The article analyzes the achievements and problems in the implementation of the UNECE Strategy for education for sustainable development in the world. On the basis of the results, the recommendations are given for improvement of this direction
Modern universities do not have effective
techniques for evaluating the quality of education
of students and effectiveness of teachers' activity
that allows controlling and directing its activities.
We have proposed to perform the quality evaluation
of students preparation based on the results of
intermediate assessments, examinations, and test
results of the teachers, who held their classes. The
article provides analytical expressions for
calculating the quality of the current preparation of
students and the quality of education of graduates,
the effectiveness of teachers in core activities
(educational, methodical and scientific work). In
assessing the quality of education, we have
considered the learning outcomes, employment
potential, i.e. educational and labor activity. The
proposed techniques will increase the objectivity of
the assessment of the quality of graduates’
education in technical universities and the
effectiveness of teachers. This will allow us to
make changes in the organization of educational
process and the content of working programs of
training, educational and methodical and material
and technical support, to change the contents and
technologies of improvement of qualification of the
teaching staff that will contribute to increase
demand for graduates in the labor market

At the beginning of the article, the author describes
the current state of the problems of education of the
younger generation. It emphasizes the importance of
the formation higher needs, specifically artistic and
aesthetic, in personal development. At the same time,
theoretical analysis shows that the insufficiently
developed methodology for the formation of artistic
and aesthetic needs, which confirms the relevance of
the chosen research topic. Further, the article is
devoted to the experimental research on a concrete
example. The author has created and tested a
theoretical model of formation of artistic and aesthetic
needs of junior schoolchildren at music lessons. The
experimental work contained 3 stages: ascertaining
(diagnostic), forming (basic) and control (final). The
author singled in the structure of artistic and aesthetic
needs out four components: motivational-value,
emotional, cognitive-operational, and reflexive. The
first stage had a diagnosis of according components.
The second stage was devoted to experimental work,
which contained developed and specially adapted
methods that contribute to the formation of artistic
and aesthetic needs in children of primary school age.
At the third stage, repeated diagnostics and a
comparative analysis of the results research were
carried out, which confirmed the effectiveness of the
developed model and methods for the formation of the
artistic and aesthetic needs of younger students
The article is devoted to the study of factors of
adaptation of Chinese students to educational
environment of TPU. The goal of this work is to
identify influence of different factors on adaptation of
foreign students studying in Tomsk Polytechnic
University. Various methods of data collection and
analysis are used in the research –an associative
experiment, open-ended questions and observation.
As a result of the associative experiment main factors
of adaptation of foreign students are revealed: interest
in Tomsk, comfortable accommodation, professional
tutors, relationship with peers and Russian language
level. Weather and the need to adjust to new
surroundings negatively influence adaptive capacity.
Analysis of answers to the open-minded questions
has confirmed the results of the associative
experiment. Negative character traits are mentioned
as factors that negatively influence adaptive capacity.
The Russian language is regarded ambivalently by
the Chinese students. It is perceived both as a
negative and as a positive factor by the same
respondents. Many students consider successful
passing of Russian as a Foreign Language Test as
personal success. Therefore, Russian is the most
important factor of adaptation of the Chinese students
in TPU

Family, being a cell of society, have always had a point in the life of every its member. Its role is not only birth of new citizens, but also education of them, socialization of teenagers, preparing for adult life, Motherland, statement. The role of the family in education of teenagers is more important as forming patriots, decent citizens, active and conscious participators of development of economical and protective country’s power, preparing to take part in country’s protection with weaponry from any aggressors and until all his defeat. Changes that became in the country demand active including of family, parents, brothers and sisters to process of forming leader qualities and properties, leader conscience and mind, leader position, readiness for leader activity. Important component in work of family with future leaders is supporting a tightly link with educational centers, society’s organizations, Kazakh society. The role of family in education of children as future leaders, education between them as leader qualities as responsibility, honesty, communication, competition, business, deceiving, demanding etc, is analyzed in this article with supporting of patriotic teacher’s and psychologist’s works. Author emits characteristic of family, the most important specific parts of educations, determines ways of development of start its influence for forming leader qualities among teenagers
In this article, we describe the experience of formation
and creating illustrative images for the course called
«Bioethics and questions of bio safety». The
peculiarity of this course is to review bioethical
problems in the context of concrete scientific activities
of the biologist – research, experimental work. The
part of the course issues related to Bio safety, is
revealed as an interdisciplinary area of knowledge
focusing on the identification, study and understanding
of biological practice and biological research
associated with broad philosophical and moral
component. The main blocks have been identified,
which form visual resources: animals in the
experiment, the questions of bioethics in the media; the
metamorphosis of the human body; chimeras in works
of art. In the selection of illustrative images we have
taken into account several aspects: illustration, as an
information resource for the analysis of the studied
phenomenon; illustration, as a form of motivation to
seek information, the answer to the question;
illustration, as an element of ethical education of the
student to different issues of bioethics. For each
semantic unit collected 20-30 illustrative images
within two years. They are used both when reading a
lecture course and as material for independent work of
students. It is shown that the presented visual resources
for the course reflect the basic components of visual
thinking: linear; structural; combinatorial and
functional
