ASSESSMENT METHOD OF STERILIZATION AND MINERAL COMPOSITION OF NUTRIENT MEDIUM ON EFFICIENT CULTIVATION OF POPULUS TREMULA L. IN TISSUE CULTURE

abstract 0911307017 issue 91 pp. 322 – 331 30.09.2013 ru 1124
A comparison of quantitative and qualitative performance of the selected clones of breeding of A.S. Yablokov and S.N. Bagaev has been made. At the same forest conditions, the clones are much higher than regular at reserves, the absolute completeness, the average heights and diameters of trees. Gigantic forms of P. tremula L. are resistant to infectious diseases, and at the fifth grade are characterized by good sanitary condition. We have also shown the economic feasibility of using of fast-growing clones in the genetic reserve for the organization of giant aspen of P. tremula L. plantation

DEVELOPING OF THE METHODOLOGY FOR THE IDENTIFICATION OF PICEA ABIES L. CLONES BY USING ISSR MARKERS

abstract 0831209021 issue 83 pp. 280 – 293 30.11.2012 ru 1313
The technology for the identification of Picea abies L. clones by using ISSR markers was developed. 9 ISSR primers ((GA)9T; (AC)8C; (CA)6RY; (CA)6RG; (CA)6(GT); (CA)6(AC); (AG)8T; (GA)8С и (AG)8YT) were recommended to use for genotypes detection. The selected primers have shown the high level of polymorphism. A total of 172 amplified fragments were found by the selected primers and 149 (86.6%) of them were polymorphic

DEVELOPMENT OF CRITERIA FOR SELECTION ESTIMATION OF SALIX ACUTIFOLIA FOR THE CONTENT OF BIOLOGICAL ACTIVE SUBSTANCES

abstract 0931309016 issue 93 pp. 233 – 243 30.11.2013 ru 1496
In the article we have conducted the estimation of breeding population of salix acutifolia. We have studied the following indicators of the measured trees: the percentage of salicylates, bark content in relation to the wood. For these two indices we have calculated the "complex" productivity of the trees. Based on that, the trees are assigned to these breeding categories: Category 1: trees with high productivity - ( 49.7 - 39.9 kg / t of raw materials) Category 2 : trees with average productivity - ( 39.1 - 33.8 kg / m raw materials) category 3 : trees with low productivity - ( 31.8 - 24.3 kg / t of raw materials)

ESTIMATION OF THE ISSR-MARKERS APPLICATION FOR SYSTEMATIZATION AND GENETIC CERTIFICATION OF GENUS RHODODENDRON

abstract 0821208064 issue 82 pp. 916 – 926 31.10.2012 ru 1539
The possibility of the ISSR-markers application for systematization and genetic certification of the genus Rhododendron is showed on the basis the research of 25 species and intraspecific taxons. The way of recording of genetic passport on the basis of amplicons size is suggested

EVALUATION OF SELECTION OF TREES OF SALIX ACUTIFOLIA WILLD

abstract 0931309014 issue 93 pp. 211 – 219 30.11.2013 ru 1154
In order to identify high-genotypes in natural stands of Sacutifolia Willd we worked to identify the categories of breeding trees. Experimentally proved, that for breeding to increase the productivity of bark of Salixacutifolia Willd the selection would be best carried out with plants, the diameter of the barrel of which is in the range of 9 to 16 cm, tree age 15 - 19 years

ISSR ANALYSIS OF PINUS SYLVESTRIS TREES APPURTENANT TO DIFFERENT SELECTION CATEGORIES

abstract 0821208065 issue 82 pp. 927 – 939 31.10.2012 ru 1679
The genetic variability study of Pinus sylvestris trees appurtenant to different selection categories in the plus stand is carried out with ISSR markers. A total of 178 loci were amplified by 6 ISSR – primers and 168 of them were polymorphic. It is detected that the genetic distance between the trees appurtenant to difference selection categories varies from 0,038 to 0,082. Genetic variation parameters of the Pinus sylvestris plus stand are calculated. Shannon’s index (I) was 0,4303, Nei’s gene diversity (H) was 0,2735 and Effective number of alleles (Ne) was 1.4268

MORPHOLOGICAL AND ANATOMICAL STUDIES OF TRIPLOID FORMS OF ASPEN

abstract 0901306054 issue 90 pp. 812 – 821 30.06.2013 ru 1646
In this article, we have presented the survey of populations of triploid plant of Populus tremula L. genetic reserve of aspen in the area of Sharinsk in the Kostroma region. We have found the population of P. tremula L. not affected by the Phellinus tremulae Bond. et Boris fungus. The morphological and cytological analysis of plant samples taken from this genetic reserve in 1961 has been made. It has finally confirmed the triploid nature of the samples
