This study was aimed on testing of IRAP markers developed
at plum on varieties of peach, Russian plum and cherry plum and genotyping of home and foreign varieties of plum, followed by an analysis of the data. During the testing of the markers have been identified as a high level of polymorphism between genotypes of plum and between the studied species. On the basis of the results obtained by genotyping 15 samples of Prunus was built dendrogram. Cluster analysis was divided into 3 groups corresponding varieties of P. persica, P. domestica and a common group for varieties of Russian plum and cherry plum
In this article described results of research work of the process of designing garments for children-invalids, affected by a child's cerebral paralysis. Scheme worked of the typical positions of the body and type of the motion children-invalids. Recommendations are given to designing design details of the garments.
The method of edge detection for X-ray medical images is proposed in the article. The method uses active contours approach for object edge refinement and combines advantages of active contours and those of the method proposed by author in his earlier researches. The article investigates the possible pathways for the
formation of crotonaldehyde in wine production in the
result of the activity of wine yeast and lactic acid bacteria. It established that exposure to exhaust gases, noble rot, pathogens and pests on grape plant does not lead to the biosynthesis of crotonaldehyde in grape berry. The experimental data to identify probable pathways for the formation of crotonaldehyde during vinification has been presented. The effect of the test substance on the life of yeasts and lactic acid bacteria has been estimated
