The article presents the theorem of Chebyshev on the
distribution of primes, considering functions that
approximated prime numbers. We have also
considered a new function, which is quite good for
approximation of prime numbers. A review of the
known results on distribution of prime numbers is
given as well

In this article, we discuss various issues related to the
formulas approximating the distribution function of
prime numbers pi(x). This question has occupied many
scholars, but the exact function is well approximated
function pi(x) over the number of positive integers not.
Based on certain hypotheses, we present a new
function s(x) is very well approximated pi(x). The
above article hypotheses are so important that their
numerical validation and refinement for the lengths of
the segments more in 1014 - one of the main areas
related to the problem of approximation of the function
pi(x) throughout the series of natural numbers. After
analyzing the behaviors and constructs many
functions, we are building the basis of the function
s(x), which is well approximates the function pi(x)
throughout the series of natural numbers. We also
present a table of values for x, less or equal 1022 for the
difference of s(x) - pi(x)
The article considers problems of the exchange of
information between teachers, students and
departments of educational institutions. It analyzes the
advantages and disadvantages of traditional
approaches: email, chat via phone, social networks.
The questions of placement of information to large
numbers of users were revealed. We also revealed the
need to address issues related to the publication of
major events, administrative announcements of
educational institutions, which are visible to all users,
and are assigned to a specific date. We suggested an
approach to the publication of the activities of the
individual system modules. The article shows a
mechanism of mass mailings, providing users the
ability to transmit information to two or more
recipients and to ensure the exchange of information
that is available only to send the recipient, as opposed
to the "wall". We found an approach to increase the
quality of the educational process, allowing rapid
exchange of information between staff, students and
departments of educational organization on the
example of the system "Social network educational
organization." In the approach, it has been proposed to take the ideology of social networking and project it on
the specifics and needs of educational institutions,
which will allow rapid exchange between staff,
students and divisions (departments) educational
organization. The study analyzed data on the age of
users of the system over a period of 30 days
The article considers questions of workflow in the
educational organization. It revealed the need to
process everyday documents, which exchange
does not have the character of strict
accountability, but they are also crucial to the
implementation of the work in the educational
organization. The exchange of such documents is
different from the traditional workflow, primarily,
it is the speed of document creation and sharing
them. We identified other requirements and
limitations to the daily workflow of documents.

The work is scientific and practical in nature, same as
the discussed process of optimization of power losses
in power networks based on the use of the
transportation problem, namely the rules of the
minimum element of the transport matrix, which is a
valid solution. The mechanism of the improvement of
the obtained feasible solutions to the tasks focuses on
using the potential method, assigning each row and
column of the matrix their corresponding potential.
Using a basic variable and manipulating the elements
of the transport matrix according to a specific
algorithm, we implement the construction of a new
support plan. Based on the plan and its acyclic, we
build two cycles and determine the values of the
estimates between direct and indirect transportation costs per unit of output. The resulting algorithm makes
it easy to program all computational operations and
quickly obtain the result of the optimization of power
losses in the design of the electricity network, thereby
reducing the economic and technological costs. As a
result of joint use of transportation problems and
potential method, we could find the optimal solution
based on improved solutions more efficiently, and a
scheme of optimal electric network. As consumers, in

This article is devoted to the situational approach to the crime aspect of goal-setting activities of a mediator in criminal proceedings. It discusses the mechanisms of reconciliation of the parties in criminal proceedings in the framework of a mediation procedure or application of mediation procedures of the parties of the criminal proceeding under applicable criminal procedure of law. Mediation is considered in the context of situational modeling and creating a system of activities of parties to the proceedings depending on mediablity or remediability of the situation. We analyze current criminal procedural legislation in the sphere of reconciliation on criminal cases of private and private-public prosecution. We have suggested considering a new direction for tactical activities of participants in the proceedings and tactical aspects in the framework of the procedural powers to reconcile the parties, and situational modeling in the framework of its application in the mediation process. In addition, there was given legal and scientific analysis of the possible tactical aspects of the use of mediation procedures in criminal proceedings. A new direction in the tactical aspect of the activities of all participants in criminal proceedings has been presented, which is a tactic of the application of mediation procedures. The process of potential reconciliation of the parties is considered in the context of the situational approach, and the activity of neurotransmitters, through case studies, depending on the possibility of reconciliation between the victim and the suspect.
