The article describes the efficiency of a feed additive
called "Tetra+" during chronic mycotoxicoses of pigs.
The purpose of carrying out series of experiments on
sows was to determine the therapeutic and
prophylactic effectiveness of innovative feed additive
"Tetra+" during combined chronic mycotoxicosis in
pigs and to study the influence of feed additive on the
growth, weight, preservation and overall resistance of
sows. The results of the experiments revealed that a
feed additive "Tetra+" has had a positive impact on
large-fruited of pigs; it can also be concluded that the
feed additive "Tetra+" has a positive effect on the
metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and has
antitoxic properties
The article shows the historically developed situation
and the actual state of the production practice in
chronic mycotoxicosis of a bird. The main feed
problems in poultry farming are shown through the
prism of a review of market proposals for feed
concentrates. An overview of preventive and
compensating agents on the market, as well as a brief
description of feed concentrates based on beta-carotene
for fighting mycotoxicosis. It is shown that the
vitamin-mineral fodder concentrate "Tetra +" is an
alternative to the existing feed concentrates on the
market, the effectiveness of which has been confirmed
in experiments on laboratory animals and in poultry
feeding. Based on the analysis, a conclusion was made
about the relevance of studies to identify the
effectiveness of vitamin-mineral concentrate "Tetra +"
in livestock
The results of the work experience carried out in the
poultry breeding farm of Limited Liability Company
«Incubator-poultry plant Pervomaiskaja» on the
effect of the multifunctional feed additive «Tetra+»
on productivity of males and laying hens in the
production of broiler chickens.
It is found that males experimental group receiving
the feed additive in the diet «Tetra+» have better
blood serum biochemical indices in comparison with
the control group cockerels. This indicates that the
feed additive «Tetra+» shows the properties to
improve liver function and decreased intoxication of
male manufacturers. It was revealed, that in the
experimental group increased divorce figures, while
the control group of males producing hatchability is
reduced, and the end of observation of this indicator
of the trend towards recovery is not evident. It
recorded the highest percentage yield of hatching
eggs from hens of the experimental group, while the
control group showed a tendency to reduce this
figure. Thus it may be noted that the use of a
multifunctional feed additive "Tetra +" when feeding
cocks and hens can improve productivity, reduce
bird deaths and to strengthen the protective function
of the body of birds
