In veterinary practice, feed biologically active additives of plant and animal origin are widely used to improve digestion and absorption of nutrients, as well as to correct the normalization of metabolism. One of these biologically active drugs is denatured emulsified placenta (DEP) which has antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and immunomodulating properties. Therefore, the purpose of our research was to study the effect of DEP on the morphological composition of dog blood. During the research, it was found that the number of red blood cells in dogs of the control group was 1.57% or 0.12 x 1012/l more than in the experimental group. Erythrocytes of dogs in the control group had 0.37% more volume than the same indicator in the experimental group. However, each red blood cell of animals in the experimental groups was characterized by a high content of hemoglobin in it by 1.6%. Before the start of the experiment, the number of lymphocytes in the blood of dogs in the control and experimental groups was 4.07 and 2.34%, respectively, below the minimum reference value. The number of monocytes and granulocytes in the peripheral blood of dogs in the control group was 0.23 and 1.49% higher, respectively, than in the control group. The platelet content was higher in the control group than in the experimental group by 49.38 x 109/l or 27.3%. Changes that occur in the body of dogs under the action of a biostimulator indicate an increase in the production of antibodies to protect the body from infections and ensure the animal's immunity. They completely regulate the immune system
The steady development of modern pig farming
dictates the need for new priorities, opportunities and
requirements, such as reducing harmful environmental
impacts, more efficient use of resources, and provision
of comfortable conditions for the pig housing. The
creation of an appropriate ITS BAT in the branch will
optimize the activity of agricultural pig breeding
enterprises due to the transition to performance of
requirements based on BAT technological parameters,
to solve the problem of energy efficiency, import
substitution and increase of competitiveness. Their
integration will have an effect not only on improving
the ecological state of the environment, but also on the
economy of agricultural enterprises providing a new
approach to agricultural activity
The research is aimed at studying the compatibility of
different doses of ecoventura (TU 9283-199-
10514645-13) and limestone in the diets of rearing of
ducks of "Blagovarsky" cross and the impact on
productive performance. As a result of scientific and
economic experience obtained data on the dynamics of
live weight in groups of rearing ducks indicate that
ecomentors in combination with limestone have a
growth promoting effect and a positive effect on the
growth of ducklings. Best growth depending on dose
administration of ecoventura and limestone in feed
composition had a rearing ducks III (ecomentors
(1,0%) + limestone (3,0%) by weight of the feed) and
IV experimental groups (ecomentors (1,0%) +
limestone (3,5%) by weight of the feed). The results of
the study measurements (body length, keel length,
breast width, chest girth, chest depth) and indices
stature (massiveness, the meat content, arizonia),
which were higher in males and females when fed with
mixed fodder with the introduction of ecoventura and
limestone in an amount of 1.0 and 3.5% respectively.
Introduction to feed composition of ecoventura and
limestone in an amount of 1.0 and 3.5%, respectively
had a positive impact on exterior indicators of rearing
ducks
Application of studied probiotic preparations has allowed receiving 15-20 % more meat from examined animals in comparison with animals of control group. At comparison of groups, most productively application is Provagen probiotic
The article gives an account results of comparetic evaluate of same probiotics on intestinal biocenosis development of suckling piglets. It is establish, that investigated preparates enlarge the concentration of lacto- and biphidobacterium, and reduce the quantity of Escherichia coli group bacterium
