ESTIMATION OF BEARING STRENGTH OF BRACES AND STRUTS OF FARMS OF COVERAGE OF 6D TYPE HOTHOUSES

abstract 1071503056 issue 107 pp. 806 – 835 31.03.2015 ru 807
The method of estimation of bearing strength of braces and struts of farms of coverage of hothouses is presented in the article. The deep analysis of the question of bearing strength appeared in the light of mass erection of hothouses, especially in the South Federal district, the construction of which had been bought in the countries of Near East. However, simple transfer of the constructions of hothouses made in foreign countries can not be considered as rational on the territory of the Russian Federation. The constructions of hothouses in most do not maintain exploitation even in one winter, when the considerable snow loadings are, and wind as well. The necessity of bringing of clarity for the folded situation became more obvious. Conducted successive static, dynamic and seismic analyses, executed upon the normative documents and due to the norms of supplier operating on the territory of the Russian Federation, in attachment to the real sections of bearings structural elements, allowed to expose the stated below percents of the use of the examined elements of constructions. Supporting braces of farms of coverage: on the norms of the Russian Federation, on the first maximum state percent of the use – 999 %; there is a percent of the use on the second maximum state – 999 %; on the norms of the Russian Federation taking into account loadings of supplier, on the first maximum state percent of the use – 999 %; there is a percent of the use on the second maximum state – 999 %; Stretched braces of farms of coverage: on the norms of the Russian Federation, on the first maximum state percent of the use – 64,2%; there is a percent of the use on the second maximum state – 721,8 %; on the norms of the Russian Federation taking into account loadings of supplier, on the first maximum state percent of the use – 25,8 %; there is a percent of the use on the second maximum state – 721,8%. Analysis presented allows establishing that at the load of supporting, stretched and central braces of farms of coverage of hothouses, by combinations of loadings characteristic for the place of location of hothouse of type of 6d, their bearing strength, and buildings can not be provided in general

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE STRUCTURE AND CONTENT OF THE FINAL QUALIFICATION (BACHELOR’S) WORK FOR KUBGAU BUILDING PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT

abstract 1081504092 issue 108 pp. 1256 – 1269 30.04.2015 ru 865
With the transition to bachelors training, there was a question about the structure, content and scope of final qualifying works (FQW), performed by graduates upon completion of learning in high school. However, given the specificity of the different learning for specialist and bachelor, the time available to perform educational plans of the graduation project for specialist and FQW for bachelor and a number of other factors, the simple transfer of the requirements for the implementation of the graduation project specialist at the requirements for the implementation of FQW for bachelor seems unacceptable. Despite the existing experience of preparing and defending FQW for bachelors-builders in various universities of the country, scope of work, their structure and the number are not uniquely determined. Different approaches to the implementation of FQW for bachelors are observed even in different manufacturing departments of the same faculty. For the most successful implementation of FQW by students studying in the direction 270800.62 «Construction», training profile «Industrial and civil construction», as graduating department for which acts the KubSAU department of building production, we have developed requirements for the FQW structure. The totality of these requirements is a definite system in which students independently, in consultation with the supervisor, choose one of the structure options of performed FQW. Basic principles of the structure of the FQW, and the requirements for its scope and content are listed in this article

RESEARCH OF FLOW OF LIQUID IN THE LABORATORY STANDARD OF BAND OBTURATOR OF WATER REGULATOR WHEN USING SAE-SYSTEMS OF FLOWVISION

abstract 1191605080 issue 119 pp. 1134 – 1158 31.05.2016 ru 387
Limited resource of irrigation water in the South of Russia is a particularly actual task in the production of moisture-loving crops, such as rice. To solve the problem of rational use of water when watering is not possible without the organization of an automated water distribution. As it was shown by the analysis of tools and technologies of regulation of water supply, the most promising, form tested and used, can be tape regulators of flow and water level. They have a simple construction diagram, unpretentious in operation. However, we have identified a fault – unregulated leaking, not fully covered through the bore, which in turn increases the uncontrolled consumption of irrigation water. To solve this problem we propose a number of designs, protected by patents of the Russian Federation, having special fixture to ensure unauthorized leaks, even in a state almost close to the fully closed opening expiration from the regulator. The article comprehensively considers hydraulic studies of controller initially, without any additions that contribute to the problem of eliminating leakage. The proposed study with the analysis of the distribution of velocities and pressures in the design of belt regulator, will allow you to have the basic reference model against which it will be possible to analyze the degree of influence of constructive-technological changes at the work the newly developed devices. For this, we modeled tape controller in the software package FreeCАD version 0.15, when using SAE - system FlowVision. The task of modeling water flow were solved in flat statement, including the moment of full closing of the belt passage opening of the regulator. For plotting surfaces, lines, levels and cross-section response functions, we used a software package wxMaxima. The results obtained allowed a comprehensive analysis of the work tape of the locking device, hydraulically actuated device in all modes of the major factors and, in the future, will help to address the issue of studying the impact of introduced technological changes in the design of controllers
