The object of studying was CMD-108 crusher. The aim of this scientific article is studying kinetic and dynamic parameters of crusher operating devices. As a tool of studying there were used methods of mathematic analysis, theoretic mechanics and physics. As a result of theoretic studies there were defined speeds of various points of the crusher operating devices as well as there were obtained the values of dynamic loads on them and given recommendations on optimization of the crusher operating conditions and its designs. There was also determined an optimum zone of the material crushing from the viewpoint of operating life of the hinged joints of movable jaw enabling to reduce to minimum dynamic impact components of the reactions of the supporting joints of the movable jaw which increases their operating life
In the context of nano-technological history, some
possibilities of nano-powders possibilities are
discovered. Through a very high dispersal property
they remain on different surfaces, chemical neutral,
withheld high temperature, not very expensive to treat
surfaces in the process of hydrofobisation, non toxic.
Some perspectives to use nano-powders in many fields
of industry are discussed
This article reviews the existing natural and artificial
sorbents used for water purification from petroleum
and petroleum products. A popular, widely used
sorbents and new technologies, such as Versoil
sorbent, sorbent based on the waste of olive oil
production, sorbent-based waste felting production are
considered. There are advantages of the use of a
sorbent depends on its cost and the requirements to the
quality of purification. There are advantages of the use
of a sorbent depends on its cost and the requirements
to the quality of purification. Main sorption properties
of the most popular at the moment organic and
inorganic sorbents are presented in tabular form, which
allows them to conduct a comparative analysis. It was
concluded, that the most promising sorbents were
produced from plant waste
This article provides an overview of the currently
existing methods of purification of waters from
pollution with petroleum and petroleum products. The
most popular cleaning ways and new emerging
technologies are considered. For each method of
combating with petroleum pollution the circumstances
and the factors are given, under which the application
of this method is the most efficient and cost-effective.
The article briefly describes the technology of each
method, and its main strengths and weaknesses,
particularly the use and quality of water purification
This article is devoted to the influence of petroleum and petroleum products on the natural environment. There are the chemical composition of petroleum and the reasons for its detrimental impact on natural components. The pathways of petroleum and petroleum products in the natural environment were listed. There is a characteristic of the impact of these substances on all components of the natural environment, including soil, hydrosphere, living organisms. Consequences of such impact on each of the elements were listed. There are methods of fighting oil pollution and the need to make their application more expressed, as well as developing new, more effective ways
Present article is devoted to research of sorption
properties of various filtering materials. The various
types of filters, such as fabric, frame, granular filters
are considered. The principles of work of each type of
filters, feature and difference them from each other are
considered. The conditions of their application are
investigated. Process of filtering through a layer of
granular loading also is described. The physicochemical
parameters of some granular materials
including sand, hydroanthracite-Ð , granite road metal,
volcanic tuffs, and expanded vermiculite are given.
The comparison of oil capacity of some materials is
considered at their use as a filtering material and oil
collectors. We have described sorption features of
activated carbon, used as a filtering material for
clearing waters of petroleum and petroleum. The
article has a conclusion about their prospects and the
efficiency of application when fighting with petroleum
pollutions
Nowadays there are sorbents, both natural, and
modified, which allow to clear waters from variety of
pollutants simultaneously, for example from ions of
heavy metals and petroleum. We have received a new
modified sorbent with use of a sol-method. The given
sorbent represents beads in common besieged
magnesium hydroxide and aluminum having layered
structure. For the characteristic of the structure of the
researched systems we have carried out an X-ray
analysis. Studying the mechanism of interaction of the
sorbent with ions of heavy metals was carried out with
the use of the research of chemical structure of the
sorbent and the condition of adsorbed ions by methods
of IR spectroscopy and X-ray analysis. The conclusion
was made, that modified inorganic sorbent on a basis
of magnesium hydroxide and aluminum has a number
of distinctive features and advantages comparing to
other filtering materials
This article is devoted to the review of existing
separation equipment. The principle of operation and
advantages of a modern design of a centrifugal-vortex
separator is described. The technique of repairing and
modernization of obsolete separation equipment is
described
