ECOLOGICAL PLASTICITY AND STABILITY OF SAREPTANA MUSTARD VARIETIES OF VNIIMK SELECTION IN THE INSUFFICIENT MOISTURE CONDITIONS OF THE ROSTOV REGION

abstract 1541910027 issue 154 pp. 278 – 288 30.12.2019 ru 187
A significant decrease in yields of field crops due to lack of moisture enhances the role of adaptive breeding. The development of varieties that combine high productivity and quality and resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses is complicated by a negative correlation between high yield and resistance to adverse conditions. Selection of effective methods for assessing the potential of productivity and resistance to stress factors allows creating varieties that provide stable high yields. We had estimated six varieties of common mustard for 10 years in contrasting weather conditions in the zone of insufficient and unstable moisture of the Azov district in the Rostov region. The necessity of taking into account the indicators of the HTC, the index of the environment and its value when conducting an objective analysis of weather conditions is revealed. The greatest stress resistance, ecological plasticity and stability of the Nika variety were established by calculating the difference between the minimum and maximum yield per year, calculating the coefficient of linear regression and the value of homeostasis. The varieties Lera, Donskaya 8, Lux bred in conditions of insufficient moisture demonstrated maximum genetic flexibility and drought resistance. The greatest breeding value was determined in varieties Donskaya 8 and Lera. These varieties are recommended to be included in further breeding work. The study of mustard varieties in contrast conditions (HTC from 0.30 to 1.53) marked their broad environmental plasticity, which makes it possible to recommend them for cultivation in different weather conditions regions

ENSURING STABILITY OF THE REPRODUC-TION PROCESSES IN INDUSTRIAL FRUIT GROWING (FORMATION OF THE MECHA-NISM)

abstract 1592005014 issue 159 pp. 195 – 211 29.05.2020 ru 187
The article considers the types of functional stability of reproduction processes in industrial fruit growing. We have substantiated the necessity of developing methodological bases for ensuring and managing the stability of reproduction processes. Methodological bases for managing the stability of reproduction processes have been developed, taking into account the specifics of industrial fruit growing as a complex organized system, consisting of biological, technogenic and economic subsystems. We have also proposed an algorithm for ensuring and managing the sustainability of reproduction processes, which is the basis for the development of digital technologies for managing the sustainability and efficiency of industrial production. The work reveals and defines factors influencing the level of sustainability and efficiency of reproductive processes, the relationship and interaction between result indicators and factor variables; it identifies emerging imbalances in the organization of reproduction processes in industrial fruit growing. Using methods of mathematical statistics, we calculated an integral indicator of the functional stability of reproductive processes and gave its semantic interpretation. It was found that the structural elements of reproduction processes are inconsistent with the actual indicators that characterize functional stability, with the normative parameters. This trend makes it necessary to develop a mechanism for managing sustainability and tools for influencing functional zones in order to bring actual indicators to the standard level. When developing tools for sustainability management, the following were clarified: management methods, process goal setting, functional load of the management object, level of organization, various restrictions (criteria) related to the specifics of technological and economic relationships and mutual influences. We have developed a mechanism for ensuring and managing the functional stability of reproduction processes in industrial fruit growing by its types, including the following stages: automated database formation; cognitive analysis of the influence of factors on the functional areas of influence by types of stability; assessment of functional stability and justification of the integral indicator; filling in, compensating for missing information, generating information data; determining the optimal parameters of functional stability; developing regulators for leveling functional imbalances in the organization of reproduction processes that ensure effective and sustainable management of industrial production

SCORING SYSTEM BASED ON INFORMATION-COGNITIVE MODELING

abstract 1552001005 issue 155 pp. 54 – 85 31.01.2020 ru 188
One of the key problems facing the credit institution is the late payment of the loan. Firstly, it is a deeper analysis - in order to be carried out “manually” it is not even required several days, but weeks. Secondly, it allows you to work with clients much faster. And most importantly scoring allows you to negate the influence of the human factor. An automated system, no matter how you look, cannot be liked or not. Data analysis is only based on facts. Scoring is beneficial to all. The bank is able to work faster and reduce the risk of loan defaults. Clients, in turn, can apply for a loan on terms that are more favorable

EXISTENCE OF ASYMPTOTICALLY OPTIMAL PLANS IN DISCRETE PROBLEMS OF DYNAMIC PROGRAMMING

abstract 1552001012 issue 155 pp. 147 – 163 31.01.2020 ru 189
Dynamic programming is designed to solve discrete optimal control problems. According to this method, the optimal solution in a multidimensional problem is found by decomposing it into stages, each of which represents a subproblem with respect to one variable. In economic problems, the number of stages is the planning horizon. The choice of a planning horizon is necessary for a rigorous statement of the applied problem in the field of economics and management, but it is often difficult to justify. We see a way out in the use of asymptotically optimal plans for which the values of the optimization criterion differ little from its values for optimal plans for all sufficiently large planning horizons. The main result of the paper is the existence of an asymptotically optimal plan. The proof is carried out in several statements. If the sum of the maximums of the transition functions tends to 0, the existence of an asymptotically optimal plan is obtained in Theorem 1. A special case is models with a discount at a discount coefficient less than 1. The main part of the article is devoted to models with a discount coefficient equal to 1. Theorem 2 on the highway is proved for base set of a finite number of elements. In Theorem 3, a statement is obtained on the approximation of an arbitrary set by a finite one. In the final Theorem 4, the existence of an asymptotically optimal plan is proved in the general case. The term “magistral” is associated with a well-known recommendation to drivers: in order to get from point A to point B, it is advisable to go to the highway (magistral) at the initial section of the road, and then exit the highway and get to point B. The recommendation for choosing the optimal one is similar trajectories using the Pontryagin maximum principle in the model of the optimal distribution of time between obtaining knowledge and developing skills. This fact underlines the methodological proximity of dynamic programming and the Pontryagin maximum principle

TO THE QUESTION OF POTATO DAMAGE DURING HARVESTING AND LAYING FOR STORAGE

abstract 1592005019 issue 159 pp. 280 – 293 29.05.2020 ru 189
The article considers the possibility of using a potato harvester with an unloading device. The principle of operation of an unloading device based on a potato harvester is presented. The unloading device of the root-harvesting machine allows to prevent damage to tubers by damping the speed and lowering the height of the falling heap due to the use of the unloading gutter equipped with a lifting-lowering mechanism made of two differently inclined flat sections, on the inner surface of which, across the gutter, elastically deformable elements are fixed in the form loop absorbers. A group of authors carried out a comparative assessment of the tests of the basic model of the AVR Kolnag potato harvester Spirit 6200 and its improved experimental version with an unloading rating device. The studies were conducted on the fields of the Danko farm of the Lukhovitsky district, Moscow region in 2018 - 2019. Harvesting was carried out alternately from several fields. According to the data obtained, it was found that the level of damage to potato tubers when using the developed experimental version of the unloading device of the potato harvester is 2.1%, which is lower in comparison with the basic model of the harvester. The obtained results of field studies of the experimental unloading device confirmed the results of previous theoretical calculations and laboratory studies, including the high efficiency of the developed device compared to the serial analogue

ASSESSMENT OF ECONOMIC AND OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY OF BUILDING STRUCTURES BASED ON THE STUDY OF WAVE CHARACTERISTICS OF NONLINEAR VISCOELASTIC ROD ELEMENTS OF STRUCTURES

abstract 1531909011 issue 153 pp. 122 – 131 29.11.2019 ru 191
In on-land and underground structures, machines and mechanisms, in many cases, we use rod structural elements made of viscoelastic materials. One of the methods for studying the strength characteristics of rods is the experimental measurement of the velocity of propagation of deformation waves in them and comparing it with theoretically accurate values of the velocity, determined taking into account the real physical and mechanical properties of the material. This comparison allows us to analyze the presence of microdefects in the rods. To assess the economic and operational reliability of building structures using mathematical modeling, we study the characteristics of nonlinear wave processes in viscoelastic rods, which can be used to improve the acoustic diagnostics of material microdefects

USING METHODS OF MULTIDIMENSIONAL STATISTICAL ANALYSIS FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITIES OF THE KRASNODAR REGION

abstract 1552001009 issue 155 pp. 107 – 137 31.01.2020 ru 191
This article is devoted to rating assessment of the socio-economic situation of the Krasnodar region, presented by such agencies as "RAEKS-Analytics", "Expert RA" and "National Rating Agency". The methodologies used by these agencies were studied and analyzed. A comparison of these methodologies was also conducted. As a result, a number of their shortcomings were identified, including the lack of a complete methodological model in the public domain. Some agencies do not provide links to statistics that are used in the analysis. In the article using the STATISTICA environment, a statistical analysis of data reflecting the level of socio-economic situation of the Krasnodar region is carried out. Based on the work [12], the article created a discriminant model for assessing the socio-economic development of urban districts of the Krasnodar region with a confidence of 85%. The study conducted a cluster, discriminant, classification (decision trees), coefficient (proposed by the authors) based on the data of the Federal State Statistics website for the period from 2009 to 2018 in the city districts: Krasnodar, Anapa, Armavir, Gelendzhik, Goryachiy Klyuch, Novorossiysk Sochi. During the study, analyzes such as cluster and classification trees showed poor results, since they are not able to detect latent nonlinear relationships between the study indicators. Using the constructed discriminant model, we have carried out an analysis of the socio-economic development of urban districts of the Krasnodar region for the period 2009-2018, which allows us to identify the leaders and the outsiders

abstract 1541910010 issue 154 pp. 94 – 103 30.12.2019 ru 192
The problem of linear motion of agricultural transporting vehicle (ATV) without satellite systems is a complex and difficult task. The consequences of non-linear movement associated with irregularity fertilizing, non-compliance between the rows and irregularity plowing leads which will leads to unnecessary costs for operating materials, which will causes significant economics damage to agricultural enterprises. In this case. In this article, we have presented theoretical foundations of simulation modeling of the course motion of the ATV taking into account wheel slipping for analyzing the effects of non-linear motion. There were also some results of checking their adequacy from field tests
