Application of systemic-cognitive analysis and
its programming set of instruments of the system
“AIDOS” for synthesis of a semantic informational model, taking into account the influence of different factors on sums of insurance payments of car insurance KASKO and use of this model for prognosis of insurance payments sums is described in the article.
In this article, the deep relationship between the theory of automated control and system-cognitive analysis and its software tools - system of "Eidos" in their application to the intelligent control of complex systems is reviewed. Offered technology allows implementing in practice the intelligent automated and even automatic control of the objects of management, for which earlier management is realized only on weak formalized level, as a rule, without the use of mathematical models and computers. Such control objects include, for example, technical systems, the full quality-changing in the process of management, biological and ecological systems, socio-economic and psychological systems

In the article the problem about appointments (backpacks) in various and more general statements is shortly examined: 1) the size of cargoes and volumes of backpacks; 2) the various utility of cargoes depending only from cargoes, but identical to all backpacks, and various expenses for their placing, and also restrictions on the resources, connected with backpacks, spent for cargoes at their placing; 3) various utility of each cargo for different backpacks, various expenses for placing of cargoes and various resources of owners of backpacks. The technology and an application technique of systemic-cognitive analysis and its toolkit - the "Eidoses" system for the solution of generalization of non-meeting in the literature before problem of the appointments, providing automatic forecasting of degree of utility of cargoes for different backpacks on the basis of signs of cargoes by the decision of a problem of recognition with application of the model based on base of precedents
The article briefly reviews the method and basic concepts of the automated system-cognitive analysis and the possibility of its application for the comparable assessment of the effectiveness of uni-versities, at the conceptual level

In the article, it is demonstrated that for the present stage of evolution of controlling its increasing infiltration into averages and small firms is typical. In the article the intellectual consulting system providing revealing of technological knowledge by systemic-cognitive analysis of business processes, and also decision-making support on effective application of this knowledge for the purpose of achievement of the set indicators economic-economic efficiency is described. The detailed numerical example of application of system on the basis real data of one of the Kuban firms for revealing of technological knowledge on cultivation of a winter wheat and application of this knowledge for decision-making support for choice of the definite agrotechnology, providing desirable indicators of productivity of a winter wheat, its quality, and also profit and profitability is resulted. It is offered to apply evident multilayered graphic cartographical visualization of results of forecasting of productivity of culture (and grades), qualities, profit and profitability on firm fields
In the article the technology and some results of application of systemic-cognitive analysis for revealing of knowledge of consequences of errors in configuration of safety systems under report of Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer (MBSA) and uses of this knowledge for forecasting of consequences are described
