In this article, the features of dynamic communities’ formation under greenhouse conditions of Tsytsin Main Botanical Garden of the Russian Academy of Sciences are discussed. It has been shown, that complex consortia consisted of different species of higher plants, mosses, fungi and bacteria are formed in the model expositions of tropical and subtropical regions. The diversity of microorganisms, responsible for close interactions with greenhouse orchids and sago palms is reported, and the effects of associative bacteria on growth and development of the host-plant is discussed

The article considers the new method for recovery of P. arbelaeziion intact material on the basis of grafting into endogenous pathogens resistant Passiflora species in vivo. The influence of the explants origin depending on the stock of intact plants on the development of regenerated P. arbelaezii under in vitro condition is examined
