The scientific publications review about the physicochemical properties of pure water and water solutions activated by a microwave radiation was made. The convincing evidences of the water structure changes in the microwave were submitted
STRUCTURE AND SPECTRAL-LUMINESCENT PROPERTIES OF THE SILICATES OF RARE EARTHS WITH APATITE STRUCTURE
CaGd4 x y zYbxEryCez(SiO4)3Osingle crystals were grown by the Czochralski method, the concentration dependence of the luminescence decay kinetics of the levels 4S3 / 2, 4I11 / 2 and 4I13 / 2 ions Er3+and X-ray analysis conducted for these crystals. By the results of stereo atomic analysis, it is shown that there is possible to estimate the lifetimes of levels, i.e. predict the probability of multipole interactions
In the present work description of the structure of atomic and nanocomposite (NC) levels of crystalline materials which differs from the previously accepted is done
In a scalar approximation the distribution of a gluon condensate in a glueball is calculated. In this approximation the SU(3) gauge fields are separated on two parts: (1) is the subgroup, (2) is the coset . Using an approximate nonperturbative quantization technique two scalar fields are applied for the description of the SU(2) and coset degrees of freedom. In this approach 2-point Green's functions are a bilinear combination of scalar fields and 4-point Green's functions are the product of 2-points Green's functions
In the study we consider the problem of determining
the motion and similarity parameter to the system of
worlds in a Riemannian space 112D with a common
field of gravity. Centrally symmetric metric,
depending on the 110 angle coordinates and the radial
coordinate and time was investigated. It is assumed
that there are intelligent beings in every world, striving
for self-knowledge. By virtue of the presence of the
world hierarchy in one of them there is a system of
complete identification of each characteristic of the
individual being with macroparameters his world. If
sentient beings in all the world to create a device to
simulate their own history in the form of a network of
computers using the available material and the
physical laws of his world, and the loss of information
when displaying one world to another is 1%, then 37-
th world played only 68.9449%. For Earthlings, it was
found that the average similarity parameter of
professional group in recognition by using
astronomical parameters is 68.75%. Therefore, we can
assume that the world system, including Earth,
contains 37 "floors." Assuming that each "floor" takes
three space dimensions, and all the "floors" connected
by a single time, we find here that the number of
dimensions of space-time of the whole system is 112.
In the article the angular motion in a Riemannian space
is considered. The effect of the separate worlds on
other worlds is simulated. It has been shown that the
physical laws in all worlds represent a single
movement covering the markers in the form of the
motion of atoms and elementary particles in a
gravitational field in the 112D
Analysis of reflection of discrete system with final set of elements in planes of set of values of any sign is leaded. It is demonstrated that information reflected with system is divided on reflected and not reflected part and relevant information functions are got. Structured law of saving of sum of chaos and order is established and classification of discrete systems on their structural organization is given. Interrelation of synergetic and probabilistic information theories is shown. Law of information saving is established.
In the article it is shown that information-synergistic functions, in the face reflected information, additive negentropy and entro-py of reflection, they have direct interrelation with Boltzmann entropy.
The article is devoted to an explanation of the separate moments of the synergetic information theory and consists of five independent sections. In the first section genesis of the name this theory reveals and its independence of G. Haken's synergetrics is shown. In the second section basic distinction of R. Hartley's information measure and quantity of information self-reflected by a final set is detail considered. In the third section concept interpretation information from category positions reflection is briefly considered. In the fourth section need of change of the name of information which is reflected about each other by two being crossed final sets is shown. In the fifth section the phrase negentropy of reflection is replaced with the term a sintropy and classification of different types of a sintropy is given
SYNERGETIC METHOD IN THE COGNITION OF MICRO- AND MACRO PHENOMENA: THE EVOLUTIONARY PICTURE OF NATURE
This article reveals a relevant idea of the evolution-al character of modern science. The validity of the unity of nature idea is shown on the concrete cos-mology and physics data. The work unites the con-ceptions of evolution and self-organization. The universe is seen as a dissipative system with period-ically removable elements (elementary dissipative systems). The cooperative evolution presupposes the presence of the circulation between the macro - and micro components of the evolving system as well as the growing complication of the evolution branches. It is stated that the fundamental role in the development of sciences about nature is played by outward factors, i. e. the common cultural back-ground and the cognition development level. At the same time, of a great methodological interest is the disclosure of the internal stimulating motives of development and the interconnection of the devel-opment stages of natural sciences
The author points out the features of synergy, which using the linearity and nonlinearity and also express-es the aspects of material unity of the world in the theory, linked to the general properties of self-development of complex systems. The universe is seen as a dissipative system with periodically remov-able elements (elementary dissipative systems)
