The researches of degradation of oil products in fresh-water reservoirs at the expense of the activity of petrooxidizing bacteria of Acinetobacter speivs SN-2 are carried out. The decrease in the content of oil products in 25 days prior to maximum concentration limit (0,05 mg/l) and the increase in concentration of oxygen in the reservoir are defined
