ENHANCEMENT OF CULTURE MEDIA FOR PROPIONIBACTERIUM SHERMANII ON THE BASIS OF TOMATO JUICE AS VEGETABLE FILLING

abstract 1171603038 issue 117 pp. 612 – 621 31.03.2016 ru 730
The article presents materials about selection and optimization of the nutrient medium for cultivation of Propionibacterium shermanii. We have shown a high positive effect expressed in the intensive growth of microorganisms of Propionibacterium shermanii on optimized medium with the juice from the tomatoes, as well as replacement of glucose on corn extract, which allows concluding that these components have a positive impact on the accumulation of biomass of Propionibacterium shermanii

COMPARATIVE EVALUATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF SYMBIOTIC FEED SUPPLEMENT IN RATION OF LOHMANN BROWN EGG CROSS CHICKENS

abstract 1211607090 issue 121 pp. 1473 – 1486 30.09.2016 ru 487
The purpose of the research is to compare the effect of a new symbiotic feed supplement created based on propionic and lactic acid bacteria with a widely used domestic and foreign enzyme-probiotic preparations in chickens 0-28 days of age of the Lohmann Brown egg cross. In the experiment, there were six groups of chickens: group 1 received basal diet (BD); group 2 – BD + symbiotic preparation; group 3 – BD + Bacell; group 4 – BD + Agrocell; group 5 – BD + Agroksil; group 6 – BD + Ollzaym Vegpro. Average daily gain, food conversion rate per 1g of weight gain, digestibility of organic matter, crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat, made up respectively: group 1 – 8.17, 1.91, 71.4, 58.3, 68.0, 81.1; group 2 ˗ 8.36, 1.90, 72.4, 60.2, 69.7, 88.1; group 3 – 8.13, 1.91, 73.1, 60.2, 69.7, 88.1; group 4 – 8.33, 1.86, 74.2, 62.5, 72.2, 87.6; group 5 – 8.50, 1.83, 77.3, 64.1, 73.4, 95.4; group 6 – 7.91, 1.92, 73.2, 67.5, 70.7, 94.3. The growth rate of chickens fed with symbiotic feed supplement was 2.3% higher than in the control and they showed the highest fiber digestibility. The chickens on diet with Agroksil enzyme efficiently raised growth rate (+4%) and reduced feed costs (-4.2%). Agrocell increased weight gain by 2% and reduce feed costs by 2.6%. The growth rate of chickens fed Ollazaym Vegpro was the lowest (96.8% of control), despite the fact that it increased significantly the digestibility of crude protein, but slightly improved the digestibility of other nutrients. Outcome: symbiotic feed supplement may be of interest as a means of increasing the productivity of chickens

COMPLEX PROCESSING OF BEET PULP USING METHODS OF BIOTECHNOLOGY

abstract 1231609064 issue 123 pp. 917 – 929 30.11.2016 ru 503
The article analyzes the possibility of complex processing of one of the most important secondary raw materials of Krasnodar region – sugar beet pulp with the aim of obtaining a food product and enriched feed additives. Meanwhile, the use of environmentally safety technologies that cause minimal harm to the environment and human health is provided. One of the most valuable components of sugar beet pulp after extraction of sugar is pectin substance. Sugar beet pectin substances have high complexing ability and are used not only in food industry, but also in medicine. They are natural detoxifiers and antioxidants. Currently, only dry powder pectin is produced from sugar beet pulp and only by foreign producers. Making food pectin extracts from sugar beet pulp will not only reduce the number of processing steps, but also significantly reduce the cost of the final product. Food pectin extracts can be used not only as a standalone product in treatment and prophylactic nutrition, but also as an ingredient in the manufacture of soft drinks, confectionery and bakery, meat and dairy products, etc. The technology of producing a valuable component of feed bioproduct based on spent sugar beet pulp and a microscopic fungus of the genus Trichoderma is described

MICROBIAL ASSOCIATIONS OF BIOHUMUS AND HUMIC SUBSTANCES DERIVED FROM LIVESTOCK WASTE

abstract 1572003003 issue 157 pp. 27 – 42 31.03.2020 ru 270
The article presents the results of the study of microbiological composition of biohumus and humic substances obtained by fermentation method according to the technology developed by the authors. The problem of processing livestock wastes is caused on the one hand by the occurrence of large volumes of them, and on the other hand by the addition of such important elements as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, etc., which can be used as bioelements. The goal of research was to develop a technology for the production of humic compounds from biohumus and to study the microbial communities that occur in them. Results of researches showed that for biohumus with high content of humic substances, bovine manure must be composted with chopped straw at the ratio of 8:1. Biocomposting of manure and crushed straw using the developed technology enables to obtain biohumus containing humic substances of 20 g/l. Among the physiological groups of biohumus microorganisms, the most numerous groups are aminoautotrophies and ammonifiers - 231.6×106 and 130.33×106 CFU/g, respectively. At the same time the grouping of cellulose-decomposer actinomycetes in biohumus was quite numerous and amounted to 0.93×103 CFU/g.
