THE APPLICATION OF THE BACTERIOPHAGES TO COMBAT COLIBACILLOSIS AND CAMPYLOBACTERIOSIS IN POULTRY

This work considers the needs and methods of phage therapy of two bacterial infections in poultry. The review examines the use of bacteriophages, from the moment of their discovery to the present day. We discuss the relevance of such diseases as compilobacteriosis and colibacteriosis transmitted from birds to humans, we show how to use bacteriophages and their efficacy in models of adult birds and chickens, including information provided on the pilot study of phage therapy at a poultry farm. THE APPLICATION OF FUROLAN PLANT GROWTH REGULATOR AND IMMUNIZER ON SUNFLOWER CULTIVATION IN THE KRASNODAR REGION

Sunflower is one of the most important oilseed crops, which are of great economic importance in Russia and in the world. It is very adaptive crop in terms of climatic conditions range, for that reason it is cultivated on a vast territory of the Russian Federation in various weather conditions. Sunflower oil has high nutritional and taste qualities, it is used numerously in food and is applied in various fields of food industry. The biologically active linoleic acid, phosphatides and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, which are of great nutritional value to humans, are contained in the oil. According to its calorific capacity, sunflower oil is on the first place among vegetable oils. Due to biological characteristics of sunflower, the Krasnodar region is the most favorable region of the Russian Federation for obtaining high and stable yields of this crop. However, here the drought is observed during the summer period and it affects adversely the productivity and quality of sunflower seeds. The increasing of resistance to unfavorable weather conditions is possible only based on detailed study of physiological features of productivity formation and seeds quality that is highly important task in view of the current geopolitical situation in Russia. One way of solving this issue is the appliance of the growth regulators, possessing anti-stress activity that improve the quality of sowing seeds and increase the productivity and plant resistance to stressful environmental factors. These drugs include growth regulator called Furolan, which was created in KubGTU and is certified for use in Russia. It is not toxic and is used in nano-dozes, there is no its residual quantities in the products and environment. Furolan has a positive effect on physiological and biochemical processes, improves the productivity of plants, their resistance to unfavorable growing conditions by increasing the resistance to dehydration as well as to the risk of fungal diseases

THE APPLICATION OF EXOGENOUS ELICITORS IN AGRICULTURE

In recent years, there is an increasing in crop losses from pests and diseases of plants worldwide. The use of different pesticides in intensive cultivation technologies of winter wheat can not resist it. Pathogenic microorganisms acquire resistance to drugs used and become more aggressive. This creates a lot of environmental problems. Plants are almost always under environmental stress. In this state, they are immunodeficient. However, it is impossible to reject pesticides completely. But pesticides are not able to replace the immune system of the plant, and in some cases are suppressing it. The article provides an overview of commonly used exogenous elicitors. We discuss the most important results of the joint use of the composition of preparations of eliciting action which are furolan and methionine. The present level of development of science has led to the emergence of new methods of plant protection, which is based on increasing the capacity of the immune plants, rather than the destruction of pathogens, as in the case of the use of pesticides. The yield increase by the use of biogenic elicitors as immunizers from 10 to 30% depending on the year, the varieties of plants and especially on infectious pathogens. THE ADAPTABILITY OF VARIETIES OF WEIGELA (WEIGELA THUNB., CAPRIFOLIACEAE) IN THE CITY OF KRASNODAR

The success of the introduction of plants depends on their vitality and adaptation to new existence conditions. Different adaptability of plants depends not only on the species, but also on their individual properties. The article studies the characteristics of adaptation of the perspective ornamental shrubs - Weigela, Caprifoliaceae. We have shown the variety’s morphological features, the growth and development of varieties of Weigela that have been taken during the research in the experimental Garden Center (NСRRIH&V). There is an estimation of growth rate and its dependence on the structure of different varieties of Weigela’s crown. We have examined the features of the formation of leaves: we have defined the indicators such as the number, length and leaf area; biomass, dry weight; productivity of leaves. We have estimated Weigela leaves photosynthetic activity in the introduction’s region. We have determined the number of photosynthetic pigments in the studied cultivars of Weigela’s leaves. We have found out that Weigela’s leaves pigments’ synthesis largely depends on their natural color, quality and the vegetation phase. These studies allow us to conclude that all the studied varieties of Weigela can be characterized by a high degree of adaptation and deserve widespread in Krasnodar gardens and parks due to the high decorative flowering period

THE ACCUMULATION OF COPPER AND ZINC COMPOUNDS IN BLACK LEACHED SOIL UNDER TECHNOGENIC POLLUTION

The influence of exogenous form of heavy metals intake on their transformation in the soil is determined during the model experiment. Distinctions in quantity of extracted mobile compounds of heavy metals in the soil depending on a form of addition various connections of Cu and Zn are established. The smallest mobility of Cu and Zn at addition of heavy metal oxides is observed. It is established that Cu accumulates mainly in the fraction connected with organic matter, Zn accumulates in residual fraction and in the fraction connected with ferric oxide and manganese oxide by consecutive fractionation technique

TECNOLOGY OF CLONE SELECTION WITH THE USE OF MOLECULAR MARKERS

The analyze of the genetic relationship or diversity between clones was made by using the microsatellites in the groups with black berries: Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot, and with white berries: Riesling and Pinot. These results become the rationale for the new technology of clone selection, breeding and making registration of these clones of four above-named varieties groups in the varieties-clones for state research: Cabernek, Cabernet Fanogoriisky, Merlok, Pinot white, Rieslinalk, Riesling Anapa and Riesling Fanogoriisky. These varieties-clones are accepted by State commission of Russia, they will enrich the viticulture assortment of Anapa-Tamanskay zone of Kuban, therefore Russia

TAXONOMYK STRUCTURE AND ECOLOGICAL GEOGRAPHICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF BLUE-GREEN AND GREEN ALGAE IN THE NAKHCHIVAN AUTONOMOUS REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

The article shows the result of the research of algaflora in reservoirs of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan; it is characterized by high species diversity of algae, it is represented by 135 species, varieties and forms of the two departments. Algoflora basis were 71 species of blue-green and 64 green algae. Among the blue-green algae most personable family is Oscillatoriaceae Kirchn, Microcystidaceae Elenkin and Merismopediaceae Elenk. We have identified the three highest in this kind of algae flora : Oscillatoria Vaucher Ex Gomont, Microcystis Kütz, Merismopedia Meyen. Also, we have identified the three largest in the flora of the Green Algae: Cosmarium Corda. We have found 35 species of Desmidiales, belonging to 8 genera. Ecological and geographical analysis of the flora of algae ponds in the Nakhchivan AR showed the prevalence of plankton, cosmopolitan, mezogalobnyh indifferentnıx, oligogalobnyh, and alkaliphilic
