INFLUENCE OF SOIL FACTORS OF TERSKO-SULAKSKAYA LOWLAND AND HUNZAHSK MOUNTAIN AREA OF DAGESTAN FOR THE INNER SOLUTION OF DOGROSE ROSA CANINA

abstract 0661102007 issue 66 pp. 76 – 85 28.02.2011 ru 1989
The characteristics of meadow-wood typical soils, located on territory of lowland of Tersko-Sulaksk and Hunzahsk mountain area of Dagestan are given. Results of research of the contents of vitamin C (an ascorbic acid), P-active connections and mineral substances of iodine, manganese, copper and zinc in the hips, growing on above-stated ground are resulted. The received data testify that the meadow-wood ground of Tersko-Sulaksk lowland promotes accumulation of iodine in a dog rose, and the similar mountain ground in a greater measure influences synthesis of vitamins and the contents in hips of mineral substances. The value researched biochemical connections for a human’s organism of the person, the is shown and the comparative estimation of their structure in a dog rose growing on meadow-wood grounds, being on various heights above sea level is given

METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF EVALUATION OF ORNAMENTAL CHARACTERS OF HIBICUS SYRIACUS (HIBISCUS SYRIACUS L.)

abstract 0661102028 issue 66 pp. 309 – 318 28.02.2011 ru 1939
An approach to the valuation technique of decorative signs Syrian Hibiscus (Hibiscus syriacus L.) is suggested. A scale consisting of 15 characters is developed. Each attribute in this scale is evaluated and indexed by the coefficient of the importance of this trait afterwards. General guidance of the evaluation of each decorative feature is given

TEN YEARS THAT CHAGED THE BIOLOGICAL WORLD (FROM HISTORY OF GENETICS)

abstract 0631009011 issue 63 pp. 155 – 161 27.11.2010 ru 2074
A new science – genetics was born in the first decade of XX century. The part of G. Mendel as a founder of this science is showed here. Also here are scrutinized tasks of scientists - biologist, who assist to the making and progress of genetics

MODERN CONDITION OF STUDYING OF LICHENS FLORA OF NAKHCHIVAN AUTONOMOUS REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

abstract 0631009016 issue 63 pp. 209 – 220 27.11.2010 ru 2163
The article is devoted to results of researching of lichens flora of Nakhchivan AR Azerbaijan. During 2003 - 2009 specific structure, regular structure, laws of distribution on high-rise zones, ecobiomorphe, geographical features of lichenflora, rare species of lichens and the problem of their preservation were studied. In the region, there are 347 species of flora, 6 variations and 5 forms of the lichens concerning 83 genus and 38 families are revealed. From them, 17 families, 35 genus and 138 species are noted for the first time for research territory. In the article the facts about ecomorphological features of 12 new kinds of lichens of Nahchivan АR are given

THE EFFECT OF FUNGICIDES FROM DIF-FERENT CHEMICAL CLASSES ON THE VI-RULENCE GENEPOOL OF WHEAT BROWN RUST NORTH CAUCASIAN POPULATION (PATHOGEN - PUCCINIA TRITICINA ERIKS.) IN THE SOUTH OF RUSSIA

abstract 0621008014 issue 62 pp. 159 – 168 28.10.2010 ru 2089
The article has covered the influence of the com-bined fungicide rex duo, suspension concentrate (310+87 g/l) on the population structure of wheat brown rust pathogen in the North Caucasus. The comparative assessment of effect of single-component preparations from different classes on the pathogen population was performed out

VIRULENCE AND DNA-POLYMORPHISM OF PUCCINIA TRITICINA ISOLATES FROM NORTH CAUCASUS AND LENINGRAD REGION

abstract 0621008015 issue 62 pp. 169 – 181 28.10.2010 ru 2180
Puccinia triticina isolates from North Caucasus and Leningrad region were compared in regard to the genetic structure, phenotypic composition as well as frequency of occurrence of RAPD-phenotypes and polymorphous major fragments with the help of Rogers index. Did not demonstrate any significant differences according to their genetic structure and occurrence of major fragments of DNA-polymorphism. The difference of isolates from given regions was determined with high degree of confidence according to the phenotypes of virulence and RAPD-phenotypes

DETECTION OF SEROTYPE SPECIFICITY OF AFRICAN SWINE FEVER VIRUS NON-HAEMADSORBING STRAINS

abstract 0621008023 issue 62 pp. 291 – 296 28.10.2010 ru 2103
Gamma irradiation-inactivated cultural preparations (-IP) of African swine fever (ASF) non-haemadsorbing strains acquire a potential for haemadsorption induction in porcine bone marrow culture (PBMC). We have obtained some experimental data indicating that a modification of haemadsorption inhibition assay (HIA) which is an assay aimed at “removal” of γ -IP-induced haemadsorption may be used in research works to determine serospecificity rates of ASF virus non-haemadsorbing isolates

ANTICELLULAR EFFECTORS OF IMMUNITY AT AFRICAN SWINE FEVER

abstract 0621008024 issue 62 pp. 297 – 305 28.10.2010 ru 1939
Some optimal conditions to fix virus-specific anticellular effectors of immunity at African swine fever (ASF) were determined. Injection of an attenuated strain FK-135 at high doses enables registration of antibodies active in antibody-dependent cellular toxicity (ADCT) and primary cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL) on days 3 and 6, respectively. After infection of pigs with a virulent strain F-32 not any immunity anticellular effectors were found

TAXACTIONAL FEATURES OF LINDEN CULTURES OF RICH IN HERBS TYPE OF WOOD IN THE CONDITIONS OF EDUCATIONAL-EXPERIMENTAL FOREST AREA OF SIBGTU

abstract 0591005003 issue 59 pp. 28 – 33 31.05.2010 ru 2508
On the basis of the analysis of morphological indicators of wood cultures of a linden it was recommended to start caring cuts of cultures (the combined method) with removal from low ranks of trees in diameter at height of a breast to 8 sm and from high ranks of 4 trees (24 sm). Intensity of cuts - 35 % from the general number of trunks and 15 % on weight

USE OF MORPHOLOGICAL-SPATIAL RELATIONSHIPS FOR INTERPRETATION OF SIZES OF TREES ON THICKNESS IN FOREST STANDS OF THE WESTERN AND THE EASTERN SIBERIA

abstract 0561002004 issue 56 pp. 33 – 40 26.02.2010 ru 2781
In the article it is offered to count the spatial sign with provision for mosaic-tiered structure of wood when estimating rising trees. It is noted that the diameter of stems has mediated (indirect) relationship with average distance to the nearest tree
