of development of small agricultural farms is an important indicator of favorability of the conditions created by government for development of production and rural territories. Conversely, the degree of development of rural areas has an impact on the development of small agricultural entities. It is necessary to increase the independence, motivation, municipal authorities in socioeconomic development of given territories. However, today, there is a relative decrease in the level of support for small businesses. Since 2007, the Support of agriculture in our region has grown almost by three times, but small agrarian business grew only by 34.3%, that is, in fact, observed as a negative trend, when adjusted for inflation. Without a system of state support of small business it is problematic to conduct a correct reproduction of the herd and to increase the volume of industry’s output. Such situation results in: lower rural incomes, especially in private subsidiary farms; the number of jobs, increase of unemployment, social tension in society, and a negative effect on the regional economy. It is necessary to improve the economic mechanism of state support of small businesses, to improve the conditions of lending and investments, to create conditions for increasing production of marketable products and new jobs, to increase rural employment, to improve the system of cooperation in production, processing, storage, transportation and sale of products to small businesses, to improve social infrastructure, to improve the quality of rural life. The authors have developed and offered corrective suggestions for implementation of the regional target program of development of small forms of businesses for 2016- 2020 with the definition of deadlines and funding, by blocks of the organization of competitive production, support for family farms, system of agricultural cooperation, and marketing of commercial products

Mass communication as a kind of verbal activity "is due to the social process in which the function is updated using a variety of communication tools and channels." As a source of social and mass communication, we highlight a social institution or "collegiate sender", producing a total of texts a certain type of consciousness and the installation for a particular type of pragmatism - the goals and aspirations of expectations. CURRENT ISSUES IN THE RESEARCH OF COLD STEEL ARMS AND THROWING WEAPONS AND THEIR TRACES

abstract 1191605089 issue 119 pp. 1318 – 1336 31.05.2016 ru 358
The authors of the article point out that the research of cold steel arms and their traces has been considered in detail in the studies of different criminologists. Unfortunately, many scientists, examining cold steel arms as the item of expertise, mainly paid attention to the knives, swords, daggers, etc., but few researchers considered crossbows as cold steel weapon. In accordance with part. 4 Art. 223 of the Criminal Code of Russia for illegal manufacture, alteration or repair of throwing weapons, as well as the illegal sale of throwing weapons (Art. 4, Art. 222 of the Criminal Code), criminal liability is stipulated. Thus, the authors agree with the opinions expressed in the literature according to which attention should be paid to the fuzzy wording of p. 4 Art. 222 of the Criminal Code and p. 4 Art. 223 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: "Cold steel weapons, including throwing weapons". Throwing weapons are not included in the number of cold steel arms; it is an independent type of weapon that is different from the cold steel by its technical characteristics. The common feature of cold steel arms and throwing weapons is striking of a target due to the muscle power of a man. The main difference is that there is no projectile with directional movement in cold steel arms and striking occurs due to the direct contact with the object. The definitions of these types of weapons are contained in the Federal Act "About Weapons"

In this article, we examine questions about realization of interdisciplinary connections in the process of teaching of mathematics the students of economic specialties. Taking into account the circumstance that economic specialties are integrating information from mathematical, natural, humanitarian and socioeconomic disciplines, going near the selection of maintenance of course of mathematics must be oriented to the mathematical apparatus for all cycles forming certain abilities and skills. Thus, in the process of teaching mathematics we have to emphasize the necessity of maintenance of "vertical" connections in a course mathematics, marking that maintenance of flat rate of mathematics can not be certain from the cleanly pragmatic point of view, based only on the specific of future specialty of studying, without the account of internal logic of mathematics, id est., from a course mathematicians we must not eliminate questions and divisions, not having a direct professional orientation, but providing internal subject connections or the logic of the discipline. Accordance to the criterion of internal subject integrity means, that maintenance of the course of mathematics will not grow into totality of fragmentary information necessary for the special preparation, and will possess necessary plenitude, logical uncontradiction and sequence. On the other hand, it is necessary to accent attention on the study of the different processes and phenomena, lighted up in general professional disciplines, as studying of all these questions must be of the ponderable use in the professional becoming of future specialist, i.e. the special importance is acquired by interdisciplinary integration connections at the level of which the applied professional orientation of the studied material comes true

The semiotic status of the Russian clothing and household decorations with decorative ornaments embroidery with figurative ornamental motives as a group of functionally related items have remained very high, having both utilitarian and sign pragmatics for millennia. Despite the sociohistorical processes, changing the external shape of the suit, the symbolism of embroidery patterns remained unchanged and continued to exist until the twentieth century. In connection with the political events, readier subjects and fine motives can be traced in the Russian folk embroidery due to the resettlement of Novgorod in the XV century. This is the way from Novgorod to Arkhangelsk and the path from Veliky Novgorod to Vologda where Novgorod settled, keeping their culture. PRODUCTIVITY FORECAST OF BROWN FOREST SOILS FOR TEA CULTIVATION IN ADYGEA BASED ON MODERN EVALUATION METHODS

abstract 1191605015 issue 119 pp. 227 – 237 31.05.2016 ru 918
Increasing of tea production in the foothills of Adygea should be based on potential soil properties suitable for tea plant. The goal was achieved using modern methods of soil evaluation of tea plantations. The evaluation criteria were the following agrochemical and agro indicators: soil acidity (pH KCl); hydrolytic acidity; the sum of exchangeable bases; bases saturation; granulometric composition. It was found that the soil under tea plantation in Adygeya classifies as brown forest poorly unsaturated with the level of potential fertility rated as satisfactory (bonitet rating 40-60). However, the low supply of nutrients in the layer 0-40 cm: phosphorus (19,04 ± 2,42 mg / 100 g soil), potassium (17,70 ± 1,60 mg / 100 g soil) and a sufficiently high degree of saturation of soil bases in the layer of 50- 100 cm (67,10 ± 11,67%) in combination with a soil moisture deficit determine their low productivity of 16,0 ± 5,0 kg / ha, whereas their potential productivity of 30-50 t / ha. The development of scientifically grounded, targeted ameliorative and agro-technical measures (irrigation, nutrition systems using physiologically acidic forms of nitrogen and potash fertilizers that reduce the degree of saturation of the soil bases) will help to increase the effective soil fertility and allow the tea plants reach its biological potential and achieve predicted productivity in Adygea region
