There are the results of the research of risks to the customer and outsourcing company while execution of a contract of a finance and accounting outsourcing. The risks before and after the transfer of financial and accounting functions for the outsourcing were compared. The methods of developing management solutions to reduce the risks for both parties of financial and accounting outsourcing are presented.
