The urgency of models and algorithms of adaptive control of fish filleting process researches has been shown. The structure of adaptive automatic management system of filleting equipment, including estimator in the form of consequent statistical analyzer and adaptator as a linear tactic automaton, is offered. The lite recurrent model of adaptation algorithm for statistical tests by Monte-Carlo method and results of modeling is offered, modeling results were stated.
Experience on studying of immune genetic properties of esherechious anatoxin is described in the article. There was revealed that new complex of inactivated toxins of intestinal rod is able to stimulate antibodies forming in animal organisms.

Algae as bioindicators on soil pollution by xenobiotics were studied in Krasnodar region. Explicit alteration of algacenosis was observed on the territory functioning petroleum production site, it testifies the consistent soil pollution. Alga flora of preserve area zone differentiated with high species diversity.
