The article describes the results of the implementation of this project in the educational system of Krasnodar and gives a quantitative analysis
Key indicators for employers are the quality of
knowledge of graduates and their readiness for
practice. The article suggests some methods of
assessing the quality of knowledge and labor potential
of graduates. Because the quality of training generally
depends on the qualification of the faculty, the quality
of students' knowledge is to be determined with the
results of their learning and the qualification of the
teachers who conducted their classes and supervised
their final qualifying works. The author's analytical
expressions for determining the quality of knowledge
and labor potential of graduates, allow employers to
choose specialists particularly required for their
industry. However, for employers the rate of
knowledge and labor potential of graduates of
universities are indicative rates. In order to determine
the choice of specific graduates, on the University's
website starting from the 3rd year of a bachelor
degree, we should post the information about the
rating of individual students on educational and labor
activity. The ratios determine the quality of
knowledge of graduates and their labor potential, as
well as reviews of employers should be the main
indicators for the Ministry of education and science of
the Russian Federation, on the basis of which we may
assess the effectiveness of the universities, determine
their ranking and generate a state order for training of
specialists in higher education institutions
One of the main components of quality of training of modern qualified personnel is the high level of teaching in universities. The article analyzes the problems of teaching information technology, preventing the formation of the high level of information competence in graduates of agricultural universities. This study examines the causes of problematic situations in teaching the subject: a low level of training of students on informatics and weak motivation of first-year students to study it; organizational and substantive errors of school and university education; low motivation of teachers to improve their professional level, to the publication of educational literature and creation of electronic materials; under-funding of personnel and hardware and software support of educational process; increasing the training of classroom teachers and number of subjects. The author proposes some approaches of a general nature to the solution of the problems under consideration: redistribution of the training course on the stages; main requirements of the school and University curriculum; raising the prestige of obtaining agricultural education and the introduction of entrance examinations for applicants; the introduction into the learning process of modern hardware and software technologies and new forms of education; reforming the system of professional development of teachers; the decline in classroom teachers; improving the system of material incentives for teachers to update the educational literature and the preparation of electronic materials; modernization of system of preparation of manuscripts for publication in the printing house; increase of salaries and introduction of allowances to teachers; improving the system of performance evaluation of teachers. Implementation of the proposed package of measures will lead, in the author's opinion, to increase the prestige of the teaching profession in society and the quality of teaching, thereby improve the degree of training of graduates of agricultural universities
Under present-day conditions, coalition of states, including Russian Federation has its warships performing safe navigation objectives and cargo vessel convoy escorting in areas under threat of pirates in accordance with UN resolution. Preparation of Navy ships that perform combat duty missions in areas of high piracy activity in order to protect cargo vessels involves not only solving of manning and logistics problems, but also targeted formation of highly qualified Navy men always ready to successful implementation of such specific tasks. Such organizational and educational activities should be managed with the use of Instructional design of the military-pedagogical process. Instructional Design is an objective necessity for the development of the subject's military-pedagogy, educational activity of the projective imagination, thinking, effective course of action. The author refers to this Instructional design to form Navy men ready to stand against pirates and terrorist at sea as a phenomenon that combines educational theory with innovative practice and targeted at comprehensive training of warship personnel to perform its duties. The article justifies the target programme to form Navy men ready to counter pirates and terrorists at sea. The programme contains six separate and interconnected modules with topics, providing crew members with the necessary knowledge and skills to form a high-level of readiness for upcoming professional military activities at sea
The article discusses the problem of improving the
quality of vocational education. The pedagogical
model of the formation of professional competences of
the students-designers is proposed as a way of
effective training of specialists in the field of design.
The principle of composite is the basis for the
formation of the pedagogical model. The modular
program is the mechanism of implementation of the
pedagogical model. The structure of the pedagogical
model includes next blocks: the semantic, the contentorganizational
and the evaluation-productive. The
result of the application of the pedagogical model is
the formation of the professional competencies of
future specialists in the field of design, which
correlates with the competence context in the system
of higher education
Modern universities do not have effective
techniques for evaluating the quality of education
of students and effectiveness of teachers' activity
that allows controlling and directing its activities.
We have proposed to perform the quality evaluation
of students preparation based on the results of
intermediate assessments, examinations, and test
results of the teachers, who held their classes. The
article provides analytical expressions for
calculating the quality of the current preparation of
students and the quality of education of graduates,
the effectiveness of teachers in core activities
(educational, methodical and scientific work). In
assessing the quality of education, we have
considered the learning outcomes, employment
potential, i.e. educational and labor activity. The
proposed techniques will increase the objectivity of
the assessment of the quality of graduates’
education in technical universities and the
effectiveness of teachers. This will allow us to
make changes in the organization of educational
process and the content of working programs of
training, educational and methodical and material
and technical support, to change the contents and
technologies of improvement of qualification of the
teaching staff that will contribute to increase
demand for graduates in the labor market
The article describes some psychological and pedagogical
conditions, necessary for realization of educational
programs with using of information and computer technologies
in inclusive education of children of preschool
and younger school age on the example of the center
“corypheaus”. In the article we have analyzed the main
results of education using information and computer
technologies in inclusive education of children
The rapidly developing processes in global information development of our society have had a significant impact on education. Recently, in agricultural and other universities the amount of generated and processed pedagogical information has dramatically increased. Spontaneously and purposefully, electronic databases of educational information and educational portals have been created. All these works require a significant investment of time and effort of the teaching staff (PPP) of higher education institutions and a large number of technical experts in the field of information technology; they also require appropriate computer and communications equipment. All this is already an accomplished fact. On the other hand, the question arises about the degree of meaningfulness and expediency of certain aspects of this process in the form in which it is actually carried out, and evaluation of its impact on the mission of the University in General: "Training high-quality professionals", in particular for the regional agro-industrial complex (AIC). Apparently, now this process develops spontaneously, and no one has planned it, considering on the one hand, the costs of various kinds on its implementation and on the other hand - ensuring its effectiveness in achieving the objectives and getting the intended desired results both in physical and valuable forms. The meaning and justification of this process can give only a substantial positive impact on improving the quality of education, and only when it has adequate and reasonable cost. For a reasoned response to these questions, the authors propose to apply the theory of reflexive management active objects, automated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis), functional cost analysis (FCA) and the method of "Direct costing". A foundation for solving the problem: this is a great experience in teaching and research activities, a successful experience of the application of ASC-analysis and the FSA for personnel management; a software tool of ASC-analysis which is an intellectual system called "Eidos" (full open free access)
At the beginning of the article, the author describes
the current state of the problems of education of the
younger generation. It emphasizes the importance of
the formation higher needs, specifically artistic and
aesthetic, in personal development. At the same time,
theoretical analysis shows that the insufficiently
developed methodology for the formation of artistic
and aesthetic needs, which confirms the relevance of
the chosen research topic. Further, the article is
devoted to the experimental research on a concrete
example. The author has created and tested a
theoretical model of formation of artistic and aesthetic
needs of junior schoolchildren at music lessons. The
experimental work contained 3 stages: ascertaining
(diagnostic), forming (basic) and control (final). The
author singled in the structure of artistic and aesthetic
needs out four components: motivational-value,
emotional, cognitive-operational, and reflexive. The
first stage had a diagnosis of according components.
The second stage was devoted to experimental work,
which contained developed and specially adapted
methods that contribute to the formation of artistic
and aesthetic needs in children of primary school age.
At the third stage, repeated diagnostics and a
comparative analysis of the results research were
carried out, which confirmed the effectiveness of the
developed model and methods for the formation of the
artistic and aesthetic needs of younger students
One of the most important problems of pedagogies is
the question of specialist preparedness to solve
problems arising during the professional activity. The
author of the article examines the question of marine
specialists preparedness to act in extreme situations
