The article deals with the problem of author
identification in the early autobiographical prose of
Boris Pasternak. In his early autobiography "Safe
Conduct" the poet searches for artistic and personal
self-identification. Unlike the traditional genre of
autobiography, "Safe Conduct" is based not on
memory of real facts but on sensual feelings from
them. It means that autobiographical prose created by
the poet reduces the real biographical facts, filling
gaps with emotions and feelings. This feature coupled
with fragmentariness of narrative fragmentation tends
“challenge to biographism”. Indulging in memories,
searching for artistic self-identification the poet
defines his own identity. Search for himself Pasternak
associates with biography of "other" people, who have
played a great role in formation of his personality.
“Safe Conduct” is tractate on someone else's creative
genius. Meanwhile the author puts himself aside and
takes a reset position towards “other” talents. These
relationships have a repeated temper. Firstly, the
author admires someone’s talent, coming closer to it,
and then breaks up with it, and finds his own way. The
final goal of self-identification is poetry; the author
closes to it through philosophy and music, overcomes
their attractiveness and leaves them. The fundamental
feature of Pasternak’s poetry and biography is the
necessity to identify and understand himself through
"alien", "other" things
Verity as the basic criterion of argumentive sphere is
positioned in the article from the notion of its
relevance including discursive semantic number of
concepts. Integrative character of the problem at the
junction of logics, psychology and linguistics is
presented. Thus, according to theoretical colligation
interpretive abilities of components of the categorical
sphere of argumentation (knowledge, modality,
causality) are considered. It is possible to make a
conclusion that discursive character of argumentation
determines the actualization of the appropriate
strategies
The article aims to show the problems, which a
researcher has to face during the analysis of the
Thieves’ Law. The Thieves Law is considered as a
synthesis of texts that can be decomposed into subsets
of smaller texts. The originals of such texts in various
languages were lost, and their later translations and
compilations made the analysis more difficult. The
synthesis of such texts is viewed through the prism of
generally understood Kabbalah, and the main
principle is an esoteric search for the "inner sense"
that is based on the algorithms and stereotypes in
criminal activity. The mental spaces of legal law and
religious systems give a reference space of the
Thieves Law by such approach. The parts of such
mental spaces contradictory to others are removed
from this reference space. Not only words but also
phrases, sentences, texts, and even sets of texts, any
multilevel signs at accidental and planned asymmetry
in form and essence become codifying elements in
sources full of allegory and parable. The analysis is
based on a synthesis of views by L.N. Gumilev, U.
Eco, and O.V. Leszczak

The article deals with different approaches how to
interfere texts analysis in the program of teaching
foreigners (on the basis of the Russian language).
According to our research, for beginners it is more
reasonably to use and analyze real texts, as far as these
texts are close to life, have simple vocabulary and
grammar. For the virtual texts the situation is the
opposite. The main aim of the author is to please the
reader, that is why the author uses a lot of tropes,
metaphors, figures and very complex grammar to show
the beauty of his language. For foreign students this
may be a problem at the beginning, because they are
not good in the language and it is very hard to
understand. The analysis of the virtual texts is better to
do on the base or advanced level
