In this article, we consider the task of systematizing the axioms and postulates, directly or indirectly connected with the study of the cycles of varying length and nature, which constitute the absolute of the general theory of cycles

In the article, for the first time we have considered group of electrons radial to atomic nucleus with equal value of orbital quantum number and equal sequence of emergence on subshells. As a result of this consideration, the exclusion orbital principle which regulates distribution of electrons in atom on values of spin has been established. On the basis of this principle, the orbital system of distribution of electrons which adequately corresponds to the valid system installed according to the spectral analysis is developed. From positions of orbital system the new explanation of reasons for deviation of the valid system of distribution of electrons in atom from ideal system of consecutive filling of electron shells has been offered and the nature of the empirical rule is opened. The structure of periodic system is also considered and the explanation of the reasons pair repetition of the periods on number of elements is offered. It is thus shown that borders of the chemical periods are displaced relatively borders of the periods of orbital system on two elements to the left
The new results of the sample average values in different spaces and rules of large numbers for them are given in the article. We also introduced the weighted average values of type I corresponding to the sample, and type II, corresponding to the set of order statistics. The evolution of ideas about the Kemeny distance and the Kemeny median is traced. The modified Kemeny median, convenient for computation and avoiding the effect of the "center of the bagel hole" is proposed. As a generalization of the Kemeny median, we introduced and studied the empirical and theoretical values in the spaces of arbitrary origin. For them, we proved the rules of large numbers

The dependence of the grass cover state of the golf courses from the soil properties was observed. The soils named “replantozem” are the basic soil of gaming zone of "fairway". It is shown, that the heavy particle size structure with a predominance of clay particles is unfavorable to the lawn. During the golf course construction, natural soils were ameliorated with high sand content. This new made soils ensure the formation of better grass coverage despite the low humus content

The article describes the structure of microbial communities in urban soils of Rostov-on-Don. The difference in numbers of bacteria of main trophic groups between the central part and the suburbs of Rostov-on-Don has been analyzed. The comparison with control soil with minimal anthropogenic impact has been performed. The indices of mineralization, oligotrophy, oligonitrophylic and pedotrophic quotients have been calculated

The article presents the results of the research of the generative function of the testis of the Rattus norvegicus Albinus after seven-day adaptation to low temperatures. We revealed the adaptation induced spermatogenesis disorders in the rat testis. The observed changes may be induced by the general adaptation syndrome

The article presents the researches of rats testicular morphology in oxidative stress induced by adapta-tion to low temperatures and its correction with Dihy-droquercetin. It was revealed that in oxidative stress Dihydroquercetin has protective properties prevent-ing spermatogenesis disorders and Leydig cells death in rat testis
The research was made on the territory of the Internal mountain Dagestan. There were found 190 species of Oribatida belonging to 83 genera; 1 species isdetermined and scientifically described for the first time [3], 2 species are registrated in the Caucasus for the first time [1, 2, 4], and 10 species are first found in Dagestan [2, 4], 15 species are endemic Caucasus species [4]

The regularity that increases biological and enzymatic activity with increasing the age of the deposits of 10 to 82 years has been shown. The indicator of recovery of black leached soil steppes can be presented as invert-ase activity and humus content, as well as reducing the density of the soil. Integrated indicator of the biological properties decreases with decreasing age deposits: 82 years (100%) - 26 years (84%) - 16 and 10 years (74%) - arable land (64%)

The article presents a historical survey and a theoretical analysis of research approaches to the conception of destructive leadership. Relying on the results of the analysis, the author arrives at a conclusion that in most studies the reasons and the peculiarities of destructive leadership are related to the individual and personal characteristics of the leader, while psychosocial factors causing the appearance and development of destructive leadership are not given enough consideration.
