In the article, we consider the problem of ensuring
viability of a company in the conditions of innovative
development of society. It is shown, that viability of the
innovative enterprise can be provided only socially and
by ecologically responsible management. On the basis of
the analysis of the theory and practice of social and
ecological management, the conclusion that controlling
as practical implementation of the concept of system
business management will allow to provide viability of
the enterprise in the conditions of innovative
development is drawn. It allowed reducing the
considered problem to the solution of three
interconnected tasks. First, it is a problem of creation of
model of innovative development within the modern
theory of economic development. Secondly, this problem
of definition and classification of a social organizational
unit of independent economic activity, viable in the
conditions of innovative development. At last, thirdly, it
is a problem of construction within model of innovative
development of model of viability of this social
organizational unit of independent economic activity
necessary here how exactly models of social-andecological
controlling. Social-and-ecological controlling
acts here as system structural communication which
provides possibility of complete overcoming of an initial
problem at the complex solution of the specified tasks.
Then the problem of definition of a place and the role of
the controller and the manager and their system
functions necessary for implementation of potential of
viability of the enterprise in the conditions of the
innovative development put in model of social-andecological
controlling is solved
The article considers specific obstacles (traps) which
can occur during the embedding of the corporate
capital in a changeable economic system of Russia.
The author reveals the causes and consequences of
emergence traps in the development of corporate
capital, among which are: the rapid transformation of
the financial component of economic relations and
prolonged elevation of power over the property, the
unpredictability and variability of economic policy,
institutional deformation, resulting in scarcity of
necessary resources for the development of corporate
capital and embedding it in the flow of change, lack of
trust entities to the policies of the state, «manual
economy». The aim of the study is an in-depth search
of potential possibilities of corporate capital and the
ways out of the formed on the system of socioeconomic
transformations of the pitfalls of
development. In the process of research, the author
used the cognitive capabilities of the system approach,
institutional theory, and the conceptual provisions of
politico-economic and evolutionary theories. The

For studies of regularities in the formation of the structure of reproduction cycles we have proposed to apply the theory of the life cycle, identifying the tasks of reproduction at the level of the employee,

The article examines the role of innovation in enhancing
the competitiveness of individual firms (enterprises), and

This article is devoted to the estimation of the basic indexes dynamics. These indexes describe the cattle-breeding production and sale volumes. Generalized accounting information is a base of the maid analysis (there are several main sectors: branches, regions, farm categories and property forms).
The article suggests a mathematical model of optimization of the volume of material flows: the model for the ideal conditions; the model for the working conditions; generalized model of determining the optimal input parameters. These models optimize such parameters of inventory management in technology-integrated grain production systems, as the number of cycles supply, the volume of the source material and financial flows. The study was carried out on the example of the integrated system of production, processing and sales of wheat (bread) with the full technological cycle

Economic efficiency of raw material resources use in the subsector of dairy cattle breeding of livestock branch while cultivating of young growth in agricultural production in Krasnodar region is the most priority activity of economic entity. In the conditions of economic crisis the question of the cost and qualitative components connected with purchase and domestic manufacturing of material and raw resources to use while cultivating of young growth of cattle in the dairy subsector of cattle breeding is especially actual. This article brings up some issues related to the economic efficiency of the nutritive base for young cattle growing, determination of food structure and its proportion in the total expenses at the purchase of forage for cattle. The research has been carried out on the base of a particular agricultural organization and a set of economic entities situated in the central zone of the Krasnodar region. Some ways of forage supply in the organization under research are considered in this article in the framework of the Government program on promotion of import substitution in agriculture in the 2014-2015. On the basis of the conducted studies the priorities for improving economic efficiency in the use of food supply as one of material resources of the economic entity are identified as the material resources of economical entity
