INFLUENCE OF SEX ON UNDERSTANDING, EXPERIENCE AND BEHAVIOR OF BUSINESS NEGOTIATIONS PERSON

In the article, psychology of sex and gender psychology are considered. The process of negotiating from a position of the personality is considered, taking into account the peculiarities of activity of women and men. Psychological phenomenology of the behavior, understanding and experiences of men and women in the negotiation process, depending on what sex their opponent is, is empirically investigated. It is shown that the sex of the person of negotiations and the sex of his opponent in the negotiations affect the activity of the individual. It has been determined that the man is more desirable and more effective opponent negotiator

INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF RAILWAYS OPERATORS OF DIFFERENT AGE GROUPS

The article presents the results of the study of some individual psychological characteristics of the drivers of rail transport in the age groups 25–34 and 35–45 years. We have identified a number of differences between the two age groups associated with both features individually-psychological sphere, and in the psycho-physiological features. Features of age-related psychological differences can be explained by the age characteristics of the representatives of each group; psycho-physiological features of age differences may reflect developed in the course of a long professional activity features. We have also developed adaptive strategies, consciously or unconsciously selected during the long-running monotonous activities and in small social groups (teams of drivers) allow, on the one hand, higher quality performance of their professional duties, on the other — to avoid the harmful effects of stressful situations at work. It can be assumed that the composition of drivers age group 35– 45 years is the result of natural selection, when those who did not cope with this type of activity is simply dismissed or transferred to other kinds of professions

Semantic spaces of image-I of military school students of Russian, Chechen, Nogay and Daghestani nationalities are considered in the article. Method of personality semantic differential was used to study ethno psychological peculiarities of image-I. Research gives general characteristics of differences in structures of surrounding world presentation by means of structure of image-I on the base of the material of ethno psychological differences of respondents. It allowed to mark out definite characteristics, having the meaning under interpersonal interrelation as in everyday as in professional plans.
